We couldn't be any more pleased with the quality care given to our dog during her visits. We had an appointment with Ann to come to our house for a meet and greet a couple of days ago at 7pm. Based on the great reviews of reliability and the way they do business, we were excited to meet her. Unfortunately, she never showed and never called. And I even waited a couple of days to write a review in case she would call saying she had an emergency. Never happened. Not recommended.

I have been a customer of Ann's for over a decade. We have done in-home vacation care, day care, and boarding at her location. Leaving my dogs in Ann's care gives me peace of mind when we leave town. Even though vacations are fun :), it is very stressful for us to leave our beloved French bulldogs behind while we travel :(. It was pure luck that I ran across Ann's Pet Service online and gave her a call for pricing! Not only is she conveniently located, reasonably priced, and one of the sweetest people I've ever met, her facility is like a vacation retreat for dogs!
She has a clean and beautiful home, kennel area, and outside play area. Since one of my Frenchies is very sensitive and allergy prone and the other is a young puppy, I had many concerns and reservations- She was able to put me at ease with her extensive knowledge and experience almost immediately! Now I know that when I go on vacation, my dogs will be lovingly cared for and on their own vacation as well! THANKS ANN

I needed to find a very last minute sitter for my dog on New Years Eve. Ann's Pet Service was the second business that I called that offered overnight pet sitting in her own home. I was so nervous and scared to leave my 1 year old pup, but she was WONDERFUL and did an amazing job! She took such great care of Chance and he was able to play with all of the other dogs she was watching.
I would without a doubt use her services again, and may need to this summer. She is priced so well and she does a fantastic job. I highly recomend her! And if you have any fears like I did, dont, she treats the dogs she watches like they are her own. Best feeling in the world to know your dog is safe and you dont have to worry about a thing.

We used Ann when we went on our honeymoon and I would definitely use her again. She offers so many services at prices you can't beat! We have a cat so we had her come to our house while we were away to clean up after him and feed him and she even got our mail for us and had it separated by days on the counter waiting for us when we got home! When I first met her I could tell we would be a good fit, you can tell she loves animals and is just overall a loving person!
She even offers grooming and obedience training, as well. If you live around the Elgin area and are in need of any kind of pet service, give Ann a call, you won't be disappointed!
