Here at Pampered Pets Resort & Spa, we understand that it can be difficult to entrust your family members to the care of others. We strive to treat your pets with the care and respect they need to have a safe and enjoyable stay. We have two guest-house sizes to accommodate dogs of all sizes, to make sure your dog(s) are comfortable and have room to walk around and stretch their legs. Your dog will get to play with his or her friends all day. They will socialize, exercise, and develop positive behaviors in a safe and loving environment.

A credit card on file or deposit is required for any of the following pet care reservations: boarding, grooming, daycare, in-home pet sitting and swimming.
With our spacious 55 and 510 kennels, we are able to accommodate dogs of any size, while our cat condos are waiting for your purry friend. Our loving and experienced staff provide the care your pets need to give you peace of mind while you are away. Doggie Daycare at Pampered Pet Services Resort & Spa is specifically designed for dog owners that want the best for their furry family members. We understand that most people work long hours and dislike leaving their dogs alone all day. Great prices for day care. We drop out very hyper dog off mostly when we both are out of the house all day, if we're trying to deep clean around the house, or if it's a rainy day and we don't want our dog to get muddy I do wish they had webcams streaming on their website in the indoor and outdoor common spaces like other daycares do so we could spy on our fur baby lol.

Took my healthy, athletic and FULLY VACCINATED Chocolate Lab in for boarding. We picked him up two days later and he has Kennel Cough. Trip to the vet plus boarding expenses make for a rather expensive experience. Kennel Cough is caused by bacteria. I suspect that the facility is not cleaned as diligently as it should. I will not be back. **The response: While nothing in your response is untrue, your business now has two reviews inside a month where healthy animals were sick after visiting your facility. Thanks for the science lesson , but explaining that "it's always a possibility" that my animal could get sick does little to rebuild trust in your organization.

I left my 2 years old for 5 days since we're going on vacation. When I pick her up she lost some weight and have cough like hacking. I called my Vet and gave her antibiotic to treat her. I don't know what happened but definitely will not take her back if we go on vacation again. I'll look for another place.

We are new to the area and were nervous about leaving our 11-year old Yorkie-mix for the first time in over a year, but the professional and caring staff took great care of him. When we picked him up, he had been groomed beautifully, and smelled great! He was as happy and healthy as when we left him. We feel lucky to have found such a nice place.

We have been using Pampered Pet Services since 2005 (before they even had opened the building in Dundee). All of my dogs, throughout this time, have enjoyed both the dog walking services and the daycare. I trust them to come into my home and take care of my pets when I'm at work. I have also boarded my dog, and all went well. The staff is very nice and my dog is excited every time he goes in there and sees them.
I am thankful for this service to help me care for my pets! Update: still use the boarding, doggie day care, training and grooming services. They are all 5 stars. My dogs love the staff. I mean LOVE them. that says it all for me :)

We had a great experience with Pampered Pet Services! Michelle came to our house and took great care of our cat while we were out of town, gave him his medicine, cleaned the litter box, played with him and brushed him, and even brought in a large package that was delivered while we were away. She left a written record of each visit, and even texted me phots of him! It's a huge relief, knowing we can call on someone who truly loves animals when we're away.
