Great place to board your dogs. Love that they have pick up times 7 days a week.

The best boarding place staff so friendly really know how to be professionals I left my dog there came back to pick him up my dog was lean and happy this guy's worked him out I'm so happy cause my dog was overweight a little and wage'n tail ranch fixed that issue I will continue to take my dog there.

Lady on the phone was very rude. Even dropped the f bomb on me, but management made it right.

The staff are caring and friendly. My dogs always seem healthy and happy when the come home.

2 years ago my elderly dog passed away the day he arrived from the hotel. He was highly dependable on medication and care, I believe they were negligent and he did not survive. Staff was rude and careless specially the trans boy.

I cant begin to say enough good things about this place. We picked up our Chloe yesterday and the staff as well as the receptionist were so nice. Chloe didn't even want to go home with me. She wanted to go back to her suite. The groomers are great and got me in quick her nails looked good and she smelt wonderful! They did an amazing job, and shes not easy to groom! I will definitely be using them again for my summer vacation! I already have her villa booked!

I called to get info on boarding, I asked if the digs could be in the same kennel and if we could bring their own bedding wad told yes. I was not told to bring our own dog food. Dropping them off it was all business and didn't even get a chance to say good buy, both dogs were freshly bathed unpin arrival when they were picked up both dogs dirty and smelled the crates were not used and BOTH dogs were extremely thirsty and hungry. It was all business picking g them up too. I will not be using this boarding again. Both dogs do not appear to be taken care of ages : 2 and 3 years old

I've boarded here almost 10yrs ago. I'm recently reserved for our Ms Taffy. I've always been impressed and totally satisfied with their service and facility. Am looking forward to boarding with them now and in the future.

Wag'en Tail Ranch is a wonderful place to take any age dog. They have really taken care of my sweet girl every time we have taken her to stay. They have multiple options for all budgets. They love my girl as I would and make sure she is comfortable, having fun and safe. My girl loves going so I don't feel guilty when going on vacation. Recently we were coming back from vacation and our flight was late causing us to miss pick up time on a Sunday.

I called the office and they allowed us to pick up our girl the next morning. They didn't even charge us for the extra night! The next morning I pulled up first thing in the morning and they had her ready to go. Great service. Great people. Clean. Just like leaving your fur baby with family.
