My dog visited here twice the first time the groomer charged me 130 and said if I booked early every three weeks he would be able to give me a better deal in the grooming. Prior to leaving this salon I booked on his schedule within three weeks with him again and he tells me when I pick my dog up that I owe him 140.00 now. I reminded him of my pre-booking and him encourage me to do so to save money and also have my dog well-maintained.

He says he should appreciate that and thanks for letting him know that but he still 140. I said I didn't bring $140 to the salon today and he says well I'm not getting my dog back and then I had to go to the police station to get my dog back. Of course someone who would play this game and hold your kids (dog) hostage and not honor there words is just someone I could absolutely not recommend. Of course this is one individual working here but the owner did nothing to resolve the issue other than lying herself. Full review on google

Amanda did such a great dog on my Pomeranian. It was his first time and he was so nervous but he came out looking great and even was happy to be with her! 5 out of 5 defiantly recommend! She also is very educated and gave my a lot of good information on how to maintain his shedding!

I'd been going to this place for a long time now. I personally have someone who takes care of my malti poo and very happy about it. I would say they're very passionate and caring of what they do. But this weekend somehow was a bit different. There was this medium dog a brown cocker spaniel having a haircut on the table and was tied by the neck but somehow the groomer was not paying attention fully and the dog slid and and got hang by the neck ( suicide style).

I screamed and somehow the groomer lady was in shocked and didn't moved at all. Didn't even grab the dog or anything until the other staff lady helped. What surprising to me was they were giving excuses about what just occurred. No comforting or checking the dog or anything. Just casually continue cutting his/her hair. I really hope that this doesn't happen to my dog.

Now it got me thinking twice now. I feel like this is negligence in their part. No amount of excuse can justify this. Be careful because they won't tell you what goes on there. Just saying! To the owner. I understand that dog can sometimes be hard and difficult.but pls if this is the case, try n have 2 people work on it so that we can avoid this whole accident situation. Not saying the dogs are left unattended but full attention should be there! Because to us this is our baby. I'm just trying to let you my point of view.

I've got an older dog with some arthritis issues lately, but that little dude NEEDED a groom and his little cute butt won't let me do it. I requested the earliest appointment on a weekend (9am) and he had his groom done with Joan, who was very sweet and patient with him (and his anxious human). She was careful with his sore spots, was understanding about putting his cone on so he doesn't chew up his paw when she wasn't immediately with him, and got him done quick. And he looks (and feels I bet) so much better! Joan and Dogs Etc. have little Chester and I's business!

Took my dog in to get groomed and had the best experience. I got the chance to meet the owners, and they are fantastic! Very caring for their company, staff, and clients. My dog is scared of almost anything, and Dog's Etc. knew just how to handle him. They took him in with loving arms and truly cared for the happiness of the dog. I picked him up and he looked very clean, fresh, and all of it with a big smile on his face. Great place for dogs new to the grooming world. I would highly recommend this place to friends/family!

I called a little after 9 and was told if I could make it in 15 mins they could trim my dogs nails. I made it in time and had a wonderful experience! The stylist was friendly and amazing. Both my dogs did super good and had zero anxiety. I'm for sure going to book a full grooming once school is out.

I took my dog here to get groomed and they did an excellent job at calming him down. He came out looking clean and smelled like blueberries. He was smiling when we picked him up. The pricing is excellent. They have a decent-sized lot as well. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Amazingly friendly staff. Incredible pricing! And definitely coming back! They took good care of my schnauzer and for a full groom I was shocked at how reasonably priced they were! Love a good value and friendly service! This place, although tiny, is pretty great!

I had a kind and understanding groomer who worked with my dogs being seniors. They both came home looking AMAZING. My groomer was Amanda and I already booked our next appt.

Having a large dog and finding a place that will take him is a challenge in Santa Clarita. Well I am beyond please with DOGS ETC! They went above and beyond my expectations. I strongly recommend this business for all your fur pup's needs. To the staff, thank you thank you so much extraordinary and thoughtful. Great customer service and the updates. UPDATE- so one of the owners. Tracey, called me back to apologize for the way it was handled and said I could bring my dog in to get groomed. Tracey was very nice. She said the person that called me was new and didn't quite know the policy. That person was indeed very unprofessional. So we took her in and now regret it because Amanda did a terrible job.

See picture. She's an Maltese and is looking like a min pin. She's never had such a awful haircut like this before. I'm not sure what has happened to this place. Very disappointed! I have been going there for years. Today there was a miscommunication with an appt and we were late (20 min) They turned us away and did not take my dog. And it's the holiday. Terrible and WILL NOT BE GOING BACK OR RECOMMENDING

If you're looking for a place to groom your cats you need to go here! I struggled to find a good pet groomer for my cats because a lot of places don't do cats anymore. The staff here and the groomer himself, I think Nicholas, know how to handle cats super well. Nicholas is so nice and caring is your pet I've brought my cats here for about 4-5 visits and they always come home super clean and well taken care of and smelling good!

They are fast and efficient. The lady at the front desk is nice. I've tried other places for my cats and they won't even touch them. I'm happy docs etc gave my cats a shot at grooming. They do so well every time! 10/10 recommend!

This is my new go to for grooming my 11-year-old maltipoo! Everyone I talked to there was so nice. My furry boy Cooper is blind from cataracts so gets especially nervous in new surroundings. Groomer Danielle did a fantastic job with him. I can always tell when he's had a bad experience with a groomer. He will whine and pace in the car on the way home. So, not only does he look adorable but he was totally mellow the whole way home. So happy!

I highly recommend this groomer! I have a 2 year old, 60 pound Husky that I bring here every few months. They always do a wonderful job with her, they are reasonably priced, and the employees are super friendly :) I also love that they put a bow or bandana on your dog at the end. So cute! :)

Every time we bring our dog to get groomed we always end up paying way more than quoted and told how difficult his hair is. I always feel a little shamed especially since I make an effort to brush him once or twice a week! But this was not the case in bringing our dog in to Dogs etc. He got a bath and sanitary trim and Debbie really kept him looking as his Aussie self!

When I told my husband how much they charged he couldn't believe the cost as we've always been charged so much more by other groomers. They warned me they were busy when I dropped him off but he was done before I expected. Really appreciate the good customer service and fair pricing. Our pup will definitely be returning!

Cindy is absolutely phenomenal. I've been in her online courses and after 1 private session my rescue's behavior is completely different. I look forward to continuing lessons with her.
