Secure pet transport is a great service. I highly recommend it. They eased my anxiety of my pet traveling such a great distance and they did everything we agreed upon. Very clean and professional. Great staff!

I moved from Newark, New Jersey to San Fran, California and needed my baby to come with me. When I contacted the company, I spoke their representative Antonio. He was so welcoming, informative, and very patient with my 500 questions. Due to my career, I travel and relocate A LOT! This is my fourth time relocating and my second time using Secure Pet Transport.

I really like them. Cody was great and arrived on time. Both times, Skye arrived clean and happy. I can just tell she was well taken care of. The traveling van is kept extremely well (especially considering they are moving animals) I was able to communicate with Cody through out the trip and check on Skye's condition (my baby ) journey. Of course I was nervous, but everything worked out perfectly!

I was able to call the driver throughout Syke's entire trip, as promised. Antonio and Cody was so nice and the company representatives communicated so well with me. Highly recommended!

The team was very professional. I felt my two dogs who were being transported from Connecticut to Texas were in very caring hands. The driver Centino kept me constantly updated throughout the journey with pictures and texts and he followed the care instructions exactly. The transport was efficient and my furry friends are home safely and happy. I would recommend this company and use them again.

These guys are amazing. I've used them twice this year and everything went perfectly smooth both times. Highly recommended! Isaiah was my handler for the first trip and Don on the last one. Hard working men!

I was referred to this company by a good friend. I was certainly skeptical about trying any pet transport service, however, the company and representative present a stress free and easy vibe. I would recommend them to anyone. This is a good team with great service. I did not have to worry about anything. The communication between myself and Frank was awesome.

He was very open, honest and detailed regarding the cost of service and detailed information about what this includes. They definitely delivered on their word and on time. All in all, this company and their service is highly recommended.

Secure Pet Transport is great. My Great Dane Parker showed up happy and excited. I was pretty nervous because it was a three day trip but the communication was great. He was well taken care of and it's worth five stars.

We had a puppy transported from Iowa to New Jersey. The price was reasonable, the schedulers and the driver were courteous and they kept the puppy safe & comfortable. They were super fast

Secure Pet Transport was the best decision I could've made. From start to finish Tony reassured me that Spunk would be okay going from Ohio to Texas. Although I was still nervous when I received a phone call from my driver Mark the day before Spunks transport I felt really good. Mark arrived with his driving partner picked up spunk and headed to Houston. Spunk arrived at the house before I did my son was there to receive him from Mark and the team. I would definitely use them again if the need arises. I highly recommend them you can't hobwrong. Thank you

Pre paid over $1400 & They never came to pick up my pet, never called to say they weren't coming & have refused to refund my money at this point. Made multiple calls with zero response. Not sure this a legitimate business. They have now responded with lies. I didn't cancel the trip, they failed to show up, call me or advise when another driver was coming.

Their only response to this is my review, (didn't respond with a call ever)which is full of lies. Again, not sure it's a real business. I've contacted my Attorney General fraud division To investigate as they cannot prove anything they stated in this review. Also i find it interesting that the review response is the only explanation I received & conveniently it is 14 days past their undisclosed return policy. As a business person, don't you think it's better to just call the client & have a discussion? Guess not!

Grateful for this company! They squeezed me in on their route at the last minute. The quote was reasonable, and they really do care about the safety of their clients' pets. My Chester arrived happy and healthy. Job well done, guys!
