I brought my four-year-old Shih Tzu to Perfect Perfection to be groomed on Saturday 11/20. He gets groomed regularly and typically I tell the groomer that he is a little skittish at first but eventually he warms up. When I dropped him off at Perfect Perfection the person that I met with wasn't very patient with him and instead of trying to get to know him, she immediately wanted to get everything wrapped up.
She grabbed him up and took him to the back to be groomed. Within five minutes of dropping him off the groomer called me to tell me that they could not groom my dog because he was very aggressive. My dog gets groomed 4 to 5 times a year and I have never been told that he was aggressive. I took him to Petco two days later and they were able to work with him.
The groomer told me that he wasn't aggressive at all and that he was a perfect gentleman. To anyone considering Perfect Perfection please think twice. The service at Petco is stellar and I think you'll be much happier.

Referred to Kathy Rose at Pets of Perfection by a highly recognized professional in the dog grooming industry. Took our puppy there for his first grooming experience and it did not meet our expectations. Please consider other groomers prior to taking your furr baby as the quality of grooming was fair at most. Definitely not what I expected from a location owned by a master groomer.

I had the worst experience with my Pomeranians first hair cut and I brought him to Pets of Perfection about 1 year ago and haven't left. I bring him every month and they do an amazing job. They seem very passionate about their job and I know they take care of my dog whenever I leave him. I like to do an express cut so that he doesn't have to be in cage and it's only an hour and half then he's done. HIGHLY RECO

I took my dog there for the first time yesterday because I have not been happy with the groomers in my area. Tara did a great job. It's the first time that I am really happy with the way my dog was groomed. The only thing that I find ridiculous is that she charges an additional $10 if I want to have my dog cage free. I think there is no reason for that also because she is more expensive than other groomers in the area.

I have gone to this groomer 3 times in 5 years. She is extremely unprofessional, and never does a full groom. I have given her the benefit of the doubt twice, but found myself on the rip off side twice. Never again. My dog is blind and arthritic. I didn't want him in a cage and agreed to the extra charge to have him done right away. She told me 2 hours.
I went back in an hour and a half and he was "all done". $85.00 was the charge. What wasn't done where his ears, hair between the pads, nails and a finishing all around. In other words you pay top dollar and all your dog gets is a bath. Most people aren't aware that a full groom was not performed. What she doesn't know is I used to be a groomer and am very aware of what she didn't do.
I brought him back in and told her about his ears, nails and pads. Her remark " oh shit someone interrupted me and I forgot." Then tried cutting his nails but couldn't because he kept pulling his foot, tried his ears but she apparently was a little rough so he yelped and insisted his pads where done. I left and finished him myself at home. NEVER AGAIN, !
And she's the only groomer I have ever known that makes you sign a release so if something happens to your dog in her care you have no grounds. If I could a - star I would.

Bad experience. I called to find out about the prices and I told her how much I paid for grooming our 20lb terrier. Lady agreed to do it for the same price, but when I got the service she charged $70, $20 more than the other place which charges me $50. She forgot what she told me over the phone. Also, dont expect a call to let you know your dog is ready. Place is a mess too and the owner is super rude! Look for another place

Extremely professional and experienced. Took my cat Mikko here for years. They have continuously provided quality animal care, professional grooming, and a friendly atmosphere as well! Would recommend over other grooming locations without any hesitation. Will never take my animals anywhere else other than Pets of Perfection.

I agree, there must be better groomers who don't have such an exalted opinion of themselves and charge $80 to groom a 15 lb Havanese. When I made the appointment a few days ago, I was told the grooming would take 90 minutes. Well, little Stella was done in a fast 60 minutes, but the price remained the same. When I got home, I saw all the areas that were very imperfect by an owner who was rushing to get her off the table. Something is very wrong here. I paid $70 to get my hair colored, cut and blown dry. Why should a dog be so much more?
