This place is the best! Wonderful store with wonderful people. They have so many options for my pets. They have even ordered me specialty items that I can't find anywhere else. I go to them before I go to any of the mainstream places because that's how awesome they are.

I was shopping for a dog house and staff were very helpful on the phone and subsequently when I came into the store to pick it up. I also purchased a bale of hay for my dog (she likes to curl up in a big pile I place in the backyard for her) and the saleswoman asked to make sure I was buying the rice straw, which is a bit softer. Being that this place is also a feed store, it has more of a rustic, no frills vibe. Nonetheless, they have lots of products and good variety of dog food brands. Prices are competitive also.

This place is great! It's family owned and they are the friendliest family You could ever meet. They are very helpful, patient and very knowledgeable on any animal product your looking for. I've been going here for a long time and And have never had it one problem. This place is the best and will always be the best.

Took my 1 y.o. pup to Tarrah for the first time today for nail trim (we've only taken her to our vet) and even though she was nervous and wiggly Tarrah was so patient and kind and did a great job getting all of her nails nice and short. We'll definitely be back.

These Guys are the Best! The Staff are always friendly, attentive, patient! And very knowledgeable regarding your pets health and feeding concerns! I live in Las Vegas now, But I will always deal with Powell Bros. Regarding my pets food! Thank you guys! for always being the Best and dependable when it comes to customer service!

Dog groomer Rhonda is the absolute best with my dogs. I have never had someone do so well with my large dogs. The store itself is a bit pricey for me, but convenient in a pinch. They also refill propane! Just a great little store in general.

This is the worst grooming service i have ever encountered! Tara the groomer has the worst demeanor. She is rude, abrasive, hyper active and probably uses drugs. Customer beware if you take your pet in for grooming you do so at your own risk. The groomers donot try to accommodate the customer. It is around their convenience. I made appointments twice a week in advance.

They had cancellations both times and told me i had to come earlier. If not i would need to reschedule my original appointment. The worst customer service ever encountered! I cannot believe the good reviews. Probably phoney made up reviews! As for the store they have good products and the clerks very knowledgable. The products are over priced. The problem is their groomers need an attitude adjustment and a class in customer service.

Walked in looking for a leash and some other stuff for our dog. The staff were so friendly and understanding of what I was looking for. They answered all my questions and helped me look for the right lease. I had a wonderful experience up to that point because once I got to the register, their credit card machine had broken down (and I didn't have cash) so the whole trip was pointless. BUT, given the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff I give them 5 stars. It was just my luck that the machine broke down. Will return in the future.
