Excellent staff. Rhonda compassionately and carefully helped get my pup on a new diet after the dog was experiencing some serious health issues. I can't recommend this place more highly!

Great selection of high end dog food brands-- they even have frozen raw foods. It can be hard to find safe rawhide chew alternatives, but this spot has an excellent variety of bones that my pup loves! I highly recommend for health-conscious pet parents.

My puppy absolutely loves going to daycare at Healthy Spot. All of the staff are attentive, friendly, and caring. I feel more than comfortable leaving her there knowing she's in great hands. She has blast every time she goes and comes home exhausted which is great for me! I'm so happy I found Healthy Spot and would recommend to anyone.

Well worth the price to make sure your pups are loved all day! Teams do a socialization test before allowing pets into daycare and leave extensive notes for every worried parent. Bottas feels loved always by the team!

I went to this healthy spot and Elizabeth worked with me the time I walked in the door til the ending transaction. She made me feel so comfortable and happy. Elizabeth answered all of my questions she was very attentive and kind. Thank you Elizabeth for making my experience so amazing at healthy spot.

My puppy Bowie has been a member of the Healthy Spot 'daycare crew' for two months. Bowie just turned one and as a pandemic puppy, it occassionally takes him time to warm up to folks. He was a little shy for the first visit. However, the staff was so lovely and welcoming to him -- quickly putting any concerns and apprehension at ease. Now, he LOVES it!

His tail begins wagging when he knows it's Daycare Day! I'm so appreciative to everyone at Healthy Spot for cultivating such a fun, caring and sweet space for Bowie to play and make new friends.

Healthy Spot Day Care is my favorite spot. My puppy loves every visit to the day care and especially spending time with Hannah. Hannah is always so helpful when I want to make a last minute or advance reservation. I appreciate they do a health check on the dogs so my dog can also stay healthy. Healthy Spot Day Care has been a lifesaver with having to be back at work or just needing a fun, safe space for my pup. So grateful to have found this wonderful place & especially Hannah who connects so well with the pups and communicates well with the people.

Friendly staff and clean place with many great products. I love bringing my dog here for grooming. I always recommend this healthy spot location to my friends.

Hershey loves his days at doggy day care. He gets so excited when we pull up in the parking lot. I have never seen him so excited to go any place like this. I highly recommend daycare at healthy spot in Santa Monica! My 6 year old dog, Katy, goes almost every day, and she is happy and comfortable there. The caretakers are extremely attentive, and she likes and trusts them. They know and love her, and they are very personal. Katy and I could not ask for more warm and loving care. Grateful!

The daycare team here is amazing. My dog and I are always greeted warmly (by the whole staff) and I always feel reassured that when I leave my fur baby he will be taken care of. I love the report cards, and every time I pick him up he's the most excited dog ever.

Kobe my JR mix has been going to daycare since September 2021. Kobe was going to another daycare & let's just say we are in the right SPOT! He loves it & the staff is amazing! I feel 100% that Kobe is taken care of & have no worries! The staff really makes us feel like family with great suggestions on everything! Kobe has lots of friends in daycare & when I pick Kobe up I get a full report. I would love to see the daycare open Saturday: The discounts on the packages are great & hope to see a few more. Sorry.but still a bunch of deadbeats behind the counter. Came in today to take advantage of the 25% off Ziwi dog food. Oh wait.it's only on the teeny tiny bags and not the $40+ bag I bought. I shop here frequently and get my dog groomed here every 4-6 weeks. Customer service is still atrocious here, unfortunately. I was also disappointed in my dog's most recent grooming (last weekend).

I was called to pick him up one hour after I dropped him off. I picked a particular groomer on purpose as my dog has been groomed by this man for several months. When we arrived, the groomer kept saying, "Hey, girl, " and, "Aw, she's nervous." Uh.this was like the 5th time my dog has seen this groomer.and my dog is a HE. His nails do NOT even look like they were touched, and they were in need of a cut.

I seriously wonder if they just took my dog and sprayed him with a scented spray and did nothing else (but charge me $50). What is going on at this location?! The grooming service and service at the register is so incredibly inconsistent. My God.

Tallulah, Lu & I LOVE daycare! Healthy spot is one of the only places where I can leave my pup with complete peace of mind. They give frequent report cards and I even got a gift from Lu for Valentine's Day. We feel very special at healthy spot and it gives Lu plenty of exercise and socialization time. Would be great if they ran more day care package promos because we can't get enough of them!

I take my dog for grooming and day care regularly. The staff are always very sweet and love my dog! They frequently have discounts and deals for both grooming and daycare. Hanna in the Day Care - always gives me an update of my dog's day and they give a card with a little note about details of the day.

Our dog has been going to Healthy Spot daycare since he was 4 months (He's 8 now). He loves the staff and we feel like he's getting the best day possible!

My dog loves coming here for daycare. The staff really care about him and have gotten to know him well. They positively reinforce good behaviors, and I'm seeing the results of that at home. Not to mention that he's sleeping like a rock 10 min after getting home from a day at Healthy Spot!

Eleanor (our sweet little Dachshund) has been going to day care since she was less than a year. She LOVES it there, and they love her.bit 'shout out' to Hanna, day care manager, she's the BEST.

I use both the grooming and doggie daycare services at this Healthy Spot location. Both are very good--but be warned that they are pricey. Grooming squeezed me in the week before Thanksgiving for a bath and demattying of my Bichon Frise. Andy did an amazing job! My pup was more matted than I thought, but Andy took the time necessary to carefully and thoroughly work out the mats even though he was very busy. Thank you! I'll definitely continue using this location!

We've been going to healthy spot Santa Monica with daisy for the past 2 years for baths. My Gracie is always happy coming out of the salon she looks and smells amazing! Daisy always makes sure Gracie is well taken care of, she's a bit on the older side so it's very important for me to know that Gracie is in good hands! I'm always at ease Knowing daisy is taking care of her. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Patrick in Grooming I have been coming to Healthy Spot for years! My dog became extremely ill over the summer and lost a lot of her hair. She's a Maltese. She had long hair. Then suddenly, she had patches of hair. I was extremely nervous to take her in to get groomed but it had been a month and she needed a bath. Cue Patrick. He came out and met with me.

I explained my desperation. I told him that she had recently been diagnosed with Cushings and that her hair was falling out as a result. I almost started crying on the spot. He could of looked at me like a crazy woman But he didn't. He took Fiona in his arms and she just melted. He explained that he was going to be extra gentle and take his time with her. All, I could not recommend a better bather!

We have been going to Patrick every two weeks ever since. Her hair is finally growing back! Patrick does a phenomenal job with Fiona and picks out the cutest bows for her. Every time she sees Patrick, she's melts into his arms like that first time! I know she's in the absolute best hands with him. Ask for Patrick if you, (1) want your dog to be in the BEST hands; and (2) want your dog to come out looking like a movie star.

If you make a booking for a shampoo for a small short hair dog beware! There are 2 options. Standard is a shampoo, nail clip, ear cleaning & anal gland cleaning. The charge is $30. But if you ask for that make sure you say standard or you will be charged for a signature shampoo which is $15 more. The difference is a massage & a blueberry facial? What dog needs that!

I called & ordered a short hair spa shampoo & because I didn't use the word standard I was charged for a signature which is $15 more. Make sure you specify standard vs signature or else they will do it for you & you will pay $15 more. Dogs rule!

I have been buying Duke's food here for the last two years because they have human grade high quality dog food with no filler products. It's a more high end pet store. That said I had to share how amazing the people who work here are! The customer service I receive here is always outstanding! David today went out of his way once again and helped me instal a dog cabin cover for the back of my Toyota Highlander, since my hands where full with Duke. I so appreciated his kindness & help. Thank you David Duke is so happy chilling in the back like a rock star!

Took our wire fox terrier in to see Kevin (who she had been hand stripped by before twice). I explicitly asked him to lightly strip her coat on her back as we mostly wanted to focus on her face and ears being stripped. I'm no professional but anyone with a hand stripping comb can see this is too short. Can someone explain to me why they thought seeing her skin was a good idea? See the picture below for how patchy and little fur she has left. I'd recommend avoiding this grooming service if you have a WFT and avoid Kevin.

I normally don't leave reviews but this one is worth sharing. I cried after seeing what they did to my puppy, Archie. I have a cavapoo and he was super matted so I knew they would shave him but it's very uneven. The face is fine but not sure why his tail and ears weren't trimmed. Sadly, I think I could have done a better job for $0 instead of $90.

Another thing I didn't like was when they took him. Archie is extremely shy and scared of humans (but not aggressive and super sweet) so when they put a collar around his neck and tried pulling him to the back of the store, he was terrified. The resistance caused him to choke and cough. To prevent the choking they pulled part of the collar around his leg. Maybe this is normal? Unfortunately, I will not be taking him there for the grooming services. :(

Great place to go for some puppy swag! It always feels like I'm in a boutique. They have unique stuff for dog clothing, actual back packs for dogs to wear lol outdoor tents, carrying cases, leashes, collars, customized tags, travel gear and you can even get shoes or rain boots for your fur baby as well! Yes, it's not cheap but worth every penny.
