Dr. Presley is such a down to earth person she is so knowledgeable about everything possible you can think of and she is a very caring Veterinarian. The technicians go out of their way to help you and your pet no matter how little the problem might be they're on top of things and I am really great full for them being so knowledgeable as well. This is a fantastic establishment and your pets are in the best hands possible, I can't praise them enough!

I am visiting from out of state and had an emergency with my dog. I called in to see if I could get an appointment or just walk in, unfortunately you guys were almost closed but Brittany took the time to talk to me like I was a client that had been there for years and walked me through other locations in the area that I could go to. I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciated the help and will recommend you guys to anyone who asks!

We are a very meticulous married couple on who we take our pets to (having 4) and was pleasantly surprise at how attentive and kind the entire staff and doctor was towards us and our Fur babies. We would give a 10 star if we could.

I love them, they are friendly and patient. Me and my fur baby always feels welcomed there. Sometimes I would make last minute appts but they always try to fit me which is perfect for me because I'm super busy.

After being with AHNPR for 4 years, we are done with Dr. Presley. We've communicated our concerns to techs and attempted to speak with her directly but have had no contact returned. The new receptionist (Kim) is rude at best; an absolute jerk on a good day which is so odd as the rest of the staff is really kind (thanks Sam & Lisa, you two are dreamy). But. the final straw for us in leaving this review was discovering that two very obvious (and very serious) medical conditions went undiagnosed and untreated for long periods of time.

We had our dog in multiple times for both issues and it wasn't until the receptionist was so unbearably rude and that we decided to find another vet (AHRP) which immediately identified both issues and treated her accordingly. The good news is that 4 months and 3 surgeries later, we are finally cancer free. AHNPR might have staff with a good bedside manner but when it comes to actually providing quality medical care, it's coming in a lot short. I'd much rather pay a little more for a better vet than one who cuts these kinds of corners. Just be warned.

My family and I have been taking our dogs and cats there for over 15 years and we would never go to another vet if we can help it. Everyone is so compassionate, loving and caring no matter what the situation is. They are always there to help no matter what.

I have been coming to this animal hospital for years with my pets. I'm confident my pet and I will get THE BEST treatment from the staff and Vet. I've also used the boarding service never had any issues. They have been flexible and very affordable. Plus my pet seems normal and happy when I pick them up.

They were recommended by my neighbor and she's in her 80's and had her dog Monty for over 10 years. she's lived in Pasco County for decades and knows all the great places as well as those to avoid. Being new to this area I took her advice and took my kitty to them, they were all very nice and very professional. So now we have a great vet nearby. If you're looking for a vet for your furry family member this is the place. 5 stars all the way

They refused to euthanize a injured bird or even take a look at it, the poor bird was screaming in pain, they offered no alternative to help. any vet worth anything would not allow a animal in pain to continue on that way, unprofessional is too kind a word for these people. clearly they only care about profit or their staff in incapable of even the simplest task involving general decency.

Dr. Gail Presley is an extraordinary vet. She's highly educated and thorough with her exams. She's a miracle vet! The office is clean, staff is friendly, and their located in a cute tucked away spot with personal parking. I've had Nala 5 years. She's my problem child. She's always getting into something. We live a very active life so she's gets exposed to the world.

Regardless of my efforts to keep her safe, she's always exploring. Nala has been misdiagnosed by multiple vets over the years and it's costed me additional money. But Dr. Presley has NEVER misdiagnosed Nala. She's very knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Presley comes into the room to personally communicate. She doesn't leave it to the vets tech's. Even though she has an amazing team!

I would never consider going to another vet. She's been amazing with Nala and Atlas! We got Atlas as a puppy last year. She's keep him healthier then I could ever imagine. She isn't cheap but she's not expensive, she's very fair in her pricing! For her knowledge and personal treatment it's worth every penny!
