Nicole, at Adventure Pets in Covington, is now my go-to person with all questions related to best nutrition choices for our little rescue, Bailey! Our 11 lb. senior pup decided she no longer liked her kibble. I stepped into the Covington store without a clue as to where to start. Nicole is so knowledgeable, and her encouraging reassurances that we would find something that works was just what I needed.

Our sweet little Bailey is licking her bowl clean, and I am confident she is getting exceptional nourishment! I am tremendously thankful for Nicole's expert guidance! And if Bailey decides she wants to try something new, I know where to go! Thank you Nicole, Adventure Pets in Covington!

My go to place for fish questions. I'm sure they are knowledgeable about the reptiles and the birds as well but I know if I have a fish question I can definitely go and they will have all the answers. Also it's a good little getaway if you want to just bring the kids to check everything out!

Nice folks and good selection. My only quibble is that stock a lot of grain free dog food. Grain free dog food has been shown to be very bad for your pet. Ask your vet about it folks. I think the store, which a vet on site, should educate their customers about this. The owners that are buying are doing so because they think it is better for their pets but they are risking canine heart issues later in life as per FDA research.

Christa was so helpful and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and was a pleasure to talk to. This location will be our go-to place from now on!

Needed a last minute appointment for two of my older cats who needed immediate attention right before a holiday weekend and they fit me in and gave my cats great attention. Will be going back when I have more time to shop the store, looks like they had high quality products there. Very impressed with the vet and tech who went above and beyond the call to also clip my fussy cat's toenails.

Always a great visit for Malloy, our 86 lb Catahoula Hound who thinks he is a baby. But to have Bentley, the Satan Cat, allow the great staff to do all they had to do with NOT ONE ISSUE.says it all!

They have kitties! The kitties bekong to the store but are friendly and love head rubs! Friendly staff and great products!

The visit was to take advantage of their low cost rabies vaccination day and the tech was pleasant and helpful with my two large dogs. We didn't wait long for the vet, and she gave them both a quick but thorough general exam before giving the rabies vaccinations. She (the vet) took the time to chat about dogs to learn about her patients. Plus she and I had a very good discussion that I appreciated. I and my oversized fur babies will be back for future vet care needs. Thank you!

Dr. Saylor is a lovely person and very professional, as is the staff at this storefront facility offering pet supplies and grooming along with vet services.

I made an appointment a few days ago and this morning the groomers bathed my 2 dogs right away. Take into consideration that this was my individual experience, but we were in and out in about 30-45 minutes, and that includes paperwork because I was a new customer. I was able to stand by my dogs and comfort them (because for some reason this morning they decided to act like they had never been groomed before in their lives.) The groomers were very friendly, but still professional which is very important to me.

FInally found an exotics vet that wasnt 3 hours away. Dr. Saylor and her staff are wonderful and caring. We have a follow up appt next week, and we will see how it goes!

I try to use local businesses whenever I can but I'm pretty disappointed in customer care here. Employees have better things to do than help customers. They couldn't answer questions about ingredients in their products and didn't care about my needs. They rarely move from the counter area to help and are generally unfriendly/unappreciative of my business. I always leave there wishing I had taken my business somewhere else. There's room for improvement.

I have been taking my 9-year dog to Dr. Saylor's since this year and she does a wonderful job checking on him and making sure his medicines are updated. I am happy with the office staff too, everyone are very caring. I have used their boarding service during 4 of my trips and my dog is getting familiar with the routine and felt comfortable there. Highly recommend!

I have been going here since it opened for grooming, vet, and whatever pet needs (toys and treats). My dog loves everyone here. He loves going to the vet and groomer - which hasn't always been the case at other places. This place is just so amazing and loving! They just recently started boarding - I am always hesitant to board because I go on vacation and just think about how lonely and upset my dog is.

The whole time I was on vacation I got updates on my dog, how much they loved him, and what he had been up to. Today I went and picked him up and I am pretty sure my dog had a BETTER vacation compared to me! He was happy, spoiled, and tired.from playing! Never again will I be hesitant to board! My dog had a great time, he didn't even want to leave! Thank you guys for giving my dog a great vacation!

I recently visited Saylor's for the first time and was impressed by the helpful and knowledgeable staff. They recommended a dog food that was similar in quality to what I had been using buy my dog likes it much more. I am happy to give my business to a locally owned store.
