They did a good job taking care of my baby! Get pictures and reports everyday. And they were giving me a full report when i picked her up.she was there for a full week. Thank you for such a great taking care of her!

Our Sheltie, Sadie, is a bit of a fussy girl. Since we adopted her four years ago at 3 1/2, she had never been away from home for an extended period. We were a little apprehensive about her 12-day stay at Bass, especially because she doesn't tolerate other dogs very well. I am so pleased to report that Bass and all of Sadie's attendants were absolutely fantastic with her.

They gave her lots of individual attention and reported on her progress via Puppy Postcards every single day. Sadie will be back! Thank you Michelle, Kendall, Des, and Malia.

I have been taking my dogs here for awhile, I like that they update me on any concerns that they have with my dogs. They give my dogs lots of cuddles and plenty of playtime. The only place I can take my dogs that won't stereotype them because of their breed( I have a German shepherd and a American bully). The staff are very friendly and passionate about pets. As long as my fur babies are happy I'm happy!

My two dogs loved their day at daycare and were tired, relaxed and happy when I picked them up. The Staff couldn't have been more kind and compassionate with my one shy dog. They were friendly, professional and truly caring about my fur babies. The facility was clean, well organized and the location is beautiful! We'll definitely be back and I would highly recommend!

I had to leave my two dogs here for A WHOLE MONTH! I was so distraught about it but they took such good care of them. I opted for the postcards and I was sent photos of them every single day. Despite being without them I knew they were in good hands and it gave me solace in a very difficult time. Please use this pet care, they care deeply about the pets they care for and they will treat them like their own.

I am so pleased with Bass Pet Resort and Spa! My husband and I needed a place to board our two labs for three days while we visited Disney World. This place is responsive, reasonably priced, and my dogs enjoyed themselves. I paid extra for a bath and nail trim and my dogs look handsome and smell good. My dogs were very happy when we picked them up which was a great sign of relief when you leave your animals at a place you are unfamiliar with.

We RV full time so finding Bass Pet Resort was a blessing since we travel. Every time I emailed the resort to get a status about our dogs, staff was very responsive and informative. I definitely recommend this place especially for RVers who need a place to take their fur babies. Thank you for taking care of our dogs! Christina D.

I can't really review them. I am wondering how anybody makes a reservation here? We have called about 20 times in the last 2 days, nobody ever picks up and there is no option to leave a message. It won't let me leave a comment without picking a star rating so I just put it right in the middle. (Edit: saw the response, thanks for that, Im changing to 4 star, and when I need this service in the future we will try calling again)

We've been using these guys for years and I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else! Love Bass Pet Resort! Everyone's friendly and helpful and my daughter's puppy, (I'm her Gammy lol) loves it here! She gets so excited, when we pull into the parking lot and hears the other dogs! We had to put my dog, down , that had been going here for years, and Darlene, the manager, called me personally to give her condolences and everyone sent me the sweetest card, that they all signed and some even wrote a lil something! Made me feel like they really cared Thanks for everything, everyone at Bass Kennel and an extra thank you, to Skylar!

She knows, we're in training with the puppy and she helps us out, by making her do, what she sees us do with her, when we come there. You don't know how much we appreciate that Skylar! You don't have to do that, but you do, and it definitely helps If you're on the fence, wondering if you should trust them with your pet (s), don't worry, they'll take very good care of them!

I brought my dog to Bass Pet Resort & Spa while my family was vacationing in Orlando, Florida. From the start, the staff at Bass were very responsive to all my questions and were happy to help walk me through the reservation process. When I brought my dog in and picked him up everyone was cheerful and seemed to love their job. They made me and my dog feel very welcome considering he's a 70 pound ball of energy that never stops!

I've been to dog day cares before, and I have never felt a more personal experience then I did here. 5 out of 5; would definitely recommend. I also recommend the daily updates if your pet is staying for a long period. The pictures the staff got of my dog and sent to me were awesome. He looked like he was having the best time.

This is the second time leaving my lab here at this facility and this is the second time he acts extremely different, he seems depressed and won't stop crying. My dog is very happy hyper and to see him like this is very scary. He is eating very little and his attitude looks like he has been abused! This is my last time leaving my dog there plus the grooming service is terrible and I was overcharged for not picking him up before 11am.

Please don't leave your pet here, they won't be the same. This place needs cameras 24/7. I will be taking my dog to the vet tomorrow, I pray he's ok. My heart is broken. He's flinching and not drinking any water.

I booked my 1.5 year-old Husky/Lab mix to stay at Bass Pet Resort over the Christmas holiday this year and I just know he had a blast! The staff was friendly and informative and the cost was much more reasonable compared to other pet resorts in the area. When I picked up my pet, they gave a thorough report about his stay and about how much fun he had. He was completely worn out once we got home from having such a fun time while I was away. I can't wait for our next stay with Bass Pet Resort!

Pearce is having a great time and when back home he is so calm and sleeps right after l feed him diner. So happy to see him play with other Weimaraners the have there. He also has a great time with the little dogs as well. Will be bringing him to day care every day for the next 10 days of our vacation. So glad l found a place for Pearce to enjoy time with other dogs and people. Thank you Bass

My girlfriend and I were very hesitant boarding our dog Jax due to his anxiety issues but we were assured that he was welcome there and not to worry. We can happily say that that's exactly what happened. His appearance and behavior walking out to us was 11/10. He seems to have had a blast there so we will most definitely be using this amazing facility again.

We couldn't have been happier about his updates given to us, the ability for the staff to give him his medicine as needed and be reliable and assuring as far as how he was doing over phone/email. 100% recommend using Bass!

Our pup had not been there for a year. We are back in town from MN getting ready for a permanent move and the check in gal actually remembered her! I though that was awesome. We had a day trip planned so just wanted a one day daycare. She has an injury so she recommended a one on one to keep her from getting to much activity. Thank you for taking such good care of her. See you in May!

Sparkles was definitely more comfortable the 2nd time around Staff are so pleasant I like that they keep a report of her stays so they know what's been going on with your pet I would bring Sparkles back again

This was the first time we sent our girl to daycare. Employees were patient with our questions, let us tour the facility and make adjustments to our reservation after the tour. Our dog did great in group one day - the next day they noticed she wasn't terribly happy with the large dogs so they let her play with the small group. I highly recommend and if we ever come to Disney again we will use Bass Pet Resort.

We felt very comfortable leaving our pups at Bass Pet Resort. Everyone is caring and friendly. The daily report cards are great too. We had a wonderful time on our vacation knowing our dogs were having a fun time too. They were fresh and bathed when we picked them up. I highy recommend Bass Pet Resort.

Our collie had the best day while we went to Disney. She played with the other dogs and ran around a lot. Then in the afternoon she had a spa! When I picked her up she was happy, calm and so pretty! Kudos to Bass Pet Resort staff!

Left my dog Grady for a trial day. Folks were very pleasant. Had a lot of land and he made new friends. Grady is 90 pounds and very playful. He was grated well and both happy and tired to see us! I will probably book an over night stay next and see how it goes. If all is good, l longer stay will be needed the end of January.

Hey! We left our baby dog for 9 days there. We took the gold package ("the best one"). We let the staff know that he is not neutered. But they never told me that if he was not neutered he would not be able to play with the other dogs. They change without our consent his room from a suite to a regular room because they said that "our dog is too smart and could open the door". Pictures should have been posted daily at FB page but the only time that I saw my dog was when I asked for it!

He was not even included in the dog welcoming board. Even though the staff are very polite we are highly disappointed with the service that they provided! Sorry but I definitely don't recommend this place!

Awesome customer service. Was in town for a wedding and boarded my dog Marcus here for a couple of nights. Bass Pet Resort was great to Marcus even though he was super nervous about being in a whole new place. Will definitely board Marcus here again in the future.

We are new residents to Florida and were very happy to have found Bass Resort. Our pit-mix Willy absolutely LOVED it! He loves to play and has boundless energy and the staff there were accommodating of Willy. How do I know? He came home and slept the day away, something he never does. They were responsive when I called to check on him. We strongly recommend this place!'

Gosh my dogs Junior and Toby always have fun here. The animal technicians, customer service, and handlers all care and show the love of animals. Bass is great resort to leave your dogs in good hands.

I think that even after a reply in the personal message wasn't then fixed, a comment in the public comment to omit "damage control" would be the next step eh? My review stands strong after having such an expirience with your company. As stated, i needed you guys before heading on an international flight and the let down was so severe, i had to jump through hoops at the very last minute ti find ultimately having to go with an uninsured pet care taker.

Even after your company did not refund my deposit and canceling my reservation because you guys "overbooked" was not a right move. Sorry, but anyone considering taking their pet here should know.

The cigarette butts laying on the ground around the dogs in the photos is disgusting. I would never leave my dog at a dirty place like this. A picture speaks a thousand words if you get my drift.

This pet resort is very affordable. However, I am very upset that they decided it was ok to write my dogs name all over his toys.

Can't say enough about this place they provide exceptional service and what they do to help the community and local pet rescues is beyond wonderful.

I will start with the good. This place does seem to care for your dogs based on what we saw during the facility tour. Now, let's talk about why we gave this place a 1 star review. 1) They don't list their pricing online. 2) They offer multiple "packages" to give your dog more attention and play time. 3) They are unclear on how often the dogs will be let out for relief. 4) Their pricing is vague and misleading.

Below is the scenario we experienced. We were told by Janice on our tour the cost was $29.95 per pet per night plus the chosen package. We were also told we would receive a free night discount since we have two dogs. Gold "Paw" Package - $19.95 per pet per night. Silver "Paw" Package - $14.95 per pet per night. Bronze "Paw" Package - $9.95 per pet per night.

We chose the Gold "Paw" Package for $19.95 per dog for one night. We were told it would be $29.95 per night plus the $19.95 for the package. We asked Rebecca at the check-in what time we needed to pick up the dogs to avoid any additional charges. She said "11 am is the standard check-out time but we could pick-up at 4 pm since we had chosen the Gold "Paw" Package".

Below is how our final bill was given to us vs. how it should have looked per our conversation with their staff during the tour and at check-in. Bill they tried to charge us for. Two night stay per each dog. $59.90 (2) = $119.80 Two Gold "Paw" Package per each dog. $39.90 (2) =$79.80 Less Deposit taken at reservation = -$25 Total they gave us for one day when we arrived to pick them Up.$174.60!

For one night for two dogs. They tried to charge us for two full nights and two gold "paw" packages! Then they proceeded to change the bill around and try to talk their way out of what they originally told us. How our bill should have been. One night stay per each dog. $29.95 (2) = $59.90 Gold "Paw" Package per each dog. $19.95 (2) =$39.90 Less Deposit taken at reservation = -$25 One Free Night = -$29.95 Total should have been. $69.85 at pickup.

Even when they tried to "fix it" they still did not give us one night free and argued with me about what they originally told us. If you plan on brining your animal there I would recommend getting everything in writing with exact details and have them sign it. They lied to us at every turn in the process and we still did not end up paying what we originally were told we would.

LARGE HIDDEN FEES - We made a reservation at Bass Pet Resort for a one night stay for our 2 dogs. When we made the reservation we informed the resort that we would need to pick the dogs up at 2pm the next day. When I dropped them off I was not informed that a minute past 11am we would be charged an additional day for both dogs. After leaving I called and mentioned that we are still picking the dogs up by 2 or 2:30 at the latest the next day and still the extra entire day charge was not mentioned.

When my wife arrived at 1:40 the next day she was handed a tangled mess of their leashes and collars and promptly charged $90 on top of the $25 deposit we had to pay up front. I called today to discuss the bill and the obvious mistake. I was told that because we did not arrive by 11am or purchase a better package for them we are indeed charged an additional entire day for both dogs.

For a one night stay we are now at $115 after the original package gave us a one free night for one of the dogs because we purchased the dogs a play package. I explained that at no time were we informed that pickup after 11am results in an entire extra day would be charged for both dogs. Do I expect not to be charged for a late pick up? Absolutely not, but being charged an entire day for picking them up 2 1/2 hours late as we told them when we booked, and then discussed over the phone is ridiculous.

When I came to drop them off or when we picked them up and made the reservation this policy was never explained. They offered me a free one night credit when we booked again. We have no interest in re-booking with them after not being informed of their policy. I assume the dogs were treated well, but as you know dogs don't really report back.

In summary a less than 24 hour stay for our dogs cost us $115. I am sure their are other dogs kennels that will explain their fees and discuss the hidden fees and be more transparent. I suggest finding those places.

My dogs loved it here. They spent almost 2 weeks there and were super happy when I picked them up. Staff is very friendly and lots of them so pups look like they are walked quite a bit. I would highly recommend.

My 5 month old golden retriever, Buddy, stayed for 10 days. I was extremely impressed on the availability of staff to answer phone calls and keep me updated on how Buddy was doing-this was his first time away from home. When we came to get buddy, it was obvious how much the staff cared for him. Buddy was active, happy, and playful with us and the staff. Buddy was washed right before we picked him up and looked beautiful. I am thrilled to have found a home away from home for Buddy to stay when we vacation. Thank you so much for the excellent care and attention you gave our Buddy.

I cannot say enough great things about Bass. We've been taking our baby Colt there for about 8 months. We have boarded him there for up to a week at a time and also use their daycare services from time to time. Starting with Patti, the owner, she has been remarkable with her customer service and attention to detail especially when our boy was in between stages of a puppy and adult.

Then go to her staff members.top of the line across the board. They all know Colt by name, they always tell me how much they love him and can't rave enough about him. Leaving your fur baby in someone's care that you don't know can be traumatic but I know 100% when dropping my boy off he is in the best of hands and I don't have to worry. THANK YOU PATTI AND BASS for being Colts home away from home.

So I've now been informed that in order to receive a refund for cremation fees for my dog I have to sign a non-disparagement agreement. I'm not taking hush money over my deceased dog.

Took my dog here for an overnight stay when I was visiting Disney. I had heard good things plus I get a cast member discount so I figured I'd try it out. The place seemed very nice, but my dog wasn't there long enough to really know enough to give it 5 stars, but I will take him back in the future.

Make no mistake, this boarding facility is a business first. They will charge you for an extra day if you pick up past the "check out" time without advising you. They also do not advise upfront that if you select the silver or gold package, or request a go home bath, they will "allow" you to check out late without the charge for an extra day. They don't tell you this upfront, only after you are there to pay and pick-up.

My issue is not so much paying for a service rendered, but rather that they don't tell you when you book that a "late" checkout will result in an extra day, or tell you that if you pay for the bath, you can pick them up without a fee. My dogs are on flea prevention and still came home with fleas and VERY dirty kennels. They don't take you back to let you see the facility and recommend not to visit your dogs during their stay. Other than that, my dogs were fine during their stay and they seem happy.

I'm sad that my experience with Bass dwindled so dramatically since I first started using them to board my cat. Unfortunately, the most recent time boarding with them, I picked up my cat and came to find her with a serious case of fleas and bloody bite wounds around her neck. It was horrifying! After calling the kennel about it, they nonchalantly mentioned that they noticed the bite marks and said she was "stressed." Yet they didn't attempt to do anything or notify me while I was on travel?

I ultimately had to take her to the vet, which totaled to be hundreds more to get antibiotics and medicine to alleviate the bite marks. After getting the medicine, it then took several weeks for her to get back to normalcy. Because of this incident, I've since stopped using Bass; I understand this is a unique situation and most likely one of those rare occurrences, but I was underwhelmed with the staff's response and level of service. I now board elsewhere, which is a bummer since Bass had been my go-to for several travels.

We've taken our dog to board here a couple times (1 to 6 night stays). He was always excited during drop-offs and exhausted after pick-ups; he seemed to always have a great time at Bass. I have called and checked on our dog twice on separate stays before. They usually update me on how he's been eating, playing with other dogs and behaving during down time in his "room".

I really like the large fenced play area the dogs get to play in. Also, the rooms are pretty good size and the easy outside access from the room is a plus! The one thing I don't like is not knowing the EXACT cost for the stay until basically day of pick-up. Knowing the total cost would be really great, especially for extended stays. As what others have mentioned, they give you a 'base price'. Perhaps, an online payment could be made available online (?). Personally, I would like to have this option as it is much more convenient and easier as a customer.

My dogs seemed to have a good experience. I've brought them several times with no issues. They even go the extra mile to take care of Sadie's dry patches on her skin. Thanks

I've taken my boy ace to bass pet resort twice, and both times I've flew out of the state and left him there for 4 days, and I'm that annoying mom who calls every other hour to check up and they answer right away never with an attitude, ace comes home as his normal cheerful self, we just moved to fl & I had no idea where to take him but found this awesome place!

Oh they've washed his bed both times! And ace comes bac smelling delicious and the order lasts for up to a month! Thank you everyone who takes care of ace I know he's a handful!
