Our Doberman Roman stayed 7 days and absolutely loved it! Great exercise, he was a favorite there. Staff was awesome would recommend!

Dan was professional, efficient, and caring. We have used other boarders in the past with both good and bad experiences. As usual, we were apprehensive boarding here for the first time, especially during this pandemic. When we picked up our dog he was happy to see us, but appeared happy in general. He looked and acted energetic and well in the days to follow.

He did not go into his usual post boarding mood. Thanks Dan for keeping your word to keep our dog safe and cared for! We will be using your facility again and recommend to others.

I went on a tour of the building, turns out there's ONLY ONE employee! Dealing with 30-40 dogs alone not including the other pets that are dropped off there. The boss seems like he doesn't get a lot of pets and leaves it all on one guy. You would think there should be twoaybe three employees. All that labor on one person that poor guy.

Pet Lodge USA in Beachwood was great to our dogs! The place is very clean and neat and the staff is so friendly. Our dogs definitely enjoyed their stay and we will be using them again for future trips!

This was the first time we boarded our Kito and Mr. Dan and his staff were terrific! Not sure how they did it but our boy is a change man! No more jumping or pulling! We would absolutely recommend this place for your pet care! Thank you so much Dan and staff! Update: Took our boy again this year and still just as fabulous! Just can't praise all of the staff enough! Thank you so much again!

I have dropped my dog off there every week day for the past 1.5 years and he always comes back happy. He's excited to go in and happy when he comes out. If it wasn't for Dan my dog may not be alive today. Dan had noticed a lump on my dog's throat and notified me the day of. It turned out it was cancer and I was able to get my dog into surgery just in the nick of time. Now my dog is going on 6+ months cancer free thanks to Dan. We are forever indebted to him and his wonderful staff.

Great people. Dan treats you like a real friend, he runs a beautiful facility and loves animals. They seem to love him right back. We board our kitties there and they don't seem to mind it, they always come home in good spirits and we know that they eat. I think they like their play time in the jungle room. I don't hesitate to recommend this clean, innovative and happy place.

We have used Pet Lodge many times for boarding our dog while on vacation and have been very pleased with their services. Our dog always seems happy when we drop her off and pick her up. The staff is very friendly and does a great job looking after the animals. I highly recommend using them for your pet boarding needs.

I love Pet Lodge USA. I bring my dogs here daily for daycare and often board them overnight or over the weekend. Dan really cares about his customers and always greets me with a smile. There are a lot of loyal, long-time customers here. My dogs are always excited to go in and play. Rates are reasonable too. Every once in a blue moon, my dogs will come home smelling like pee, but considering how badly one smelled after boarding at a vet's boarding facility, I'm pretty sure it's not Pet Lodge's fault!

Great place! Dan the owner is always there to greet with a smile and is always friendly! Facility is always clean and he treats my dog like it's his own. Been boarding my dogs there the last 4 years and have never had a problem. Be sure to make reservations way in advance due to the fact they fill up quick in the summer and around the holidays. Thanks Dan for providing such a wonderful service for our 4 legged friends!

DO NOT board you dog here! I post infrequently, but thought it was important to warn people away from this awful place. We have boarded our dog many times at several other places and have never had a problem. When a trip came up fairly last minute and everywhere else was booked, we decided to check out Pet Lodge. We got a short tour and were told the usual boarding procedures that every other place we have used were also in place there.

My dog came home in distress and smelling awful. I don't think he was looked in on or taken out on a regular basis. This place is a scam and is dangerous for your dog - please avoid!

It's always hard to leave your beloved pets behind. However, Dan and co. at Pet Lodge USA make boarding as painless as possible. Our two doggies love jazz music and Dan makes sure to play it for them on their very own television throughout their stay. We never have to worry about if our dogs are well cared for because it seems like Dan genuinely loves his job and our animals.

The first time we boarded our two dogs with Pet Lodge USA, we had a good experience. The second and last time, was completely different. We have a senior dog that has a sensitive stomach. He has been on grain-free food for years. We dropped off our dogs with pre-measured, individual bags of food for each day of their stay and discussed their feeding routine at check-in with Dan.

They stayed for a few nights. When I picked the dogs up in the morning, again dealing with Dan, he never mentioned any issues with food/feedings. We weren't home ten minutes when our older dog threw-up a large amount of undigested kibble. Our dogs eat 1x day in the evening but it was clear he was fed that morning. But most importantly, it was easy to see that the thrown-up kibble was not what he was sent with or accustomed to eating--it looked like Kibbles-n-bits.

Anyone with a basic knowledge of dogs knows that a complete change in diet like that can cause great trouble and discomfort. Our dog continued to be sick for several days and required a visit to the vet. I would not recommend.

Pet Lodge is amazing! I feel so good leaving our dog there. Dan, the owner, is ALWAYS there and is so great. He is wonderful with dogs and truly cares about the animals. The place is spotless as well. The dogs get to play several times a day with other dogs. My dog gets a little overwhelmed at the places that have the all day play, so this is the perfect place for him. I highly recommend pet lodge (and so does our veterinarian)!

I recommend this boarding facility. When I picked up my dogs after a ten day stay, they were clean, happy and not stressed out. It was obvious that they were well cared for. I will use this facility again.

We recently boarded our 13 y.o. cat for a week at Pet Lodge USA in Beachwood. We'd been boarding him at a veterinary facility for the last 12 years, but not only had they greatly increased the cost, they had also "labeled" the cat as aggressive because he HISSED at an employee--oooo, so scary! We toured Pet Lodge and were very impressed. Not only were the cat facilities larger and less expensive, they had so much more visual stimulation!

The owner was so helpful and made us very comfortable. When we dropped off and picked up the cat, he was calm and relaxed. We were told that he had a nice, uneventful stay. None of that awful hissing. It's so great to have found such a wonderful place. Now long term boarding won't be an uncomfortable, expensive experience for either us or the cat!

This is such a great place. All of our pets love it. The owner provides great care. Will even give some meds if needed. The pets all get their space that is raised. Climate controlled. Play area and TV. Owner takes the time to understand you and your pet needs.

We have been using this facility for 2 years now. we have always gotten positive comments about our greyhound. Today we tried to make a reservation for Memorial day and we were told that he is too strong and wild for their facility to handle. The greyhound, while larger, is not know for being an aggressive breed. So apparently this is how Pet Lodge USA treats their loyal (or formerly loyal) customers
