I visited the national kennel club several times in the past and as usual yesterday I was treated with the utmost respect doing business with them has always been a pleasure for me five star seems a little low but if that's as high as you can rank them on this survey they are definitely five star and above.

I have been trying to sort out an issue with the nkc regarding show results for almost 2 months now. I have sent email after email and provided all the information they have requested. No one ever responds, then I call and told they will look into the issue. Still with no results. Your customer service is extremely poor. I have spoken with judges from the show in question and they haven't even been contacted from nkc. This is not how to keep your customers happy
