Services
Each dog has their own ideas of what is fun for them. We have adapted the concept of letting your dog tell "us" what they want to do. For some it is a group setting, for others it is individual and personalized play throughout the day is ideal. We do not believe in a "pass or fail" program, we believe finding what works for everyone and for every dog to succeed!
What vaccines do I need to have to board an animal with you? Q. Do you give vaccines? Q. I am boarding my pet for the first time. What can I expect? What happens if my dog or cat should become ill while staying with you? Why do I have to fill out a Veterinarian Release Form each visit and put down a credit card number?
The Veterinarian release form allows us to get treatment for your pet should an emergency arise. It was designed with the help of the Animal Emergency Clinic in Henrietta. It is mandatory for each overnight stay. The Boarding contract is good for 18 months. You only need to fill this out if you are new to us, your information has changed or it has been a while since your last visit.
Gastric Torsion which is commonly called Bloat. It is a very deadly issue. It is the most serious issue we face as a boarding facility, because of this we have studied very passionately and have trained in the recognition and response to Bloat and the symptoms. In the past forty years I have seen many cases.

I really don't think they should allow Michele to deal with the public. If the animals are treated the way she treats people. it's not good. Michele has to be 100% the nastiest person and rudest I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She is so rude and nasty you just feel sorry for her. her poor family. Omg . Michele needs help! Michele, why you gotta be so mean?

Had a great experience with Add-En-on. I have an extremely people reactive dog and the way they have the kennels set up allow my dog to be cared for without having to be handled by their staff. They were very welcoming and confident in their ability to care for my dog. At pick up my dog seemed happy, healthy, and well cared for while in their care.

Fantastic staff and amazing service selection! My dog Banner loves coming here and is always excited when we pull up and it's really awesome how you can customize their stay with hikes or swimming etc. I know they do a great job taking care of all the dogs here especially since my dog has had difficulties at other kennels before and they are always excited to see Banner and always give great feedback. Worth the money and drive out.

Boarded my dog twice and the owner was rude both times but was more accommodating with the pick up time the first time. The second time I requested to pick up my dog early and she insisted his appointment was for the next morning. She would not allow me to pick up my dog early because he had a different appointment time for pick up. This seemed a little crazy to me that she would not release my dog when I asked her to.
Although the place looks brand new - my dog was starving when we finally retrieved him and brought him home. He had also lost his bark for a few days. I assume it was because he was barking the entire week I boarded him. I will never board my dog there again because I feel I can't trust the owners to give my dog the attention and care he needs.

I left my dog at this kennel for eight days. He lost six pounds and looked starved when I went to pick him up (he was weighed a day before we dropped him off and the same day we picked him up.) He was also shedding an extreme amount, you could see it piling up on top of him, and when you pet him, a huge amount would come out. He's a boxer! He was obviously very stressed and neglected during his stay here.
His normal shiny coat was sticky and brittle, and he had dirt matted on him. I specifically told the staff to call me if there were any changes to his behavior, as I was worried about a swollen lymph node he had developed after getting his vaccinations (which my doctor told me was normal but to monitor the size over the course of two weeks). I also gave her access to his medical records and his Vet at pittsford animal hospital.
I called three days into my vacation to check up. She assured me he was doing great, his normal bouncy self. I drive straight from the Cape to the kennels to find my dog in the worst state of his life (he's one and a half, and in perfect health) and so I had to drive my dog immediately from the kennel to the hospital. I had to pay >200 for medical fees, which I don't mind, as long as my dog was getting the care he needed.
I was not made aware at any point about his health, even when I arrived to pick him up. I come to find he had gotten kennel cough, regardless of the fact that he was up to date with his shots. Apparently they do not have any procedure if/when a dog is to get sick with something that is contagious and can spread to the rest of the dogs boarding. If they had made a point to be honest or even make a basic phone call informing me about what was going on, then my dog would not have had to suffer for days in their care.
I would have GLADLY left my vacation early to go pick him up and get him the help he needed. Instead they let him rot. They were defensive and rude when my family complained, and we are now banned, when we simply wanted them to install proper protocol when/if another out break were to occur. I wouldn't trust them to look after my cactus. This place is an absolute disgrace and they should be ashamed of the way they treated my dog.
And after looking into their establishment more, it is clear he was not the first dog treated this way, and sadly, I'm sure he will not be the last. Even if one person reads this, please do not take ur pet here.

Poor customer service! From the moment I dropped my dog off I noticed Michelle had a rude tone of voice. She was not pleasant to interact with when dropping my dog off and I asked for a quick tour as we had never been there. She was rude when I called her on the phone regarding picking my dog up early, and again when I called regarding my dog not returning home with his blanket.
I assumed it was just me taking it the wrong way from being tired from traveling, until I spoke with my sister who also boarded her dog there and felt she was rude every time they spoke, and my dad who picked our dogs up for us and said she was rude in person. My father described her as "not a people person" and I could not agree more. The property where the dogs are is very nice, and the price is nice, but would NOT recommend due to customer service.
I wanted to support local but will gladly pay double the price and continue to use Christopher Robin in Avon, where the staff is always friendly, provides updates, and the dogs get to socialize in a large play area with one another!

We love it here! When we tell our pups they're going to "camp", they jump around in excitement knowing they're going to see Michelle and friends! We know they're adored there.everyone knows them by name and understands their unique needs (we have an escape artist with a sensitive tummy and they keep him happy and safe!). We get thorough updates of their time st camp when we pick them up, so we know the team at Add-En-On is paying attention to them! We are so lucky to have such a great Camp family!

Bruce, Michelle, Kevin, Rachel, Adam & staff are truly amazing people! They look after all the animals as if they were there own. We've been taking our border collie there for a few years now for daycare and boarding and he absolutely loves it! I can't recommend this place enough and already referred lots of friends and family members there. They are currently finishing up renovations and the place will look spectacular in the next 6 months.
For boarding, try to book early as they tend to book up, especially on holiday weekends. Try doggy daycare as well. They have a bone-shaped doggy pool that the animals love and it's great all year round.
