Picked up my neighbors dog for him after a grooming. Dog looks good, neighbor happy, business owner is a friendly man as well.

Have not used. Visited. But I will use in future. Loved the owners. Place is maintained and animals are taking care of. Doe not smell like chemicals. That's always a great sign

Love this kennel. They take very good of our dog and also have an excellent groming staff.

Joanne and John are so compassionate. I had to take a sick friend's dog there for grooming. The dog was a mess! But she was returned to me in beautiful condition.

Absolutely amazing boarding! The owners of the kennel are the sweetest people you'll ever meet. They treat your pet like their own! They're grooming is spectacular! They also have the CUTEST BOWS for your dogs hair!

Great place to groom your dogs! Coco and Zoe have been going to Jo Ann and John for 12 years. They do a beautiful job, very caring and helpful. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. You folks are the best!

Having a newly adopted Shih Ztu I needed to find her a good groomer. I called around & read reviews and was extremely happy with the answers I received here. Out of 1/2 dozen places I called they were the only one who said they would pluck her ears, take special care for the hair on her face & paws. I also had great concern about her stress levels.

I've only had her 2 weeks and she's still she'll shocked from being dumped on the side of the road, time at the rescue then the 2 day drive across the country. I didn't want to set her back on any progress she made adjusting to her forever home. Gypsy was in good hands while being groomed. Her stress level was almost nonexistent. I'm very happy with their knowledge of the breed, their patience and understanding & the quality of services. I would highly recommend this groomer. I also love the personal touch of the hand made bows and bandana.

We took our 2 Maltese to get groomed for the first time. We loved the place right off the bat. Very clean and comfertable and John and Joanne made us feel right at home! The best was when we picked them up. They made them look better then we ever saw them look before! They were cut just the way we wanted. Finally. A groomer we can count on! John and Tammy

Niagara Kennels is one of the BEST groomer we have seen. Price is very affordable for both grooming and boarding. However, they have a policy of charging 2 days of boarding even if you just board for a day. BUT. the price for 2 days is equivalent to 1 day of boarding in other facility. That is how affordable and yet a TOPNOTCH service. The walls of their office will speak for itself. you'll see when you get there. John gave us useful tips on where to go and what to do around the falls. Joanne, did a wonderful job grooming our little Yorkie. You will see how thorough she is.

My friends and family have been going to Niagara Kennels for the better part of 2 decades and not ONCE have we had a bad experience. Joann and John are clearly passionate animal lovers, who enjoy what they do, and it shows in their work. The prices and policies are posted clearly, and are fair for the market, I have no qualms with any of them. After such a long time if doing business with them, they are like extended family who love our pets as much as we do. I have, I do, and I will continue to recommend this business to anyone in need of a dog groomer or boarding facility. :
