Clean, alot of people picking up pets abit of confusion. they misplaced the medicine that was brought in, took them over 15minutes to find it ended up finding it in someone else's bag.otherwise everything else seemed ok

This place it tops when it comes to dog boarding! We bring our dogs here exclusively now. They have a large outdoor area and the dogs go out daily. They also have no problem with senior dogs too. I'm concerned about leaving my 15 year old dog while traveling but have no doubt that if something happened he would be taken care of like one their own. And get them a bath before you pick them up, they small great and always have a cool bandana!

Delayed reviewing but decided I should as others ought to be aware so they don't have to experience the same ordeal. Boarded my young lab mix here for over a week. When I picked him up, I noticed things were very wrong. His demeanor seemed as though he was embarrassed to see me and he was so fragile and in poor shape, he couldn't walk to the car. Based on his cold nose and glassy eyed stare, I believe he might have been sedated. I inquired if anything happened during his stay that would explain his state during checkout and they gave the generic response that he was great and everything went well.

I have never, ever wrote a terrible review about any place on the internet. However, my dog came home today after being in pet training for 10 days and was beyond the point of scared. The trainer was hostile during pickup and left me with no comments just to basically leave and I will be billed whatever via credit card. Obviously you can assume they did not train my dog.

I read other reviews and are now worried about my dog's treatment there. I hope you seriously take into consideration the lack of professionalism their is in Kountry Pet Resort before ever putting one of your animals there. Never Again.

The staff at Kountry Pet Resort are amazing I had Koda boarded there and groomed he came back to me looking amazing

It's possible they love our dog as much as we do. Great people with wonderful experience and clean play/sleep areas for the dogs. They know our dog by name and he is always excited to go, happy when we pick him up and tuckered out from a day of playing with his friends. The patties are awesome and the overnight lodging is like a Marriot!

*** I have never edited a review before but thought it was appropriate today! This is what I got after picking up My Dexter from his bath today. The most happy handsome boy you've ever seen!***Thanks for is Dexter's favorite place to go play with his friends. He has met so many friends there that now we go to birthday parties, training and other various activities for pups.

I highly recommend bringing your animals here for baths, their nails, their teeth, play dates, birthday parties, training, and even boarding! The facilities are clean, safe animal and family friendly

1st time letting my dog stay at a kennel and I wasn't let down. My teacup Yorkshire terrier all of 4lbs stayed here just shy of a week. I gave a list to follow and even called to check on her. My little furry friend was taken care of well. I'll bring her back here again. This was her trying to get in the luggage and go on the trip! LoL

Excellent staff that treats you and your pets like family! Our dogs love going there for kamp and grooming. I highly recommend KPR for all your training, grooming and lodging needs!

Our two pets loved this place. They were so tired after a weeks stay when we picked them up they just fell asleep on the way home. Very clean and staff so friendly. We called several times to check on our babies and they returned our call every time. We as parents to these two babies are very pleased. Thank you Kountry Pet Resort.
