We took our very sick dog in and everyone, from the vets, techs and front desk were involved in Abby's recovery. Abby has been there frequently for overnights, boarding and tests. She still wags her tail and loves getting all the attention. We are now weaning her meds, and looking to a full recovery. We can't thank Pouncey Tract veterinary enough for getting our girl healthy!

I usually use a mobile vet for my chocolate lab. So, when he got sick and needed an X-ray I had to find either an emergency hospital or another place to take him. I called Pouncey Tract on a Friday morning at 8:00am and explained the concern was a possible intestinal obstruction. She placed me on hold to be sure they could accommodate a possible emergency surgery that day.

Then told me to come right over. They gave great care with great customer service and have called several times to follow up on how he's doing. I also feel they are reasonably/competitively priced. I would highly recommend.

The team at PTVH do an incredible job. My dogs have been treated by Dr. Z for multiple decades. He takes incredible care of them and takes the time with me to explain my dog's care and health needs. The level of knowledge/skill is top notch. Everyone in this practice understands the assignment: to offer the best veterinary care with best in class service. I wouldn't think of taking my sweet pups anywhere else.

I would like to see your office open back where people are allowed inside the building. You have some of the best Vet's in the area but there are options closer and for lower costs. We bring our pets to you for the top level care but also the personal service. If all I'm doing is dropping off my pet with little to no interaction with the staff I will consider someone closer.

I was looking for a vet that was available (had some open appointments) to see my dog because her face was extremely swollen and we knew something was wrong. We suspected that she had an abscessed tooth. My wife's friend recommended to contact Pouncey Tract so I did and the folks there were extremely professional and kind. I was able to schedule an appointment and later took my dog Maggie in.

Just like we thought, she actually had two abscessed teeth and we scheduled the surgery with them two days later. Pouncey Tract performed the surgery, gave me the medications that she needed (antibiotics and pain meds), and a packet with her information. They even gave me some follow up phone calls a few days later to check on her. I'm very impressed with their staff and the organization as a whole. I highly recommend Pouncey Tract Veterinary Hospital.

We recently switched to this vet since we are new to the area and they have far exceeded my expectations! Every person I have talked to at this clinic is so nice, friendly, and seems to really care. They have been super accommodating when our dog is sick and they are fully booked, they will still try to fit her in by allowing me to drop her off and the vet will fit her in sometime during the day which I really appreciate. They call the next day to make sure everything is going ok after the appointment. 5 stars because they are awesome and I am so happy we chose them to be our vet!

The staff at Pouncey Tract Veterinary Hospital has always been so kind and accommodating. They have fit us in when our pup needed an urgent vet visit. They are also so patient with our other pup who needs extra care for his nail trims. They are the best!

I cant express the great service this veterinarian hospital can offer. My miniature schnauzer is a very moody dog and needs hands on attention. He was greeted with care and professionalism he just went in with the technician like he knew where he was. They told me he behaved well and now is on a his way to recover. This was during the snow and closures. We will keep coming here for everything!
