We specialize in the care of dogs, cats and even critters like birds, ferrets and bunnies. Amenities include air conditioned rooms, heated floors for a warm winter, a gigantic outdoor play yard, and so much more! Our staff loves their time with your pet - big and small, shy and outgoing - all of your animals get the royal treatment at Northern Paws.
All dogs and cats lodging with us must have proof from your veterinarian that your pet is up-to-date on all required vaccinations. Vaccination records can be brought in with you or Veterinarian can fax them to us in advance at 866.902.1250. For vaccination requirements, visit the Accommodations page.
All rooms are climate-controlled for your pets' comfort. Each individual room is cleaned daily with heated floors or air conditioning and relaxing music. Our guests receive two nutritious daily meals, outside patio breaks, and kennel staff is around all day rotating walks and play time. Your pet is sure to find a room that suits their personality and needs in our unique lodging facility!
We do offer special pick-up/drop-off hours if you are unavailable during regular business hours. Arrangements must be made with staff at time of reservation. Customers must pre-pay for pets stay. Let your pet burn off energy by ball-chasing, frisbee-catching or just racing in our multi-acre, fenced-in play yard.

Our family has been using Northern Paws for our grooming needs for 15+ years. Always been happy with the service and how our dogs look when they're done. We had an appointment scheduled for today at 8:30 and were told when dropping our dog off that they were no longer doing grooming until further notice. It would have been nice to have received some sort of notification. Pretty disappointed as we had this scheduled for 2 weeks and now have to wait another 2 weeks to get into another groomer.

I boarded my two dogs here for a total of three days. It was about $110 for those days which sounds like a lot, but the dogs were very well taken care of! Also, we spent days looking for a place to take care of them for the weekend and every place was SO expensive compared to this! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for a doggy day care type of place!

My dogs have stayed with Northern Paws on two different occasions; once for five days and once for just two. My crazy border collies can NEVER get enough running in a day, but the staff played hard with them in their HUGE yard each day and wore them out! Even though one of my dogs suffers from seperation anxiety, when I came to pick them up they seemed surprised so see me and didn't want to leave!
The staff and owners are so friendly, and it's obvious that they care a lot about my dogs' stay. They pay special attention to their specific needs including meds, training, and keeping up their daily routine. I drive all the way from Eau Claire because I don't trust anyone else to keep my high-energy dogs happy. I recommend it to anyone with a pet of any temperment. I never have to worry about how my dogs are doing when they are at Northern Paws Pet Lodge. So thankful for that peace of mind!
