Dog Watch is amazing! The owner Doug (of the western MA area) is so responsive and helpful! We had our fence cut a couple times from lawn care and he showed up at 530am to help fix the fence. It was a pleasure working with Linda and Doug on our install for our invisible fence! Linda could see I was a bit nervous but we had a excellent consultation and she thoroughly explained how the fence works. It alleviated my nerves. When it came time for the install the team showed up promptly. They were very professional and kind and did an excellent job. I absolutely recommend the training with Linda! She was so great with my Chloe! I would recommend this company to everyone!

Thank goodness for Linda and Dog Watch! I had heard that getting the DogWatch fence was the best thing that people have ever done and I can attest to that statement. Our family decided to install an invisible fence once we got a second dog. Two of our neighbors used Dog Watch for their dog fences and highly recommended it! Linda, the owner, is awesome! She had multiple training visits after the installation. She is dedicated to her product and the well-being of the dogs is the most important to her. The fence gives us peace of mind when we let our dogs out (with supervision).

I had a great experience working with Linda from DogWatch. She was very knowledgeable about the the fence system and answered all of my questions. She helped with the training of my dog and her dog assistant, Rusty, did a great job as well! She came back to our home on multiple occasions to adjust the collar or just to make sure my dog was getting the hang of it.

DogWatch of Western MA was recommended by a friend, and we are thrilled with our new fence and the freedom it has given our puppy AND US! I can't say enough good things about Linda, the rest of the team and the product. Linda was great at explaining the technology (which differs from other types of hidden fences). The installation crew was pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating to where we wanted our dog to be able to roam.

We could have chosen to train our dog on our own, but we aren't the experts. So Linda came as many times as needed to train our pup. She brought her own beautiful dogs to help too to see if our dog would be enticed to cross his fence. We went from training mode to his final mode (which is flexible depending on the dog's needs) as slowly as needed.

We tested our dog in many ways before she felt he was ready to graduate. Linda was very thorough and definitely has lots of experience training dogs to be comfortable in their new fenced in yard. Every dog is different and she knows how to deal with each one. Price was right too! The whole experience was better than if we were to put in a physical fence.

I am confident that our dog will know his boundaries and not ever need to hear the warning beep or feel the correction. I know I can always call Linda if I have any questions or concerns.

We recently had the electric fence installed for our 1 yr old lab mix. The team that installed the fence was quick, professional and did an excellent job. Linda, the woman who came to train him was absolutely amazing! She came every day and made sure he could be trained properly before any money was exchanged. She was always friendly and great with our dog. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install an electric fence in their yard! He just "graduated" and I feel safe bringing him out without his leash!

She did an amazing job explaining how the DogWatch system works, answering any and all questions we had, and then training our puppy once the fence was installed! After the first training session, we learned our dog is a bit more stubborn than we thought but Linda came back day after day and didn't stop until she was fully trained!

After adopting a rescue puppy we quickly realized we would need a fenced in yard. In our neighborhood privacy fences are not allowed. Linda was recommended to us by a friend. I called her and quickly came to give me a quote and we were put on the schedule to have the install done. There weren't any surprises and pricing was exactly as originally quoted. Linda did all the training and after just 3 sessions with our rambunctious puppy she knew (mostly) not do go past the flags.

This was the best investment we could have made for our new puppy. She just runs and runs now. So extremely happy with everything about this fence. I would recommend her to anyone who asks. High high marks all around.
