We are offering Bed & Breakfast style suites for your dogs comfort and privacy while they stay with us. Many options to add on from daycare, yuppy hours to full-service. We will now be operating Monday through Friday 6am-7pm and Saturday 8am -5pm We look forward to playing with your fur friends!

We are a family owned and operated Cage-FREE Overnights as well as Bed & Breakfast Suties, Dog Daycare, Full Service Grooming, Obedience Training, and Self Dog Wash facility located just behind the post office in Spring Grove in McHenry County.

This adventure into the Animal community has been a wonderful experience and after bringing back life and energy into my own rescued dogs. I know how important a safe and reliable facility can be to a community. The unconditional love my fur friends gave to me during very trying times was a life saver.

We offer many great services for your and your four-legged friend. As we grow and build relationships with our customers we will offer many other services to benefit both our human and fur friends! Our Bed and Breakfast is a private rooms for your dogs comfort and can be booked last minute with no meet and greet required.

Cage-Free Sleepovers & B&B Suites Report

As dog owners ourselves, we know that one of the hardest things to do is to board your pets when you need to be away from home. We understand that trusting your dog with us is like trusting us with your child. What's worse than your pet being in a strange place? Being in a strange place all alone!

Dog Daycare Report

Canines are social animals by nature and thrive when allowed to frolic and play with each other. At daycare's or playschool, dogs are under supervision while playing in there assigned play-groups according to their size and temperament. Unlike the dog parks we know who is coming into our daycare each day and every one of our fur friends goes through a social meet and greet prior to being allowed in daycare. These are pre-scheduled Mon-Fri at 1 pm or Sat. at 12 pm. At Fur the Love of Dogs, we offer the most unique dog daycare in our area.

I love Fur the Love of Dogs almost as much as our dog Jack. The staff is very nice and I can tell they all love their jobs. I love the updates and "report cards". I never worry when we board Jack and open pack boarding is such a great way for Jack to feel home away from home.

I am not from IL and was recommended for the love of Dogs by a friend and had the best experience! Lisa groomed my two shih tzu mixes and I could tell she really cared and loved what she does. She made sure I was happy with what I got and took great care of them. Would highly recommend!

I am so happy I found Fur The Love Of Dogs last winter it was truly a doggy saviour! I highly recommend all of her products as each item is made with care and love. We continue to use this product during the hot summer waves as it adds a layer of protection for your fur babies. I can't wait to see this company further expand and succeed with their amazing products.

I am so impressed by the staff here and their facility! Every staff member has been so kind to us and they are so good at what they do! They are the only ones I trust with my pups. I started taking my two pups to doggy daycare to get them more socialized and used to everyone there because we was planning a short weekend vacation a few months down the road.

My one pup has anxiety and is iffy around people but he warmed right up to everyone and I know its because of how amazing everyone is. He even let them cut his nails and thats a HUGE deal. At night they get lots of loves and cuddles. I got many updates, videos, and pictures when I reached out too! I was so heartbroken to leave my babies for the first time but they seriously eased all my worries. My family and I appreciate them so much. I really cant say enough amazing things about them. Thanks Fur the Love of Dogs. A+++ Staff

I've been taking my pup Ekko to Fur the Love of Dogs for 4 years now and can't begin to express how much we love going there. It is clean, great prices and feels like home. Ekko can't get there fast enough and enjoys every minute. A thank you to all the great staff for always taking such good care of my boy and making him feel loved.

I can't say enough. we absolutely LOVE Fur the love of dogs! Amazing staff that genuinely care about your dogs. It's extremely clean, and doesnt smell in there. Our pups love going there and are always happy. I've never taken them to a place like this, they go up and above. They come back happy, clean, with a kerchief and a picture! We will never go anywhere else!
