Services
The Doggie Cottage has worked to create a "home style" atmosphere. Our resort includes a living room, puppy area, beauty salon, private rooms & divided play yards. Daycare is a great way to spoil your dog. They receive 6 to 8 hours of exercise and socialization a day. Activities include swimming, kickball, tug o war, nature walks and more.
Certain discounts may not apply during holidays, school vacations or at any time when our facility my be sold out. Please contact manager for details. Do you have rooms to accommodate multi-family pets? Yes! We have rooms for more than one pet plus individual rooms. We also offer cage-less boarding in our living room or your pet can stay at the on-site managers house. Do you have any breed restrictions? We believe every pet should have the ability to play, socialize and have fun being a dog.

The people here are just wonderful. They helped us make sure our pup had a safe place to go when we were in the hospital with our baby and then a week later we had a family emergency out of state. Not only were they able to take him, they helped us board him overnight. I love that they take daily photos. They clearly care for the dogs there and are just so kind and helpful.

I have been coming to the Doggie Cottage since their opening over 20 years ago and can only say they are the best. Casey was one of the Doggie Cottage's first customers and absolutely loved it there and so much that a few times she would sit on the daybed with her back to us preferring to stay there! Our family of multiple dogs over the years have all been members of the Doggie Cottage family.
They have received the best of care from taking one to vet while we were away and giving the best of care always. My current Springer Spaniel starts barking with excitement miles before we get there! Thank you Doggie Cottage for all the wonderful care these many years and many more to come, you're the best!

I can't say enough positive things about the Doggie Cottage location in Gray Maine! We have been utilizing their grooming services for several years and have never been disappointed. I have seen first hand how the staff treat the animals. It is clear to me they screen their staff to ensure only those who are truly dedicated and have pure love for these animals are hired! I highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants to have their dog well taken care of and loved every single day!

I love this place! My dog's tails don't lie! They're super excited as soon as we pull onto the road to get there! Doggie cottage staff has cared for 2 generations of our dogs and we've always had a positive experience with their caring staff! They brought our sweet Lucie to the vet when she was sick while we were on vacation and it saved her life! I will always recommend them highly and sing their praises!

We're in town from Texas for a long stay, and we're in desperate need for a spa day for our two pups. They were able to get them in within a week which was great as other places were booked for weeks. I highly recommend The Doggie Cottage for grooming! Great prices and excellent service. Both dogs were completed within a few hours. They were both happy and looking great following their grooming. Thank you!

I bought my dog, Maya, to The Doggie Cottage for a "meet and Greet" last week. We met with Kayla who put my "nervous dog mom" to rest. Maya has only gone to daycare a few days, but she loves going! She comes home happy and tired from a day full of play. The facility is clean, the staff super friendly. I love The Doggie Cottage! Angela D
