I brought my brother-in-law's dog there for her first grooming ever. Sophie looked great when she came out. Very pleased. Sophie will go back next time she visits from Idaho.

My boyfriend took our dog Pierce today to get his nails done. We're very weary of having his nails cut because he can be difficult and they made it a breeze. And his nails look fantastic! We will absolutely be using them from here on out! Thank you guys so much.

I was very happy to find a place that was accepting walk-ins for nail clipping. Workers were polite and had my dog's nails done in no time. My only complaint is that the price given at the end differed from the prices on the website. It's a cute place and they did a good job with the nail trim, so we will definitely be back.

I am so pleased with our experience at Uni-pet! This was our bulldog's very first visit to a groomer and she's never smelled so good or felt so soft. Her ears and wrinkles are squeaky clean and she didn't seem stressed at all. They have a clean, cute storefront which we will be sure to check out more on our next visit. Uni-Pet Grooming Salon is an absolute gem to have in Rochester. Jackie and the rest of the ladies that work there are professional, kind, personable, and care for your pet as if it is their own. I have a 2 year old French Bulldog that hates the bathes we give her at home. We brought her in and Jackie and her team had her smelling like roses, nails trimmed and ears cleaned with care. Brie, the frenchie was as happy and relaxed as when we entered. In addition to their grooming services, they also sell a wide range of treats, toys, and pet hygiene products. Bring your pet in today, they will love it!

My 14 year old bull terrier has huge anxiety when it comes to nail trimming and bathing. Uni-Pet took such great care of her. Her nails look better than a trip to her vet and she is glowing from her bath.

I brought my timid Italian Greyhound in for a nail trim. The shop is clean, cozy, warm, friendly. These are very nice people to deal with and she was very gentle with my boy. What a great little place. I love my Vet but should not have to pay $23 for a nail trim. This was less than half the cost and I supported a great local business. I will recommend to lots of people!

My cat really took to these ladies. He is usually an anxious little mess, but they worked with him so well he stayed calm. They went above and beyond to take care of my cat. I will definitely continue doing business with them!

I just want to share, I have a little Persian 4 yr old female with terrible past grooming experiences. This was communicated, however she friecked out during grooming here, understandably I felt, and now in recovery from 2 days ago, I won't return

So polite and friendly. I brought all three of my dogs for a walk in nail clipping and the whole atmosphere calmed my babes right now. There was a nice smell and music and when they were all done they were so pleasant! My dogs really took well to the experience and they usually have a lot of anxiety when we go to new places. They have a little loyalty program too, after 10 visits, you get a free nail trimming! The prices were extremely reasonable. Its a super good deal, especially with three to take care of! I will absolutely be back.

Jackie and her staff have always taken the best care of my dogs. The 1st dog I took there had a difficult temperament but Jackie and her staff knew exactly how to handle him and he actually got excited to see them each time we went. I feel completely confident that my dog is in great hands when I leave him there for grooming. Even my vet commented on how nice my dogs nails looked

Great customer service and clean place. The people here are good and attentive, and the groomer is such a lovely woman. She will take great care or your pet(s) and really loves your animal like it is hers. They will come out sparkling clean! Really did a nice job with a lion cut and bath for our cat who has matting, and he is loving his new look as much as us! Thanks for creating a repeat customer!

What a great experience! The first time I take my beloved fur baby anywhere new to be groomed I am always a bit apprehensive. I must say that the comfort I received from start to finish was exceptional. Rocky being part German Shepard has a thick under coat and sheds quite a bit. They did a fabulous job and he looked so handsome! I highly recommend them!

Jackie is awesome! She does an amazing job! We love her. I usually have to leave a message to schedule an appt. But she always gets back to me quickly. She's great with my dog and raven looks great when i get her back. Extremely consistent!

This place is wonderful. When my cat was shedding excessively and my attempts at brushing his hair out seemed like a game to my cat, I decided it was time to call the professionals. A friend suggested I get him groomed for maintenance. Firstly, I had no idea this was a thing people did for their cats, but Wembley was so fresh and clean afterward. It's definitely smart to do every so often.

Totally worth the $50! Prices depend on the service, the cat's hair length, and the animal's demeanor. I was so happy when the owner said that Wembley was a sweetheart! He did really well apparently and they were so nice there. The appointment took about 2 hours - he got his hair combed and brushed out, as well as a shampoo and they blow dried his fur too.

His coat was shiny and clean and the shedding has gone down tremendously. When he's due for his next appointment, I won't hesitate to bring him back here again. FYI they offer other services for dogs and cats too like nail trimmings, grooming, etc.

Jackie did a wonderful lion cut ( his first ) on our very matted 10 year old Forest Cat. He was bathed (first time ever) and blown dried, then buzzed. We wanted a "mane" left over his shoulders and it really came out great. We recommend her services which we felt were priced reasonably!
