Barkingham Palace

My dog loves it here. She literally starts whining to get out of the car the second we pull up to barkingham palace. The guys are always so nice and are quick to get my pup when I come to pick her up. Also, my dog is notoriously horrible when you try to clip her nails, but they do it without complaint. Best doggy day care around.

Gave them many chances and they cut two of my dogs hair. Bought a package for daycare and only used about five packages and my dogs learned bad behaviors and came back drinking as if they were not allowed to have water all day. Management is secretive and does not know what's going on. One time I was picking up my dogs talking to the owner and a woman came in and got in my face and the management and worker didn't blink an eye.

The only reason I could think she would do that is because I was being friendly with the owner as I picked up my dogs and maybe that was her husband but I did not deserve it and that's made me never want to go back. Months later wanting to use them for grooming I booked two weeks in advance for two different days in two weeks and they then tell me that they're not able to Do either day of grooming and said to call me when they're groomer comes back. One time I was talking to another customer with a Dog and one of the managers tried to shoe him out as if we're not allowed to talk.

We love this place every time I leave on a business trip or just for vacation I know Roxy second home is here. She is loved so much and it's like we left her with family. We love the people that care for our sweet Roxy and the owners are such wonderful people. We would recommend this place to everyone!

They took great care, and provided an outstanding service for our Vera. From the streets of Puerto Rico to the halls of Barkingham Palace. Thank you for making our girl feel special.we love it!

We all love our pets. After all, they are family. So it is important to find a safe and well run facility when boarding our pet.for the day or longer. Barkingham Palace is that place. We have boarded our Coton there for 6 weeks each of the past 4 years. Tony Sr., and his son Tony, Jr. own the business and run it as if each dog is there's. Every staff member is outstanding. The facility is large, clean and safe. Doesn't get any better. Very highly recommended.

Oureo has been going to see his other Tony and his family of employees at Barkingham since he's a pup. Leo is a German short-haired pointer full of energy. They give him so much love and attention. I feel confident that Leo is taken good care of on overnights. Barkingham has been so great. Thanks!

I don't ever go out of my way to write a negative review but I felt compelled. My friend kept her dog at barkingham palace for 14 days and because she was stuck overseas due to contracting covid I decided to pick up her dog at barkingham since he had been there for almost two weeks at this point. When I arrived I immediately was taken back by how emaciated he looked.

His nails were so overgrown, his private area was red and irritated and he was very shy and timid which is the complete opposite of his personality normally. Once my friend returned back home she immediately took him to the vet and he had lost 15 pounds and had an ear infection. I understand dogs can be stressed in these situations but in my opinion a dog with all of these complications is complete neglect.

I wanted to share this because I personally would be extremely upset if this happened to my dog and I want to make others aware of this incident before they decide to leave there dogs here to go on vacation. I would never leave my pet here.

Can't thank Barkingham enough for the great care they showed my grand-pup Mulligan! He- and I- are grateful for all the fun play days he spent with you and for helping him learn to socialize with other dogs. YOU ARE THE BEST!
