Five Points Pet Resort

My girl Izzy had a blast her first time here! I was super nervous leaving her for an extended time period but the staff was super friendly and very helpful every time I called to check on my pup. Will recommend to all my friends and family!

Five Points Pet Resort took amazing care of my GSD while I was away at AIT for 4+ months. He was so happy when I got him and clean! They gave me all his report cards on his behavior and what was done that day. I truly LOVE this experience and if need be would drop him off. My boy is definitely happy and was well taken care of, oh! They sent me pictures and I have an honorary magnet with his name and his awesome picture.

My pup had her 1st day today. I was impressed by the facility. Clean and spacious and Not hectic: Staff was super friendly and greeted my pup like family. Would recommend for both doggo daycare and boarding.

Just can't say enough good things about the Five Points Pet Resort- and the folks that run it! Have been taking my Golden Retriever there for a year now and the people are just as friendly and helpful as the very first time. You certainly know that they care almost as much for your dog as you do! I would never think of going anywhere else with my best friend!

We've been consistently getting our labradoodle groomed at Five Points Raeford and I have nothing but positive things to say. The customer service by the front desk and the people who answer the phones is top notch. The groomer has come out to talk to me personally at drop off so they make sure they get my dog exactly how I like his haircut. They are great! I highly recommend to drive out there. They even helped me load up my crazy dog and toddler after his grooming today. :

I absolutely love Five Points. I just recently moved back to the area and the hospitality and quality are just as I remembered it, top notched. Dan and grooming staff are amazing and my Corso gets the best treatment there. They'll always get my business!

I have boarded my 2 large breed dogs there twice, and have had exceptional service both times. They truly care for the animals, and pay attention to their needs. The employees are friendly, and I feel good about leaving my pets there.

My dogs have never been so happy! I had three dogs board with Five Points over the holidays, they ate well, had play time and walks and came home happy as ever! We've used other boarders before and my dogs have eaten less and clearly not enjoyed their time away from us as much. The staff at Five Points touched base with us during their stay and was very attentive and invested in the care of our dogs. We would highly recommend them to anyone who loves their animals like family!

We have boarded our little Scrappy Doo at Five Point Pet Resort several times. Each time we have been very pleased with the service we received. All staff members are very professional. From available Webcams, to sending pictures to my cell phone while we are away I feel our fur baby is safe and all his needs are met. Five Points is actually out of the way (travel wise) when boarding our pet but, as a family we feel comfortable with their service and they will always be our first call when we are away.

The staff was fantastic. You know they really care about the animals. I have boarded my dog elsewhere. She comes home traumatized. At the resort, she came out tail wagging and happy. I don't think she wanted to go home. She wanted to stay with her new friends. If you love your pet, this where you take them.

I had a wonderful experience boarding my dog here for thanksgiving. The staff were so professional and friendly throughout the process. I was nervous leaving my dog as he not comfortable at boarding facilities. However, Becca and the staff went above and beyond to make him comfortable. I even saw them sitting on his bed and petting him on the webcam. I was so impressed and would definitely recommend this place for boarding!

Happy Puppy. With the nature walks and social time our pup was basically at summer camp for a week. I'll get her groomed next time, she tends to get dirty during play and she played A LOT during her stay here.

Left my old and blind dog there. She had a good bath and stayed 2 nights. She came out very happy. I love that you can tailor your pets stay to the way you like. They offer quite a few add ons. Will continue to use them for all my boarding needs.

Took my dog here for a 2 week stay. I was worried since this was the first time boarding him, but the staff was fantastic. Every time I called to check up on him the staff would give me a detailed report on his day, how his behavior has been, and the condition of his leg! Such a wonderful and caring staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to board there furry friend.

I just boarded my dog here for the weekend for the first time and I was so impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Checking in, the front desk staff was very quick and accommodating to my needs. All staff treated and referred to my dog as though she were one of their own. I was a little apprehensive because my dog doesn't get along well with other dogs, but the staff assured me each dog has access to its own fenced-in area and will not interact with each other unless you request group playtime.

At check-out they presented me with a "gift:" a fridge magnet featuring a picture of my dog, which I thought was a fun and very nice touch. They provided documentation of all care given as well as my dog's responses with some cute annotations. Overall it was such a pleasant experience. I couldn't imagine it having gone better. I would definitely choose Five Points Pet Resort again to board my dog.
