They may be cheaper than other places, but that comes at a cost. I've had constant issues ordering from them. Products will show up as "in-stock" on their website, but after waiting over a week for it to ship and emailing several times, it turns out that it's back-ordered and they have no idea when it will be shipped. Would've been nice for them to reach out to me about this instead of me having to email multiple times.
I ordered several other items over two weeks ago and they still haven't shipped. They're about to close for 10 days and I can guarantee that I won't be getting my supplies before then. Definitely recommend purchasing from pretty much any other online pet pharmacy instead of ThrivingPets.

Great until they're not. Apparently impossible to reach customer support via email or phone (4 emails and multiple phone calls unanswered). Stay away. Details: I placed several orders and never had a problem -- good prices and fast shipping. Then I placed a time sensitive order, paid for expedited 2-day shipping and got an order confirmation. 6 days later an email said the item shipped, but tracking didn't show it going out until 13 days after my order.
During this time, I emailed twice and called twice and never got a response. I continued attempting to contact the company after my order finally arrived and still did not receive a reply. Ignoring customers is not a good was to get repeat business.
