I am very happy with Royal Pet Resort as a groomer. We had so much difficulty with our doodle being so excited and wanting to mouth the clippers, or anyone trying to groom her. We tried the big box store, but they seemed so timid in just getting the work done, and often I ended up with a half done dog. I also tried our vet's grooming service, but they kept trying to make a poodle pouf of our dog instead of just making a nice clean summer cut.

After the vet groomer cancelled two visits in a row I was desperate just to get an hygiene shave for our dog. I was able to get a next day appointment for our soiled dog to get an hygiene shave. I was then able to get an appointment for a full grooming. Tangela did a wonderful job with my request and gave my baby a clean even cut, cleared away all of the mess around the ears, and tufts around the feet and trimmed the tail beautifully.

I appreciated that they took care of my difficult dog, and were actually looking forward for her to be able to calm down after repeated visits. I was happy with the service, pricing, their willingness wo work with owners and their overall outlook. I would strongly recommend this service if you have a normal dog that needs good consistent grooming.

We used to take our dog Cody to his vet for grooming (bath, nail cut, etc.) but their grooming services were put on hold some months ago due to renovation. They referred us to Royal Pet Resort and we have been taking Cody there ever since! He always looks amazing and smells great after his bath.

I cannot say enough about Royal Pet Resort! They are absolutely amazing! My dog loves them! She acts like a queen when she leaves! The entire staff are very loving and caring! They are so wonderful with all the animals! You will not be let down if you bring your animals here! Just be ready for them to except to be more spoiled than before!

We take our shepherd mix Ella Mae here for grooming and also boarding. She loves all of the people who work there. She always seems well taken care of. And loved. They have cams in each room so you check in on your fur baby any time. We love how she smells so good up to two to three weeks at a time.

Best groomer I've found so far! She did exactly what I asked and Trevor looked so handsome when he was finished. She took her time (he's older) and he did a god job. Everyone is super friendly and their prices are great. I would definitely recommend Royal Pet Resort for your fur baby.

I am new to the area so I was looking for a groomer. I called several and they were the first to call me back. I'm glad they did. I don't have to look any further. I have found my new groomer. Wendy worked on my three dogs and she transformed them. They came back looking great. I definitely recommend them. I'll be using them from now on.

My sister found this place to take our dogs. 2 Gorgeous purebread Yorkies. They turned 2 beautiful fluffy yorkies into mini schnauzers with really thin, uneven haircuts. We told the lady when we got there that we didn't want the hair cut too short and wanted more of a teddybear shape trim for them. If you didn't understand, a simple google search would have showed you exactly what we wanted.

Not to mention, my puppy wouldnt let anything touch her hands. Come to find out her nail was split and either that or her nails being too short was causing her pain. This was their first haircut and We had hoped to find a really dedicated and caring place for them to be regulars, but this was quite the opposite. This experience has definitely ruined grooming for us. Won't be letting anyone cut their hair after this. Included the before and after pictures.

My pup looked great after his cut. I asked for his hind legs to be snipped as low as possible and they did! I highly recommend their grooming services.

My seven year old has always been to Petco and with COVID-19 they were not excepting customers for grooming so I decided to try them out for the first time. My baby looks amazing they are reasonably price I will be a returning customer!

I looked all over Paulding county for a great groomer to take my little one to get a hair cut and get his nails clipped. I tried the vet and they were horrible. I talked to a couple different groomers and did not like them either. I finally found Royal Pet Resort and they worked with me on everything. They cut his hair exactly how I wanted it the first time around and did it under 2 hours of dropping him off.

That is seriously the fastest groomer I have been to in several different states. I'm the type of dog mama that doesn't want my baby sitting around for 6 hours at a groomers. At Royal Pet Resort they get your babies in and out and it's wonderful. This is my favorite groomer I have ever taken my dogs. I will always highly recommend them.

My Rottweiler loves this place. The staff is great and I know that my boy is in good care. They have private little apartments and a grassy knoll to run and stretch. Their amenities are very convenient, from nails to grooming. Price is great and the peace of mind knowing that your pet is loved and cared for.

Hi Neighbors in and around all of Paulding County Georgia Communities. As a responsible owner of two precious schnauzers that require grooming every 4-7 weeks and some mini grooms for those in between times is why i feel it's my right to share my recommendation for: "Royal Pet Resort", located in Hiram Ga. and feel that i can truly give this as I am speaking from experience and especially with having experiences with some my own horror stories with trying to find a match for my two minis, at the same time had felt alittle over whelmed after hearing all about the recent nightmare stories out there on the news and posted all across social media as I too was in search of a respectable grooming salon along with a reputable groomer that i can trust and is why I'm " Happy " to Report that I have found this place does exist here @ Royal Pet Resort, Hiram, Ga. Boarded my dog for 10 days. An owner knows when their dog has been treated well and my dog was! Highly recommend.

We love Royal Pet Resort and all the ladies that make this place happen. We are on the go a lot and it's comforting to know that our boys are in great hands when we are away. The web cam feature is fantastic, although we probably check in on them more than normal folks would. If you're going out of town and taking your 4 legged babies with you isn't an option, I definitely recommend Royal Pet Resort.

I called this place to inquire about dog grooming for my Siberian Husky, and I was SHOCKED at their response. They told me they would not bathe my Husky because it was too much hair to deal with! Considering I own a Husky, I truly understand how the hair is a nuisance and it takes more work than other breeds, but to turn away business because it is "too much work" is a BAD BUSINESS MODEL.

I was not even given the option to pay extra for the extra work! Their lack of accommodation is very revealing to me that they are lazy, have poor work ethic, and prioritize poorly. Considering this, I would NOT recommend their services to any pet owner, and even if they were to reach out to me to rectify this, I would refuse as I do not trust they would put forward the effort to do a thorough job.

This is THE BEST boarding facility we've ever used! We had to leave our girls while we facilitated a cross-country move, so they were here for five weeks! I don't think I could have handled it emotionally, except that they were treated like royalty here. They received a lot of attention and love! One of our girls is very, very skittish (took her months to warm up to us after we adopted her) but she LOVED the employees here.

They let us visit whenever we wanted. There's plenty of space out back for dogs to play. The rooms have web cams so you can check in on your dog, whenever. They really treated our babies like family, and we'll never be able to thank them enough!

Since we are new to the area, I was determined to find a pet hotel near our house so that I wouldn't have to drive all the way back to dunwoody for the Petsmart pets hotel. So thankful that I found this place! So to keep this short and sweet, I have 2 dogs and normally pay over $400-500 just to board them at Petsmart which include going outside 2x a day and sleeping in a room full of cages.

Pet resort has a yard on the side of the building separated every 10 or so feet so that each dog can go outside and play without being bothered by that other dog that isn't quite happy his owner left him with strangers. And guess what? This happens 4x a day. Each room (note that I didn't say cage) has a TV, a bed and a camera so that you can watch them while you're out of town.

And yes, the TV is always on so that the dogs feel right at home *stares at my husband*. All this for less than $200 for the same number of nights I keep them at Petsmart. OH! And let's not forget the women who work there! They are sooooo sweet and you can tell they truly love these dogs. For the first time ever, my dogs were not crying to get away. This is definitely my new go to for pet boarding. I would recommend them to everyone.

They don't push services or products on you like the retail pet stores. Nancy did a great job, our dog was made-over! All for an unbelievable price of $30. We had a great experience and felt great we found a place like this. It's the little things that count that win me over like being greeted with a smile, friendly on the phone and in person, & taking time to explain things. We'll be back and we'll bring our other dog too. PROS: friendly on the phone and in person, clean, fun looking place for a dog, value, quality of service, locally owned CONS: none
