Pet Station

This place is the jam! I called ahead and let them know I was bringing in my rescue dog from a reservation 3 hours out west that wasn't fond of a hose or a tub. It's rough getting a dog washed that has been abused. This place helped with every aspect and even gave me an apron too. CALI, DALLAS, and JORDAN on staff today totally crushed it. Helped me with everything. Towels. Shampoo. Leave in conditioner. Even a blow dryer I didn't need. This place has it all. Walk in with a good attitude and you get the best! Thanks guys!

Super convenient and has everything you need! This place was very clean, and we were able to get two tubs for our Pitbull and Chocolate Lab right away. They smell amazing and their fur is so shiny! We will be coming back here for sure!

Great local spot. Turned me on to some shampoo for dry skin with tea tree oil and coconut and my dog loves it, and everybody comments on how soft and silky she is now. Great local dog shop!

Pet wash was great, but I came further and paid more because the website said there were Nail clippers and Furminator brushes, but neither were anywhere to be found. Pretty bummed since that's the only reason I picked this wash. Great little pet shop otherwise.

We adopted Goose summer 2020. One year later, he is still fat (activity restrictions) but his coat looks great and he eats great for less at Pet Station - Fromm's weight control grain -based dry food (and a little boiled chicken for taste and incentivize eating at meal time). My bathroom is so much cleaner because we use the pet wash (also very clean). Goose has hip dysplasia at 7, and eats special fortified treats which I also get at pet station. Love everything about pet station.

Today was our first visit - we'll be back for sure! I was looking for a local self service dog wash station, and I'm so glad I found this place! This family run business is so friendly, there are loads of supplies, and nice cleaning stations. We left with a super clean, refreshing pup and lots of treats. Support your local businesses! :

Checked out the dog wash here for the first time. I believe they recently raised the rate from $12 to $14. I liked how the soap was mixed in with the water and they had everything you needed to get the job done. They stay super busy so I would avoid like the plague on the weekends, and their last wash is at 4:45pm even though shop closes at 6pm.

I have been going to Pet Station for 8 years now. It used to seem like a mom and pop shop with helpful people working the desk or willing to help you setup the dog stairs into the dog wash. However, the past couple times I have gone, I have realized how little anyone offers to help or even engage with you. Today might have been my last visit, as I would rather drive 20 minutes instead of 5 min for quality customer service.

Today I walked in the door at 4:44pm, after checking online to see that the last wash is at 4:45pm and they close at 6pm. Nowhere online does it say that you must be in the wash washing your dog by 4:45 and that you would be criticized by the staff if you are not, nor does it say that your dog needs to be out of the tub by 5pm. So I go straight to wash, walk in the door at 4:44 thinking I am fine and have plenty of time since they don't close until 6.

The staff are rude, basically asking me to leave right when I walk in. I needed to wash my dog since he had rolled in animal poo of some kind and I was out of the tub at 5:06pm. At checkout I begin to apologize saying that there is nothing on the website saying that 5pm is when you close up the bath and that it only mentions last bath at 4:45 so I thought I was there on time.

The lady checking me out proceeds to tell me "I don't know what's on the website but we have signs in here everywhere and you should have called to make sure." A customer should not be expected to call, as well as check online. A business is responsible for getting the information straight as to what is included on a professional website. Sad that we experienced this tonight.

Stopped by here for the first time because they had availability for a DIY dog bath- I will be back without a doubt! Incredibly nice people, clearly the shop has a connection to the community, excellent selection of supplies in a very small space, and of course the bath! There are three stations separated by curtains and they provide everything you could possibly need at no extra cost (the price is excellent!). Is it fancy? Nope. Is it great? Yes!

This is my favorite place to take my dog to give him baths. It's super low key, friendly staff and they keep the stations stocked. Towels, aprons, all grooming tools.

I've gone to this store infrequently in the 10 years we've lived here but each time has been a decent experience. I like the small pet stores like this as they usually have unique items. I've used the dog wash and that's very convenient. People are friendly. I recently went in for a harness, I wanted one different than I've found in the big box stores and one I could actually touch vs. ordering online.

I found a very good option and the person in the store helped show me how to use it and told me to bring it back if it didn't work. It did work, it's a great harness and I am so glad I went there. I get that it's easy to go to the big box stores, I do it all the time. But when I get the chance I like stopping in places like these and I would encourage you to do so too so they stay in business and we have this type of offering in the community.

Really friendly and helpful service. This was my first time coming to wash my dog here, and the employees showed us where everything was and how to use the grooming stations. They provide all of the soap, conditioners, combs, etc. They even had "incentive" treats to help your pup get into the tub. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend. I will be coming back

I was looking for dog food my 16-year-old Papillion would eat. I thought I tried just about everything under the sun from the big box stores. Unfortunately that leads to a lot of wasted dog food. I had an excellent experience with all three employees at The Pet Station. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and definitely wanted to help me find anything my elderly dog would eat.

They gave me several recommendations for palatable food and multiple samples to try! I will be a loyal customer in the future and I'll ask my friends to support this local business!

What a fun experience! My goofy dog is a spaz can't help but bark at everyone and everything but he did great here. We checked in waited about 30-40 minutes and the employees are just really nice and helpful this place is really outstanding they provide everything you could need to keep your dog comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They've gained a new customer for life.

I have visited multiple pet washing stations in Denver, such as Petsmart and Petco. After using all of them, I can say hands-down that this location has the best pet bathing station in Denver. The quality of their shampoos and soaps and are much better. Their water pressure is much stronger. They have more available booths. And the customer service is outstanding

I came here on a Saturday afternoon and I was quite impressed. My little dog hates being bathed so she may not have had the best time, but it was drastically easier than trying to wash her in my tub at home. The staff was friendly and made sure to sanitize the tub area for her before her turn. They had plenty of supplies on hand to make the whole process convenient, ranging from treats to distract Daisy, witch hazel, doggy deodorizer, even aprons for me to wear while I bathed her.

We walked around the little shop after and picked out some bags of treats to take home. I was happy to find local treats! Even with the wash, which was $12, and three bags of doggy treats, we spent less than $30 which is better than I'd find at a big chain pet shop. We will definitely bring Daisy back here for her washes!

Bummer. Have been coming here for years. thinking since 2007 ish -- soon after adopting my sweet pup. Service level has fallen considerably in the past year or so. Have continued to support the shop even though on line ordering of treats and food would be more cost-effective because I love the idea of a family run small shop with high-quality pet supplies. Unfortunately, the service has fallen so far that I can no longer make shopping here a priority. Hope they bounce back.

Really nice employees. They carry a nice assortment of food and treats. Love the baths. The tubs are nice and they have stairs if you need them. The wash is a huge draw and it's nice that they support the community. I just wish they had better dryers for dogs that have hair! I used their dryer for 45 minutes and my girl was still pretty wet. It's winter so I was trying to get her dry!

Great place to drop in to wash your furry friends. Accrue points toward free wash with each visit. Great natural foods, treats, and chews. Owner's are cool people.

This place is wonderful. I took my puppy in for a bath. The sinks are big enough for any size dog and they provide you with towels, brushes, treats, etc. I love how simple the shampoo was to apply and rinse off. The staff were really helpful and knowledgable. They helped me find the right food for MoMo that accommodates his age and size and breed.

I love that I get to wash my puppy at my own pace. It was my first time so it was almost an hour bath time for MoMo. I love the blueberry facial so much that I bought a bottle to use for MoMo at home. Must use! It is slowly helping MoMo's tear stains.
