Her pets Rocky, Xena, and Hiccup have become a part of the Countryside Family and love to come to daycare whenever their mom works! She has a special love for pocket pets and will be the first in line to care for your hamster, rat, gerbil, etc. She loves to spend time with her dwarf hamster, May, and Roy, the cat she adopted from Woof Avenue Rescue in her free time.
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us if you are a client or contact Auburn University.

Countryside took good care of our beagle over a ten year period from pup until having to put her down due to severe medical issues. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. We have been taking our rescue American Bulldog/Argentine Dogo to Countryside for the last 7yrs and our sons Black & Tan Coon dog recently from pup now going towards 1yr. We as a family appreciate so much the great care or dogs receive there.

My family has been using Dr. Rider for as long as I can remember, 10-15 years at least. I absolutely love her and her passion. She is always willing to go out of her way even when she is not working. She has personally saved 3 of my animals, a few of my grandmother's cats and 1 of our childhood dogs. She helped me keep my baby girl alive for 20 years, until there was nothing she could do and my baby passed on her own, but I will say she did everything in her power to give me one more day. I would recommend Dr. Rider always! Her staff has been very helpful to us as well!

This is the best clinic with the most efficient, effective, flexible service. They always put our mind to rest with regards to our pet care. With such great service, it is also amazingly cost effective. Every one of the staff and doctors are approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their fur babies!
