At Willow's Oak Pet Lodge, our cat boarding services feature our experienced and compassionate team who lovingly care for your beloved kitty. Our cat loving owners and staff are pet parents to over 11 rescue cats between them, and the owners of Willow's Oak Pet Lodge have volunteered as feral cat colony feeders and cat and kitten foster care parents to local non-profit rescue groups on the Northshore for over 15 years. When your furry family member can't be with you, we will give them a happy, fun and safe home with us.
Dog daycare at Willow's Oak Pet Lodge is a place where pet parents can have peace of mind about leaving their dog during the day, thanks to our safe, trusted care. We have a team that gives each dog supervised play in either our climate controlled indoor playroom, or outdoors in one of our many shaded yards with doggie pools and a playground.

I cannot recommend Willows Oak highly enough! There are not many people I trust to care for my dogs, and I am 100% comfortable leaving my pups with them. Shannon and Amanda are truly amazing! They are extremely caring and do so well with my spastic pooches. They go above and beyond for the animals. I highly recommend Willows Oak to anyone looking to board their animals and want a great, personal approach from professional, caring staff!

First time to leave our new Pandemic Puppy with someone else and she had a blast! She played and played with Jade (the managers dog) and came home happy and exhausted. We had good experiences with the bigger boarding places but would prefer to have her here in a smaller group. Such sweet people and we know Honey had a great time!

I am so happy and blessed to have found Willows Oak about 2 years ago. Amanda and Shannon have been amazing. They are so accommodating with any special request and with last minute reservations if at all possible. One of my dogs stayed for over a month when I moved here from out of the country and my house was not ready. They welcomed me anytime I wanted to visit. I now bring my sons dog when he needs to socialize for day camp and he loves it. It's really nice that they post pictures on FB! I couldn't ask for more!

Highly recommend this place! I was looking for a more upscale boarding facility that could accommodate to my dog-selective pup. I called two other kennels who said they couldn't help him before calling Willow's Oak. They said it would be no problem and even allowed this nervous mom to tour their kennel. They were so accommodating and attentive to not only my special boy, but to me!
They offer pick ups on Sundays (awesome) and even though I was running late, they didn't mind at all! Bane received truly great care and I received great services - a win-win!

Our Ducky loves to go to Willow's Oak! She is a playful pup and way too hardcore for our other older dogs who are no longer interested in much play time. She had so much fun there when she went for boarding that we now bring her back just for Doggy Daycare too so she can have some run & play time with other dogs that match her size and energy level!
Her sisters are happy about that too because when she comes home she is exhausted and doesn't torture them. We've recently picked her up from a longer boarding stay while we were overseas, and because she was there for an extended stay they threw in a free bath and she came home smelling sweet as roses and snuggled and slept so hard from all the playtime she had! :)

If you are having reservations about dropping your baby off for the first time at Willows Oak. Don't! Jason and his team are an absolute class act. We've used them twice. Once dropping our dogs off for a 5 day stay and recently having them sit them in our home. Both times we returned from our trips to extremely happy dogs. Jason is very candid about your pets and their experience.
He'll tell you the good, bad, and ugly. He's extremely professional and also very nice. From texts messages to posts on Facebook, you'll get to see photos of your dogs or cats while you're away. Which as many of you pet owners know, is very comforting. This is a family run business which feels very authentic and we highly recommend using. After being displaced by the flood we thought we'd have a hard time finding someone we could trust. We were very lucky to discover Willows Oak.

I am a former employee, and I highly recommend this facility. I have fur babies of my own, and I wouldn't board them anywhere else. Jason and Tiffany the owners also very kind people, ensure every fur baby leaves happy and gets the loving they deserve while they are board. They ensure cleanliness of every kennel, and there's lots of room to romp and play for the dogs. Heather the manager is very kind as well, and gives every one the personal attention they deserve while they stay.
This is a excellent facility for animals of all kinds to stay, and you won't have to worry about them because they're in good hands. They also offer daycare, which is great so your dogs don't have to stay cooped up in the house all day. Overall this is a great place! Best place to bring your pets for boarding! My dogs love Willow's Oak! When our dogs see us packing bags, they get super excited. I say, "Let's go to Jason's, " and they are sitting at the back of the truck, ready. We pick them up fresh and clean and happy. Jason is very trustworthy and reliable, and we have never experienced any issues with his staff.
Also Jason has provided a lot of much needed advice about animals. He really knows his stuff. We have boarded 5 dogs, 2 cats, several hamsters and even a rabbit over the years. We are so blessed to have such a great facility in our neck of the woods. Thanks for all you do, Jason!

Lucy and Gunner, our Labs, have been staying with Jason and Tiffany @ Willow Oak for 10 years and they love it. Our dogs consider this their vacation and get excited when we are headed to Madisonville. We know that Jason and his staff are professional in everything they do and provide us with legendary customer service, including large clean kennels, training, bathing, and tender loving care.
