Luis and Maria are super nice. We had a change of plans and had to find someplace to leave our puppy. She was only 8 months old so I was hesitant. After meet Luis and seeing how clean the facility is, my worries were much less! Coco did great while there. I would recommend 5paws to anyone looking for dog boarding near Kissimmee

Casper and Mimi get pampered and have stayed at the hotel and we love it.

Giving a 1 star review is something that I don't like to do but felt there is need to make others aware of what occurred at the salon so that the same thing does not happen to you. Took my dog there and they shaved her belly area so close that she has burnt marks there as well as in her private region. Reached out to the owner and she just apologized and said that she will talk to the groomer and she will contact back, in which nothing was done. Also, paid $140.00, which is a ridiculous amount.

Excellent service, competitive groomers, they do care for our pets. I recommend this store 100%.

It use to be better, but this last time my two dogs came back traumatize for some reason. There was a diferent groomer that day and one of my dogs was shaved to close to the skin. I don't think I'll be taking my dogs to them next time.

Best pet hotel ever! Everyone is so nice and absolutely love the animals. I hated the idea of leaving my dog behind until I found this place. They have a customer for life.

Today we took our puppy Robin, because a friend of us highly recommended this place. This was his first grooming and we were worried about how he'll react. We had an amazing experience. Luisa is so sweet, explain to us the whole process, make some suggestions and you can tell she really loves dogs!

5 paws hotel & salon I would recommend to anyone. They are excellent at what they do, they care & love your fur baby as if was their very own. To me the most important things is knowing that they do it all out of love. Grooming service is an A+ and boarding wow amazing. Thank you guys for always being extra amazing to both of my fur babies.

Excellent service, great customer service! Owner has a GREAT passion for pets. Everyone employee is very attentive to your needs. Boarding is amazing you can take a vacation and have ease in your heart your fur baby is in great hands. Grooming is great.! Thank you guys for all the love and care you guys provided daily. There's new management, staff, and groomers now at this store and they've done a lot of upgrades to the locale which makes it worth a checking out again. The staff is super friendly and the vibe is great. The groomers are very great and I'm constantly impressed by the quality of the cuts so far. Definitely recommending it to my friends.

This was my first time taking my pup to a dog hotel and it was fairly a good experience. The woman at the front desk spoke on the phone for quite a while about an important matter before tending to me. But I believe my pup enjoyed his stay at the hotel. They were so comfortable with him that they let him walk around the hotel (supervised) when I came to pick him up. I feel as if I can trust them. And I also received plenty of useful advice and tips about my pup.

Service at 5 Paws was questionable at best. We left two dogs there after Luis received email with proof of vaccination. One was a Yorkshire Terrier. The other was a Whippet/Pit Bull mix. The mix weighed 32 pounds. It was a medium sized dog and it jumped high. We told him that it had jumped over 6 foot barriers before and that she had separation anxiety.

He didn't listen. We got a call from him in the morning of the 4th day, when we were supposed to pick them up. In it he said that the Whippet mix had jumped a fence and run away. He said that he'd put a report in at one animal shelter but there was no luck. We were on vacation at Disney World, do not live in Florida, and we're staying at a place that did not allow pets.

He did provide the address and phone number for the animal services center in St. Cloud. No luck there. They referred us to the animal services center in Orange County. We went there and found her. She was found about 10 miles away from 5 Paws. According to both animal service centers, he has never entered a report about the lost dog with either of them in spite of his repeated assurance that he had with the center in St Cloud.

According to the Orange County animal control center, the dog had been turned in 2 days earlier than he claimed it had run away. So it would seem that (according to Luis) the dog was turned in 2 days before it ran away. When I confronted Luis about this, he wasn't surprised. It was as if he knew. He didn't call. He claimed that he had been lied to by one of his employees.

However I don't trust anything he says. We told him repeatedly that the Whippet mix was a girl. He kept calling it "he." We told him other things. He did not listen to us. He was too busy talking. His version of things does not match up with events. I do not trust him.

Very bad place to trust your dog to. They lied twice about my dog being in a suite, which he was not in. They stuck him in a small cage, and when I took him out, he badly needed to be walked. They are not honest, nor responsible. I would not recommend you to use this place if you love your dog, and want him to be well-cared for. Low rent care, rude dishonest people, no compassion for the animals they are supposed to be and getting paid for, to care for.

My Wife took our Beloved Maltese, Speedy to 5 Paws for a grooming. We picked him up, and did not like the terrible job they did, so my wife complained. The Owner said " I HATE it when you people say we didn't do nothing!" Then she said " don't pay me. Bring him back tommorrow and we'll fix him. My wife brought our speedy two days later, and he was killed.

My wife got a call saying "your dog is dead. come get the body before I dispose of it" No apology, no offer to try to pay for another dog. Just my personal opinion, but this hell hole should be shut down so no one else will feel the terrible burning pain we are feeling. What is not my opinion is that Autopsy report. email me WinstonL@me.com and I'll send you the autopsy, which proves he was killed there. If I could give 0 stars I would. I understand in any business things go wrong, but when my dog dies in your care, I want at least an explanation and apology

This place is not HORRIBLE! I took a tour last week to board my pet and it smelled like poop. There were dogs running loose (not safe).The staff was rude and abrasive! The "daycare" area had dog waste that the dogs were walking in and in the grooming section there was a pit bull sitting in the bath tub all by himself and a little furry dog sitting all alone on a table with a string around his neck (what if he jumped?). IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS PLEASE DONT GO HERE!
