The doctors here are mostly great. They do seem to care about helping you and your animal. I have issue with some of the after hour technicians. I called to bring my dog in for an emergency, she was showing signs of a fever and possibly more. The technician that answered the phone everything to keep me from coming because she didn't think anything was wrong with my dog.

After about 20 minutes of trying to get the OK to bring my dog she finally relented and made an emergency appointment for me. When I arrived she then proceeded to tell me that "Dr. Google" does not always know what is wrong with your dog and made it seem like I was wasting her and the hospitals time. After this the Doctor came and checked out my dog, after some tests and x-rays it turned out that my dog had Lyme Disease and an infection in her uterus. Had I listened to the tech its possible my dog would have died.

Again the doctors are great and so are a lot of the techs but the night ones need to perhaps stay in their lane and not try and be doctors over the phone. If you do call with an emergency and the tech tries this just be ready to push back as even if it is not an emergency its not the job of a tech to figure that out.

We moved and needed a new vet and Harmony came highly recommended and I see why. The entire staff and vet are fantastic. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and caring! They are great at making accommodations with scheduling which I sincerely appreciate. It's such a nice feeling when you can tell the vet and staff genuinely care about your animal. Would highly recommend to a friend!

By far one of the best vets I've been to! Feel incredibly comfortable and welcome bringing my dog here. I have an anxious dog that requires regular trips to the vet, and am very grateful to have found this place. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will continue to bring my future pets to Harmony Animal Clinic knowing their veterinarians are skilled and kind. No complaints at all. I highly recommend.

I can not express how grateful I am for Harmony Animal Hospital. My Morkie puppy (Pablo) started acting very strange - head jerking, whimpering, and very restless. I called Harmony Animal Hospital and was able to bring Pablo in to be seen immediately. Within one hour of these noticed behaviors, Harmony Animal Hospital began working and treating Pablo.

The urgency they had to accommodate and begin treatment was phenomenal. Pablo stayed overnight and was released to me the next morning, making a full recovery from being treated for ingesting something toxic. During his stay, the hospital was in constant communication with me. When I paid the bill, it was actually lower than the original quote as my puppy didn't require all the services originally quoted.

I respect that Harmony Animal didn't overcharge and didn't keep the original quote since adjustments to care were made. The entire staff is pleasant and I have not had one negative interaction to date. I am very grateful.

I am so grateful to the staff at Harmony for taking care of my sweet rescue pup while he was battling Pancreatitis. They took amazing care of him and thankfully will make a full recovery. The pricing was also extremely fair. Highly recommend!

I brought my beagle Augie to Harmony Animal Hospital for the first time this week. Although he is a happy go lucky guy, he is shy at first around strangers and he quickly hid under my chair. Dr. Okeefe was wonderful and bent down to his level to meet him. She answered all my questions and made me happy I choose this outstanding veterinary group. Brianna, a caring tech, was super amazing and made friends with Augie gaining his trust to go to another room for a nail trim etc., and he walked off with her like he was on a fun adventure. Beagles do have the happiest gait. Everyone there is so pleasant and attentive to provide a good experience for your pet.

I am new to the area, and before I had the chance to find a vet, one of my dogs had a seizure after hours. Finding Harmony Animal Hospital was a blessing. Dr. Eppel was thorough, caring and comforting to both me and my dog. The staff was amazing and made me immediately feel at ease. I did have one bad experience with one receptionist when a busy night meant some information slipped through the cracks, but I won't let a high stress moment deter from all the goodness I experienced. Thank you HAH, you were there when we needed you most!

I take my cat to Harmony Animal for all shots and maintenance. Recently my cat needed his nails trimmed. Made an appointment, arrived five minutes early, and my cat was taken in right on time. They were quick and did a great job. Very fair price too. The hospital is always clean and safe for both people and pets, especially during the pandemic. Very friendly staff and vets. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

I brought my dog to Harmony Animal Hospital for the first time 3 days ago due to seizures. Dr. Epple and staff were AMAZING! They were kind, thorough, and compassionate. For the first time in a long time I left with a plan and people I know will help me ensure his well being. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Can honestly say that the compassion and care received here exceeds far above any other local vet I've been to. Even when they are super busy with emergencies or things don't go according to plan, they are exceptionally accommodating. I also think that their services (bloodwork, medicine, food, ect) are very fairly priced and lower than other places I have gone.

After reading some of the negative reviews - yes, this is also an emergency vet. Emergency visits costs extra $$$. Yes, if someone comes in with an animal that's in a critical emergency, that's going to supercede an animal in for a non-life threatening issue. Maybe it's just me, but I have equally enough compassion to not get angry about waiting if my appointment gets delayed over an emergency.

ZERO STARS is too generous if I could give less than zero I would just to help others in desperate situations for their pet. If you have an emergency DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! This place is a nightmare! My dog was experiencing a crisis Crown Vet would not take any emergencies due to COVID and short staff so they referred me to Harmony animal hospital because it was the closest to our home.

What a nightmare! The receptionist would not acknowledge my emergency she made me wait for an appointment at midnight then when we arrived they told me I had to wait outside for when a room came available. My poor beloved dog was outside dying we were in all out emergency but they wouldn't let us in. Once we were finally taken in they put us in a room and made us wait again I could hear the Dr. talking outside the room but they never came in.

Finally the tech came in to triage she did not understand ANY of what I was talking about but took notes. When the Dr. came in he leaned against the sink looked at my dog laying on the floor in all out crisis and did not even touch her look at her look at her vitals NOTHING! He continued to question what was wrong but never reacted NEVER! My worst nightmare in a time of emergency.

I began calling other hospitals and begged for IV fluids subcutaneous so we could stabilize her for the ride to Northstar in Robbinsville over an hour away. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE! PlEASE DO NOT Go to this hospital if you love you pet. My poor baby died minutes after we arrived at Northstar had we known about Harmony and the nightmare we were going to experience and the time we lost trying to get her to a hospital with competent Drs.

She might be alive today. This is the saddest most devastating experience of our lives and will stay with us forever thanks to the incompetence and disregard for my pets emergency. On the way out I was charged 250.00 for a Vet that didn't even TOUCH or examine my pet. Horrific DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE.

My dog fell from the third floor and suffered a terrible concussion, he had a seizure and was bleeding from his eye. I was very sad and distraught, but harmony animal hospital took excellent care of my dog and saved my dogs life. If it wasn't for them my baby probably wouldn't be here. I am so ThAnkyou for Harmony animal clinic and would recommend anyone to bring their dog here. They will be in great hands. My dog stayed for 4 days and was so well taken care of and he was at peace.

I can't even put into words how thankful my fiance and I are for this vet and the nurses and doctors who saw our 2 ferrets over the past week. Our 2 ferrets were sick and they were so accommodating and knowledgeable, they were able to see them right away and our boy started improving after our first visit but our babygirl had different issues and got progressively worse.

So we brought her back in the night before Thanksgiving and they ended up admitting her overnight. I can't express enough how understanding and caring they were, we ended up picking our girl back up Thanksgiving night and she has been 100% since we've had her back. The price was super reasonable (way less than we thought we would be spending) and to be able to bring her home and have her healthy as ever is just such a blessing. I highly recommend this emergency vet. Thank you Harmony animal hospital! You are truly the best!

Harmony Animal Hospital offers a real 24 hours emergency services, and the prices for the service, examination and medicines is pretty fair. Personnel is very kind and professional. Diagnostic was precise and after the visit our dog went home too much better.

Harmony is a great vet! They always help me as I am a first time dog owner. They are very busy with getting appointments because of how amazing they are! I would highly recommend. I like that they are also a hospital and will take emergency calls anytime.

Our rabbit dagger has been going to harmony for years and they are always kind, personable, informative, and affordable. They will soon help us with our second rabbit ellie as well! Thanks for helping our bunny dreams come true harmony!
