Russ and the team at Pack Leader are just wonderful. I've used them for all sort of services. For our older dog who needed walking during the day, we had Pack Leader walking services several times a week. He also was having increasing trouble staying in kennels, so we had Pack Leader do some overnight services for him as well. When we got our new dog, who never had any training, Russ worked with us to help us train a non-food-motivated dog. Pack Leader is full of folks who love and care about dogs, and treat them as their own.

Russell has taken care of my whippets for more than 10 years. Recently his associate, Kelsey has done a lot of the care and I couldn't be more pleased with her too. My dogs look wonderful when I return, are happy and fit and act like I have never gone away, this is how I know they got the best of care. I recommend Pack Leader all the time to people who ask who I use. Professional, reliable and safe. These are the things that matter when it comes to the care of my dogs.

Hi All. Pack Leader is a great company. They do what they say, and will go the extra distance to take care of their customers. My experience. the power went out in my home while they were walking my dog. meaning they couldn't re-enter my house! My wife and I are train commuters. they waited hours for us and patiently took care of our 4-legged furry buddy until I could catch a train home!

They routinely care for my two dogs, but are highly responsive to caring for all 5 of our fur babies. (Kelsey is awesome if you are considering her!). We recently relocated from NY, and am very grateful to have found them.

I just moved to Shirley MA and I was very concerned because I work 30 min away from my house and I didn't want to leave my doberman alone all day. We can't say enough good things about Russ and Moriah taking care of our pup. My husband and I both have long commutes and hate leaving the dog home alone in the crate all day. They leave notes every day and are so accessible for last minute scheduling walks (which we hate to do but sometimes it happens!) We always know our pup is in the best hands and we are so grateful to have found Russ and his pack!

Called and emailed these guys multiple times looking for pet services. Never got a response. Not even a generic email to say they were unavailable. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Russ/Pack Leader Pet Care are the best when it comes to pet care services. We have been clients of his since February 2012 and he makes it possible for us to have our dog Jasta. Russ and his team always make sure that Jasta has fun on his visits while giving him the opportunity to run around, have a snack/treat, and get a drink during the day. A note is always left at the end of each visit, which provides a great snapshot into the daily activities! Overnight and weekend visits with Pack Leader Pet Care have also proved to be invaluable when family has been unable to watch Jasta.

It is also reassuring to have the piece of mind that our dog and home are in such great hands. Anyone that needs pet care during the day in his coverage area is crazy not to give Russ/Pack Leader Pet Care a call!

Our daughter referred us to Pack Leader. In the past we traveled with our dogs, but last summer we ran into a situation where that wouldn't work. Pack Leader took great care of the animals (with the addition my daughters dogs and our cat), including spending two nights with them (ok, we're one of those people who treats the dogs like kids). No problems, we were able to relax and enjoy the trip without any worries.

We were kept up-to-date on what was going on via text message, and if we (actually my wife) had questions we got a quick response. When we got home everything was calm, and they looked at us like "oh, YOUR back". We had one other occasion to use their service and were very happy with the results and cost. I'd recommend them to anyone who cares about their pets.

Pack Leader Pet Care is a wonderful find. I love that I can leave my 2 dogs in their own home, where they are most comfortable. I have used Pack Leader for a few years now, for up to a week at a time, knowing that Russell or Kelsey will care for them like their own. I've always returned to happy, contented dogs. I like this system so much better than leaving them in a kennel. They've also managed my dog's med schedules. Highly recommend.5 woofs of approval!

Russell (the owner) came to us on a whim last minute when my wife and I had to go away for a night and our dog sitter bailed. We have two dogs and a cat. One of our dogs is EXTREMELY shy. Russell came straight to our house and sat with us for about an hour going over everything. On top of that he was able to gain the trust of our shy dog (she has only ever trusted my wife and I) to the point where he got her to come down the stairs with him.

It was unbelievable. We have been using him on a regular basis ever since. He is a true pack leader! Russell makes sure to leave notes after every visit. You can pay online and he is always available through text or calling. He has been a lifesaver for us and even more importantly for our dogs. 100% recommend.

I recently moved to the area and was panicked about finding a new dog walker. Luckily, I found Pack Leader! Russ and his team are awesome. They are easy to reach, leave us daily notes, and let us pay & BOOK online! I especially love that Russ has a team of dog walkers, which means that we will never be without when he has an emergency, needs to take a vacation, etc. And, best of all, my dogs are happy! These guys are the best -- recommended!
