I take my puppy, Teddy, for classes and for grooming, the staff are kind and knowledgeable, he loves to go!

Wonderful bunch of people. They don't treat your dog like cattle. They treat them with love. I've been to other places. I'll never do it again.

I had really high hopes for Gemini Dogs grooming services. I used grooming for the first time last week and it was really disappointing I sent my 2 Goldens there and asked for thinned out golden ears on both dogs with neat feet and lightly trimmed bums and unfortunately neither of my dogs had any hair cut off from them and when I picked them up they were both still wet which totally stinks because when they are not blown out all the way they just shed like crazy a week later which is what's happening now.

We used Brianna for grooming and I understand she's still new at it but for the price I expected dry dogs and trimmed up dogs that look groomed. They were ready in a short 2 hours which kind of explains the lack of putting any care into their groom.

We just started private nose work and manners training with Jenn McCann at our house for our three dogs. I highly highly recommend this experience. Jenn is patient and caring with a ton of experience. This is a great sport which makes the dog think and work with their natural abilities. Reactive dogs are welcome. Our dogs received individual attention and it's very affordable for a multi-dog household.

My great Dane LOVES this place. And the owners and staff love her. She always goes into the office area when we arrive in the morning so she can say hi to the staff. They all come out to greet her. She comes home tired and happy.

Owners are involved in the day to day and are truly dog people who have groomed a great staff around them!

We were camping nearby, I needed to find a boarding that would take two dogs. Gemini pet boarding was very responsive to my call. I talked to the owner directly and she accepted our dogs. My youngest dog was frightened when she went in and so they took her out front and let her hang out with them in the office to get her to calm down. The next day when we took them in they were very excited to see them and went right away in without hesitation. They sent me a couple of pictures throughout the day to show me that she was doing OK and sitting in peoples laps. They were spoiled at Gemini boarding.

We were looking for some place to board our dog for the day while we went into Boston. Gemini has great hours, currently 6A-10P so we didn't have to worry about being rushed. We have a little dog who is used to having her big brother around (we left him home with the house sitter), so she had some company for the day. I highly recommend you contact them a day or two before you want to board.

We took our two shih tzus for grooming and they came out looking worse than they went in. Hair on top of their head was all uneven. Their tails were not brushed when blowed dried so their hair was all curly instead of looking like a blowout. I would have been OK with all of that if their faces had been groomed nicely but they weren't. Shih tzus have hair that grow around their eyes/nose which can grown and block their vision and even poke their eyes so it's important for it to be trimmed regularly but it didn't look like this place even attempted to groom around their eyes/nose. We tried this place out since we just moved to the area but because my two shih tzus looked horrible, I ended up driving 30 min with my newborn to their old groomer.

Our first dog to go here loved it! He used to go to other boarders but didn't have fun. When he came here, the staff were so kind and made him feel at home. We asked for him to not be in a playgroup and instead get 1 on 1 time with the staff. Our dog never wanted to come back home. Our current dog is more outgoing, but also fits right in. He has been coming here since he was a puppy, and we always know he will have a blast.

He loves to play with the other dogs and the staff. When he sees his red Gemini bag near the door, he gets so excited and sprints out the door. Although it can be loud, both of our dogs love it here!

Please do not send your dog here. They have at least a 100 dogs a day. It's loud and crazy. My poor baby peed at home for the first time after he went there. Would not get out of the car without a lot of encouragement. The staff turnover is huge. The noise Is deafening. The owners are "randomly" there. His harness Wass put on upside down and I have never seen him happier to leave a place. It's all for the money. Please do not leave your pets here

We love Gemini Dogs, they take great care of our dog. Excellent staff, we also have left our dog for a week and we got emails and pictures of our dog! I also like the fact that someone is there 24/7. We highly recommend Gemini

We are from Pennsylvania, came up to Ayer for my niece's wedding. I wanted to find a place where our new puppy could spend the day while we enjoyed the wedding, and not have to worry about the pup. This IS the place! So glad I found Gemini Dogs. Great place and people. Our pup had fun. Very pleased.

Great place to board my dog. Staff is great. They take good care of him and are knowledgeable about dogs and keep them safe. My guy is always eager to go there and comes home happy and tired out.

Awesome! They have a new groomer whom does a great job for our 4 Shelties. We own a number of companies throughout New England so it's difficult to schedule ahead. They will make accommodations for us last minute. It's convenient to be able to drop them off in the AM and pick them up as late as 10pm. Thank GDs you guys are great.

My dog Clifford loves his daycare at Gemini. He's very excited about his experience with Gemini since the second day. He was a little nervous the first day, like going to school for the first time. He's been going whenever I can get him there since 2015. He knows the people and he has his dog friends in play groups too. Everyone treats Clifford so well. It's a home away from home, and I know I can leave him in Gemini's care for overnights whenever I'm traveling on vacations. Should mention that my first dog went to Gemini too, for almost 15 years. I wouldn't send my dog to any other.

I love Gemini dogs. My dog has been going there for the last 10 years. They treat us like family. If for some reason, I have to drop my dog off before 6 a.m.( they open at 6 a.m.),. They are very accommodating about dropping him off before then. The grooming of my dog is absolutely spectacular. The groomer (who happens to be the manager) does a very thorough job of checking to make sure there's any abnormalities with my dog like bumps and stuff.

She was able to find a cancerous lump in my dog's paw which we were able to catch in time thanks to her. . The only complaint that I have is that sometimes their not very good about answering their emails. My recommendation is to call them instead of emailing them. Also, the owners are super nice.

Not impressed at all with this organization. The first time I called no one called me back. I was inquiring about day care and boarding. After I called them back again I was told there was no present openings but I did fill out the application in case one opened up. Then I received an email there was in fact an opening and to call for a tour. The gentleman that answered the phone said someone would call me back in two hours.

No one did. Then eight hours later the office manager called. Not interested in sending my dog there if they cannot even return phone calls to new clients in a timely manner without excuses. Also, they wanted a fecal sample within the last three months. They are $40. My dog had one five months ago and that was not acceptable. No thanks Gemini dogs. I had a reservation booked and will give them my business instead.

Gemini Dogs is absolutely wonderful! Everyone who works there is extremely pleasant and knows you and your dog when you come to drop them off or pick them up. Someone is always there 24/7 to care for the dogs and they have convenient drop off and pick up hours. Well air-conditioned in the warmer months to keep the dogs comfortable and it is a very organized, clean place. My dog doesn't like to leave at the end of the day!

I have been sending my dogs here for years. They always come back with happy smiles on their faces! I had my dog Isaac's nails done here and they looked better than mine when he came back. I had them boarded for xmas last year and they came back with THE CUTEST dog bandannas on their necks, it was adorable. Can't say enough great things about them, they treat my dogs like family and give Simon who is jumpy lots of love and hugs and smooches which he adores. Gemini Dogs rocks!

Brodie loves Gemini dog care, wagging her tail like a tornado when I say we're going there, and jumping into the car. Since she's an older lady I am grateful that not only does she get playgroups, but those groups are separated for age, size and temperament so everyone can have a good time and play safe. That someone is always on-site, 24/7, makes me feel safe. The staff are lovely, they clearly love all the animals, and are willing to work with you on your dog's needs.

Gemini Dogs is outstanding. I can't recommend them highly enough. Every member of their staff is friendly and helpful and can tell you who your dog played with and how s/he did each day. Daycare is open 6am-10pm which is absolutely amazing and has saved me so much worry when I get stuck at work late. The dogs are always supervised, even when boarding overnight.

I haven't done a training class at Gemini yet, but I am planning on it in the future. The classes I've heard when picking my dog up sound very well-run. Archer loves going to daycare here, and I know he's going to be looked after in an active and thoughtful way. Again, I can't recommend them highly enough. They absolutely live up to or exceed every statement on their web site.

I brought my dog, Fresco, to Gemini for two obedience courses. Their Flex Plan was a great option for me due to my schedule and gave us a total of 16 one hour classes. Our second course was a little shorter, but just as enjoyable and included an intro to agility and rally. The instructors were great about working on things at each dog's pace.

We were never bored and all the practice with distractions has made a huge difference in my dog's response to commands in the real world. My favorite thing about Gemini is that they use positive training methods. Not only did my dog respond very well to this, I also enjoyed and kept up with the training because of it. I always recommend Gemini to friends.

We have never left our dogs before, but we were getting married and going on a honeymoon so we needed to. We had to board them for 7 days and I was a nervous wreck. We went for a tour and the staff was so friendly! Our dogs were excited to meet them as we'll which is a good sign. Of course when it was time to drop them off I was so sad. I was tearing when I left.

I called the next day to check on them and they said they were having such a good time. While we were on our honeymoon they sent pictures to my email of our pups playing and having a blast! It was so good to see. My parents picked them up the day before we came home and they were exhausted, which for my younger guy, is a miracle and wonderful! They were in a such a good mood and you can tell they were really taken care of. We will soon be sending our younger guy to daycare once a week just so he can have fun!
