Melanie is kind and caring to pets AND their owners. I was ill recently and Melanie took good care of my puggle Miley. Nice to have one less thing to worry about and know your pet is safe and in good hands.

We have used NoHo Petsitters every vacation since 2012. Melanie has provided love and care for our cats and communicates with us often. A few years ago, our returning flight was cancelled due to a hurricane. We immediately contacted Melanie and she put our minds at ease, caring for our cats until we arrived home.

Melanie is so quick to respond to emails and calls when I'm in need of petsitting for my little kitty cat. We've hired Melanie to take care of our cat several times and she has always been amazing. She is quick to respond, sends us sweet updates and photos when we're missing our kitty, and is always kind understanding if we need a last minute change. She is such a pleasure to work with, and we always come home to a very happy cat!

We are VERY HAPPY with the service, the care, that Noho Pet Sitters provides. Melanie Miller genuinely enjoys animals and always plays with our two cats in addition to tending to their food, water, and litter box. She even sweeps the floor clean of stray litter! She also makes sure that her associates know of the arrangements she has made so that should anything untoward happen to her, care would be provided to pets as promised.

When one leaves town it is important to have confidence that one's pets will be tended and have some human interaction; we have great confidence in Melanie and her Noho Pet Sitters. Melanie has looked after my cat when I've traveled. She has been highly accessible and accommodating, and her rates have been reasonable. I've appreciated how she has spent time cuddling with my cat in addition to meetings in basic needs, and I know he appreciates that too!

I have complete confidence in Melanie. Last year I was away for a month -- too long by half for me or my cats, one of whom had to stay in the whole time. I returned travel-draggled but found the cats in great shape. I also appreciated occasional text updates and reassurances. NoHo Petsitters is truly excellent.

I wish there were 6 stars! Melanie is wonderful; great with animals, owners (pet parents), caregiving, etc. She is highly responsible and I am soooo relieved knowing my cats (3 over the course of several years), have been in great hands when I've been away. They told me they love her, as well.

We trust Melanie with the care of our cats and have never been disappointed. Upon return they aren't stressed out at all and because she is such an animal lover, we know she's cares for our animals like she would want hers taken care of. We have also had last minute emergencies where we need to leave town and she has always taken care of our fur-kids.

Melanie is the best. She gives my cats gentle, totally reliable care when I am away and saved my older cat's life. She's never let me down.

Easy, last minute, took notes on the cats prior to my trip. Professional, reasonably priced. Got updates via text. I would use them again.
