Amazon Animal Hospital

I have been bringing my pets to Amazon animal hospital for a long time. Everyone is always nice and they treat our pets like family. Prices are decent and the care goes above and beyond.

I'm so done with this place! EVERY time I call to make an appointment for my dog, I'm placed on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. It would be helpful for an operator to come on the line to state they'll take my call in a few minutes, but nothing! How can they stay in business? I'm extremely disappointed and will take my business elsewhere.

I had waited for over an hour at the ER vet hospital before I decided to seek immediate help elsewhere. I drove to Amazon Animal Hospital hoping to get a same day appointment and was told by Omar that my best bet would be to wait for any cancellations for the afternoon. While waiting to be contacted for any openings, I decided to call another ER Clinic in Sorrento Mesa for an earlier appointment Their phone just kept ringing and ringing and no one ever picked up! Luckily, Sandra called me and said that they had 2 morning cancellations.

I took the first available opening so My Boy could finally get the immediate care he desperately needed. I was so relieved! Dr Hibi examined My Boy and prescribed medication to help ease his pain and suffering. It's going to be a long road to recovery, but I'm forever grateful for Dr Hibi and his wonderful staff! Amazon Animal Hospital is professionalism and compassion - Bar None.

It's a solid veterinary clinic in Chula vista. Prices for examination are reasonable, but the doctor could spend a bit more time with the pets. I would appreciate more thorough examinations.

It was my 1.x year old cat's first time at the vet for a minor injury, she did great and staff was patient with her, myself, and everyone from what I saw. Value was great. Decor inside the office was unique and interesting. Plenty of parking in the business lot.

A wonderful veterinarian's office. My family has been taking our pets here for over 20 years and have only had the best experiences. Prices are reasonable and the care my pets have recieved has me recommend this location to my friends.

I did not like the veteran. I felt like he did not care for my dog. It felt like he stayed for 5 mins only. And just gave me some pills for his condition. I felt like he knew the pills weren't going to help so next time I can come and charge me more money. And it's true the pills he gave me it's not working for my poor dog. I'm not coming back to that vet.

First time there & i really like the attention tgey are super friendly &professional i recommend it 100%

We recently had to put our 15yr old dog to sleep. We found this vet to be less expensive. They were very professional and symptomatic to us during this sad time. They made our dog very comfortable with sedation before they administered the medicine to euthanize her. I really appreciated that because she would have been nervous otherwise. They made her transition to heaven bearable for both of us, thank you so much we will truly miss our little angel.

Staff made the process very fast and easy. Extremely nice people working at Amazon Animal Hospital. Quick service. I would recommend this vet to anyone looking to take their pet to the vet.

Dr. Hibb is great. Groomer is professional and loves dogs and cats. Good prices.

Everyone is great and you can tell they love animals. I like that they treat them in front of you, so you see what vaccines and treatment they're getting, the old-school way . Other vets take your babies away.

I have been coming here for years. They have a great staff. My dogs love coming here. I love that they have Friday and Saturday vaccine clinics. They get you and your pet in and out fast.
