I brought my baby Bronx here for diarrhea and vomiting. We met very pet loving people that got him all fixed up and up to date on his vaccines! We had no wait at our scheduled appointment and Bronx is much better!

Quick, easy, and painless. They loved our puppy, took great care of him, and offered lots of insight on the adventure of raising a puppy. My wife and I are very glad we made the choice to go with Tigertown Veterinary for the care of our new puppy! When the time comes, we'll also be bringing our 5 year old. She's just UTD on everything before we moved here.

Great places to take your fur babies. They love them like their own. My little one gets excited when we pull in the parking lot. He knows he will be treated like he is special. Because he is.

I came in looking for a new vet in my area as I just moved back. I was so nervous because I'm very sensitive when it comes to my fur baby. The vet tech (red head) was so kind and very good at her job. I really loved the Dr. she took her time with me and my baby boy and made it a great experience for the both of us. Sweet front desk. I was all around very happy and RELIEVED Thank you all so much

Expiring medication, no see doctor, overcharging. I visited this vet for walk-in visit due to my cat's bee sting on his paw, chronic diarrhea and prescriptions for parasites and dewormer a few years ago. Here's what i experienced so far. 1. At the first visit, I was told their doctors were on a vacation and their relative vet doctor will take care of my cat, and they will take one hour lunch break and they will call me if I leave my kitty at the vet. So, I was waiting the vet call at the nearby Starbucks.

A few minutes later in the Starbucks, I got a call from the vet, saying "YOUR CAT IS READY TO PICK UP." I asked back I haven't even met the doctor and I have several concerns to ask to her. But anyway, I visited to the vet to bring my cat and see what's going on. My cat was seriously ready to pick up on the vet counter, they billed me $450 with no explanation.

I wasn't sure what's going on, so I insisted to meet the doctor. 2. The doctor seems to be very unhappy for meeting with me, but anyway she came out to the counter and explained what is this bill for. She said she couldn't find any bee sting on his paw and did emergency treat to my cat. And, she gave me one antibiotics for bee sting, two antibiotics for diarrhea, and the probiotics.

Especially for the diarrhea antibiotics (i.e., metronadizole) they gave TWO WEEKS SUPPLY for two cats (4 weeks supply, total). She seems to be very thirsty for taking money from overusing medications. I was so shocked how I can give THREE TYPES OF ANTIBIOTICS to my 10 lb cat SIMULTANEOUSLY, and especially one (metronidazole) FOR TWO WEEKS (for both cats).

I do not know about the pet medication well, but giving three antibiotics to my cat sounds very cruel. And, my cat has very sensitive stomach so I automatically knew this will make my cat more sick. 3. MOREOVER, the EXPIRATION DATE of two of the medications were two weeks away from the day I visited. This doctor said I can give this up to 1 year after the expiration date so there's no problem. Huh?

I know that. But nobody even buys expiring medication over-the-counter. Another medication is for "DOG ONLY." Because of my complaints, she moved the "DOG ONLY" med contents to a little cylinder and brought it back to me. 4. And, because I requested my cat to be examined for his diarrhea, my cat has been brought back to the back room, and the doctor did a fecal examination.

I don't know what she did to my cat and I heard my cat sharply shouting and crying at the back room and seems like he wasn't treated well. Heartbreaking. It must be bothersome to the doctor, and she wanted to finish this quickly. Anyway, I refused probiotics since I already had one, while I paid $400 for the rest. However, I was so afraid of giving all three antibiotics to my cat at once. So, I only gave one medication for three days. However, because of the rushing fecal examination, my cat's diarrhea become more serious and he suffered from runny diarrhea problem for THREE MONTHS.

I argued with the front lady and she even educated me how this doctor is qualified doctor with a degree and I am not qualified to argue this. I was more upset because of this lady. I requested a refund for the medications. But she said it is federal law so she cannot refund any money for the medication that alreadly left the building. After couple of arguing, I could finally reach to Dr. Misty and she sincerely said sorry and she can take care of my cat if I bring to her. OF COURSE, NOT FOR FREE.

I paid all. But at least she seems to be a qualified and reliable doctor. However, my cat's runny diarrhea issue consisted and I visited Dr. Misty a few more times. When I made a call for the lab test results and concerns, another doctor answered to my call since Dr. Misty's day-off. This Doctor is her husband, and maybe he was tired of my concerns, and referred me to Auburn Vet Hospital.

It sounds like he want us to leave their vet since they don't want to take responsible any more. I was also tired of visiting this vet, wasting almost $900 in 2-3 weeks, worsening diarrhea. So, I moved.

They have the BEST service I have ever seen! All employees and doctors are treating my pets with love and care as their own pets. Now I am not in Auburn area anymore, but when they hear I need help from them, they are still willing to help. Me and my cats are really glad that we have being their customer.

Dont go anywhere else! They've been nothing short of amazing and helpful from my call after leaving the breeders house to now a year later. I was referred to them by a friend who upon sharing this they immediately talked about how much they loved my friends two dogs calling them by name. If you want your vet and staff to truly care about your animals and your wallet don't shop around anywhere else!
