Debbie's Doghouse & Pet Palace

Amazing place and very friendly staff. We had to keep our dog at a very short notice and they were still very accommodating, helpful and welcoming and took great care of him. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

If your pet is like family, then this is the dog boarding facility to take your fur baby. Great dog condos with a toddler bed, dog bed, TV and fan. A/C through out premises. They treat your dog like family. They were kind enough to let me get my pet earlier than their business hours. I would definitely take my dog back there. I didn't feel any need to worry. They gave him his meds and dog food with chicken! A nice size fenced in yard. My Poochie came back happy.

Worse groom my dog ever got. Shaved down to the skin leaving patchy spots. Never took the time to talk with me. Differently overbooked never again

Absolutely fantastic couple! I messed up and showed up to drop off my dog outside of their hours but they happened to be there and checked my Dog in anyways with no complaints. My dog seemed well taken care of upon pickup and the staff was very friendly and caring of my pup! Highly, Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the treatment our new puppy received. We wanted to take a city tour but were hesitant to leave our new puppy alone in the camper all day. Fortunately, found Debbie's online and she was less than 5 minutes from our campground. We visited in advance and were impressed with the accommodations and more important the people there. I'd recommend Debbie's for anyone visiting the area needing a place to watch your fur baby while you do some sightseeing.

We took our 2 year old male lab and 5 month old lab female here during our 3 1/2 day trip out of town, and this place was amazing. They were friendly and offered many accommodations to comfort our pups. They were extremely nice to us and our dogs. We also got a "first time visit" discount, which was an added bonus. When we left, they gave each pup a special treat and showed obvious signs that they had bonded with our animals, and were sad to see them go. It's definitely a hidden gem. You will not be disappointed! We will go here again!

This place is phenomenal! If I ever come back with my dogs again I will definitely board them there. Debbie and Earl were just great and my dogs loved it. So if you go to Niagara Falls with pets and need to board them to take in the sites, this is the place to leave them.

This was our first time ever being away from our family pet Buddy and it was a hard emotional experience. My next door neighbor who really likes our Buddy and Buddy likes her was supposed to watch him while we were gone but at the last moment was called out of state. This left us very little time to find a place for a pet when a friend recommended Debbie's Dog House and we did some research on Yelp and were very pleased with the service we received.

They encouraged us to call in daily to check on Buddy which we did, they allowed my brother to stop in and play with him. You can tell the employees truly love animal, the place was super clean and odor. We could tell immediately Buddy was well cared for happy and well fed when we picked him up. I strongly recommend this place for your pet care.

The only place I take my pup for her nails. Debbie is an amazing gentle pet lover. My dog is very comfortable with her. She is so nice and just so loving to my dog. The staff always has been great and very friendly. Debbie is so caring.

Love this groomer! Had a hiper puppy and Debbie had no problem cutting him. He really loved her! He looked fantastic! Also viewed the pet hotel and booked a condo for Indigo during our vacation! Highly recommend this wonderful place!

My dog has bumps under her skin and has crippled legs. Debbie cuts her hair and has never nicked her and does a great job, she looks so cute when she's done. Amazing care and concern for my dear baby.

First of all, our little dog is 15 yrs. old and never been to a kennel so by very good fortune, I visited Debbie's Doghouse (unannounced) and Earl was eager to show me the entire complex. The kennel was spotless, no odors whatsoever, all the dogs were content in their suites, no ear piercing barking, just happy wagging tails to greet a new visitor.

I immediately scheduled our dog and while we were away Earl notified me via email that our dog was having severe diarrhea so they prepared fresh cooked chicken and rice for his meals and he loved it. When we picked him he had been shampooed and trimmed, scarf around his neck 'looking very savvy', bright eyed and ready to go home. Debbie hugged him and said 'ohhhh, bye my Sweetheart, come again'. I cannot say enough good things about this Christian couple who loves the animals and treats them as their own.

Do you have a dog that tells you off when you leave them home to run an errand? We do! Imagine my surprise when after leaving them for 30 hours at Debbie's Pet Palace that I didn't receive the normal reprimand by my girls. Not only that but due to a medical emergency (for me not the girls) I ended up having to take the girls back the next day and the tails were actually wagging when we walked in the door to drop them off!

Now if that isn't a 5 star testimony I don't know what is. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean facility. Definitely would recommend. Plus a fraction of the cost of some other facilities I had checked into. I did not use the grooming services as I had had them groomed 2 weeks prior in another state but there were others their using those services. I wish I had planned ahead better to have had them groomed there also.

What a great choice we made! We traveled from Maryland to visit Niagara Falls and decided to bring our 13 year old Toy Poodle with us. We thought it would be a great opportunity for him to enjoy part of the vacation with us, since it is such a "pet friendly" vacation with all of the outdoor activities and parks. We made a reservation for two of the days we were in Niagara Falls at Debbie's Doghouse so that we could have a couple of days to ourselves to go to dinner, ride the maid of the mist, journey behind the falls, etc. Debbie's Doghouse is a clean, very "cute" and unique boarding facility.

Their website has tons of information that makes it easy to prepare for boarding of your pet. I knew exactly what to expect before setting foot in the place. Once I arrived, I met Earl (one of the owners), who was very nice and you can tell is passionate about what he does. He asked me what temperature I keep our home and then chose a suite with the closest temperature so that our doggy would be as comfortable as possible.

Our poodle stayed in one of the upgraded condos that seem to simulate an indoor home environment. This was perfect for my pooch! When we came to pick him up, I noticed a screen in the front office with cameras in each room to monitor the guest-pets. I saw my little guy enjoying the mini bed in his room.
