Services
From the fertile thoughts of this great mission, education was chosen as the nurturing link to the future of Angels. With the growth in volunteers, educational opportunities and animals in need, they needed a new location. Ironically, the hope of new life for animals was an abandoned slaughter house on 37 acres would be the new home.
Angels for Animals Veterinary Clinic is a state of the art facility capable to provide full service veterinary care. From a simple health check of your furry friend to surgery, testing, diagnostics, x-ray, and ultrasound, we had originally expanded our services with many opportunities for us to help you care for your pet including dental work.
One of the most beneficial services we offer at Angels for Animals is a very affordable Spay/Neuter procedures. Spaying a female prevents mammary, cancer of the uterus, ovarian cancer, along with pyometra. Neutering males prevents testicular cancer. Our prices are very affordable because of donors who help cover the cost.
Everybody wants a puppy, but in reality, all dogs need a place to call home. At Angels, we do have puppies from time to time, but we take in dogs of all ages with a variety of stories. Some dogs are abandoned, surrendered, found and brought to the shelter, transported in to be saved from other counties and states.

I got my cat Lucy from angels for animals so I took her back there when I needed a vet. Lucy developed a lump on her hip that turned into a hole. It started to smell so I took her in to see the vet and he said it was an abscess and proceeded to put his fingers inside it and dig around. My poor cat had to be in extreme pain. They gave her a shot of antibiotics and told me she'd be good as new.

She was not. The hole got bigger and the smell was horrible. I took her to another vet and they examined her and said it was advanced cancer. There was nothing they could do but put her to sleep. I will never deal with those people ever again. That vet was a joke.

Always the very best care for my fur baby. Quick, right to the exam, fix the problem, meds prescribed and filled on the spot. Best part of all, Angels for Animals prices are Not Expensive. They care more about the care of animals, All Animals

I just got my kitten fixed. He is doing great. I appreciate the consultation afterwards. They offer great services for great prices. They are not pushy, but you need to ask questions.

Everyone was super friendly this morning when I dropped my kittens off. Very professional, however picking them up was a totally different experience. The lady at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. If you don't like your job maybe you should find another one.

As a community we look to angels for animals for help in answering pet spaying and neutering questions. We see them on our local news channel and they seem so informative! I called to make an appointment for our puppy and was told they no longer are accepting appointments for spaying and neutering. We absolutely understand that they are overwhelmed and hold nothing against them for not having an appointment available. However, the staffs demeanor is extremely unprofessional, unkind and frankly rude.

All we asked was for a recommendation since they were no longer accepting appointments, again I thought angels for animals would at least offer advice. I have donated in the past, family has adopted from here, always positive experiences. Unfortunately that seems to have changed.

Went to spend time with the cats in the cat rooms, but hadn't been back in a few years. Was told rudely that you had to have an appointment, and to only adopt, not just see the cats, and it has been that way since Covid and that's what works for them. You would think they would be nicer to people( since they run off donations) and some people actually decide to adopt once they see some of the cats. The women in the office truly need a manners class :/

I love the staff and Dr. Nokes. They are knowledgeable and super helpful. They always answer my questions without making me feel like the answers are obvious or my questions are stupid. The new facility is very nice. The only complaint I have is that there always seems to be an issue of some sort with missing records when I go there. I've had my deposit payment missing a couple of times (when they were still doing deposits) and then it always seems to take them some time to find the record for the rabies vaccination and/or other treatments that THEY gave my dog (luckily I always bring my own copies as proof). They never play the whole "are you sure WE gave the treatment" game though. They just take some time and search until they find the records. They are my go-to vet service.

Do not and I repeat do not go here unless you want to deal with the rudest people you have ever met. I adopted a cat that ended up having issues and no one wanted to help or answer questions, somehow they had already known it was going to have problems but didn't care to let us know that the animal needed extra care. Now after taking the cat back my other cat seems to be unwell, so please get allllll the information you can get before adopting.

If the animal seems ill and seems it might have any issues do NOT trust any one here. This place just wants to get animals out, they don't care about their well being or other pets you may have. The absolute worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I have never had any problems with animals so this was a crazy experience and talking to the managers they still had nothing to say, so I would say something fishy is definitely goes on here.

Just go anywhere else literally anywhere there are so many shelters that the people their are actually genuine, and if you have a stray or animals you can't have anymore please do not take it here. I will NEVER go here ever again or even tell anyone about this place. I thought this was the best place to get animals but clearly I was wrong. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS.
