I have had toy poodles for the past 25 years and lived in several different cities including Spring Hill. Therefore, my 'babies' were to many different groomers but never have they received the care and looked so beautiful as when Kay groomed them. It's been several days since my Peanut was groomed and she still smells so good and is so fluffy.

My #1 priority is the well-being and comfort of your pet. Matts are a health issue because the skin under the matt has no access to air. Therefor causing hot spots, sores, itching and pain. Brushing can be extremely painful to your pet. If you dog has a few small matts I can work them out for a fee of $5.00 per fifteen minutes brush time. If your pet has sever matting I recommend they be shaved. This is one reason it is so important to brush and comb your pet.
Matted pet hair can be serious, mats pull tightly on the pet's skin causing them constant discomfort and sometimes suffering. But even more serious is the fact that air cannot circulate through the hair and skin, which can lead to major skin irritations and infections. When a pets hair becomes severely matted there is simply no way to remove it except to give the pet a very short haircut. After the matting is removed your pet will feel different. He may feel itchy or his skin may have become irritated and sore from the matting.

I just wanted to thank you again! I am totally amazed at the wonderful job you did! The puppies are so velvety soft, no nicks or red areas. Their skin is softer then I remember it could be. Every detail even down to their pads and between their toes was done with care. They both were very comfortable at home and didn't act nervous or jumpy like before when I 'd first bring them home. I hope you dont mind, but I've already been giving your name and number out to some of my patients who live in the Shady Hills area.

Found this groomer by Google search. She sounded like the kind of person I'd trust to do our little Shih Tzu so my wife called and left a detailed message telling her we'd like to make an appointment. Well, that was two days ago now and no return call from this person. Not holding my breath and waiting for her to call. Moving on to someone else and I suggest you do the same.
