First time for our Mocha, very nice place. Would definitely book again. Took good care of her.

I had a sudden job position change, which has caused me to put my dog in boarding for the last 3 weekends in a row. Shagbark has been an absolute pleasure! My dog comes home happy and tired. They post daily photos on their Facebook page, so you can see your fur babies playing with their little fur friends on a daily basis. They even send you home with a little "report card" letting you know how pup was for their time at camp. There's really no other place I'd trust to bring my pup!

We have two dogs. This time and last time (maybe a year ago) our little one came home STARVING. This time they missed our big dogs lunch feeding and breakfast for both the day of pick-up. When theybrought the dogs out the little obes harness wasnt even on correctly. And they over charged me.if I hadn't asked for an itemized bill nothing would have been said.

To top it all off, I was told that the feeding mishaps were an "oversite". Your ONE job is to take care of live animals, people's pets. And feeding them, I would think, would be a top priority. Boarding my dogs is supposed to take the worry away - especially when this last stay was due to a family emergency. I should have known when I had to call twice just to get a response. This place used to be top notch. NEVER AGAIN.

Our pup always has a great time playing with her friends whenever she stays for boarding and day care. Their grooming and bail trimming services are nice as well. She always comes home happy and wore out from all the play time

Our family loves Shagbark Pet Kennels! We all love our furry friends as much as our family members.sometimes even more! I was very concerned about Skylar's demeanor when she was around other dogs as she can be very be very protective around me to the point that I can't take her to the dog park anymore. The first time I took her there I was a nervous wreck and I called and they reassured me that she was just fine!

She is a husky/ German Shepherd mix. Jamie is one of the best assets there! Skylar cries when she sees her and I feel like I am dropping Skylar off at my best friends house! All the people there are great! The staff always does their best to accommodate my dogs needs. Skylar is now 11 and I know I have used them for most of her life. :- Daycare is also THE BEST! Skylar comes home so exhausted that I love that she chills out for at least a day when she arrives home! When I say to my dog. Do you want to go to the SPA? She knows and goes crazy!

Our dog absolutely LOVES going there! She just spent five days lodging there and they took amazing care of her. While there, the staff posts pictures of the dogs on their Facebook page so you can see how much fun your dog is having!

I bring my GSD Jade for playdays as well as boarding. She is so very excited upon arrival which tells me she enjoys being there. As a former employer I am very aware of the attention to detail paid by all staff members and the cleanliness of the facility. Jade's report card is always positive and when she gets home she is one tired pup!

We love this place! We got our fur baby during covid so have yet to see the inside of the facilities but I don't need to considering how excited our Paisley girl gets when we are pulling in! She loves it and I feel as though they genuinely love her too! We do daycare frequently and boarding.bonus is they post FB pics so we get to see her during the day. The staff is wonderful, highly recommend!

I take my Pomski Cersei to day care. She loves everyone and has lots of fun. I see her pictures on Facebook and can tell that this place is loads of fun and the employees love animals.
