Animal Medical Center

We've been going to this vet for many years and have been happy up until about a year ago. It seems that they've changed their practices to require several visits to resolve an issue, with each visit incurring a separate $60 fee + whatever services are rendered. They stretch out something that should take one or two visits MAX to something that you have to come back four times for. We will be taking our business elsewhere where we aren't milked for simple issues.

This is the best veterinary clinic! I'm so glad I found this place. I'm calm for my pets Elvusha and Tolik.

Max is a new patient and I am very impressed. Dr. Oh is amazing and very knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They actually answer the phone when you call and you are not put on hold for extended waits. You can also go into the exam room with your pet which is important to me. I highly recommend this Animal Pet Clinic. Even on a busy holiday weekend, we were still in and out on 30 mins.

I am always happy to see Dr. Kim! She diagnosed Kirby with horse tails in his ear after I had taken him to Pinnacle and Access in Woodland Hills. Access charged me $395 and didn't find the three horse tail prickers in his ear. They must not have looked! I took Kirby in to see the Woman who does the teeth clean that requires no anesthetic. She was so nice and really great with dogs. Kirby needs to get the regular teeth cleaning within the next 6 months. Kirby is the most expensive FREE dog I ever got!

Within the first three months of getting him just as Covid came, he required someone to find those horse tails because those things are vicious! We went to the Pinnacle vet and he couldn't find anything wrong with Kirby. But he suspected that he had a heart problem, so we needed an Xray. Kirby wasn't eating, and seemed distressed about something. Doc never said anything about his ears or his teeth!

I was charged close to $1500. there. So, the Animal Medical Center is my favorite Veterinary Center. Dr. Kim is the person who discovered what was wrong with Kirby within 5 minutes of seeing him.

All the technicians, nurses, all the staff are just so nice and honestly perfect! They always are so caring and I always feel at ease leaving our dog, Popcorn, here. Dr. Oh always goes above and beyond and our family is honestly so grateful we were able to come to this hospital. 10 out of 10 will always recommend.

I always have such a great experience every time I bring my dogs in. With my last visit I brought my dog in to update her shots and was so impressed that I received a follow up call the next day from the vet office checking to see how my dog was feeling. I'm always very pleased and the staff there is always so friendly and happy to answer any questions I may have.

Animal Medical Center has excellent customer service! We recently needed a vet ASAP for our dog because she couldn't hold anything down. Our regular vet was booked out until the following week and couldn't even fit her in for urgent care. I called Animal Medical Center and the office staff member was so polite and accommodating. Despite the fact that they were completely booked and we had never been there before they told me to take our dog in right then and they would fit us in as long as I didn't mind waiting.

We didn't wait for long and the veterinarian took the time to thoroughly review her medical records that we brought along and complete and examination. I am so grateful to the entire staff and would recommend them whole heartedly for their caring and exceptional service.

We were referred to Animal Medical Center and Dr Oh 3 years ago & are so grateful to have found such an AWESOME doctor to care for our Buddy. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient & takes such great care of our baby. The whole staff there is amazing & welcoming. I know my baby Buddy is in great hands when he's there. Five ++++++++ stars all the way! Thank you for being fantastic!

The service and care here is always top class. They love and care for every patient. They cost a little bit more than other vets but believe me they are worth it! Ive been to almost every other vet in the area to compare but they are always a step above. They take care of all my pets.
