We are located in the small equestrian community known as West Kendall's "Horse Country", A Country Cat House provides one with a feeling of well-being as soon as they enter the walled and gated property. The cattery is nestled among beautiful mature banyan trees, Royal Poinciana and lush tropical gardens. We are a cat boarding kennel and cat grooming facility accredited by Pet Care Services Association (PCSA) serving Miami & South Florida cat owners since 1988. As the years go by our experience and knowledge grows.

I took my cat to get groomed because he is in renal failure and is not able to care for himself as he once was. He was severely matted. However, when I picked him up she explained that they accidentally clipped his skin when doing the nails. She stated they put some product like liquid skin to seal it and he should be fine. Fast forward, I am at the vet. Apparently, they clipped out one entire nail of the right paw.
It is severely infected possibly into the bone. He is now on antibiotics has a cone on his head and pain meds. This might not have been as bad if she had been honest I took the cat immediately to vet.now

Manny the Groomer and Josie are experienced professionals! Nice location, beautiful space, They attended so well to my cat and I! My kitten was so happy and relaxed upon pick up, he did an impeccable job grooming him! She gave me excellent guidance and client servicing. I HIGHLY suggest them for all your cat needs. Very trust worthy and caring. I have never been more happier than finding a place that caters to kitties! Can't wait to come again soon!

I was a little skeptical with my kitty before taking her here. My beautiful cat Lily has special needs (she is fully deaf), and naturally, I am a lot more defensive with her than my other rescue kittens. But Josie made the whole process SO easy and she is so informative as to what she was going to do with Lily and even had some very helpful tips and suggestions. Definitely will be going back soon!

I brought my Persian cat Truffles to A Country Cat House in Miami today. Josie did an amazing job with a lion cut and truly cares about cats. I am so thankful to have found her, after only moving to South Florida almost 3 months ago. It was well worth the drive from Plantation, FL. I highly recommend her for grooming and I will definitely consider her for boarding if I need to leave my cats with someone. Thanks again Josie for an amazing job with Truffles!

The Country Cat House is the only place my husband & I will take our fur baby for boarding & grooming. Josie & everyone who works there are awesome and take amazing care of the kitties. I couldn't think of a better place to leave my cats when travelling. From the moment I talked with Josie, I was given absolute peace of mind that my girls were in the best hands possible with Josie and her team. The Country Cat House is beautiful and serene - my cats came home happy and rested. Josie's professionalism and passion for what she does is evident.
She is thorough and pays attention to detail. I was surprised by how much she had gotten to know my girls individual characters in just 6 days. I absolutely recommend A Country Cat House every time. My cats are too precious to go anywhere else.

There is a special place in Heaven for these wonderful caretakers. When I needed a safe place for my kitty Pebbles, A Country Cat House was there to help. The staff made sure Pebbles was comfortable and had time to play. The boarding area is clean and quiet which provides a relaxing atmosphere for the kitties. After a very long search, we finally found the perfect place for our little temperamental kitty, Crash. Josie and the crew shower Crash with love and attention and he no longer cowers and hides and acts tormented when we return. Josie is very warm, loving and kind and makes sure that each pet owner is properly attended to and talks through each pet's needs before and after boarding. A country cat house is clean and well organized and I would highly recommend this lovely Kitty vacation home.

Had an emergency situation where I needed to leave my cat behind and was fortunate enough to find A Country Cat House. I didn't mind driving all the way from Boca to Miami as all the places I found locally combined cats and dogs. Josie at Country Cat House personally spoke to me right away and made me feel very comfortable leaving my cat there. My cat was very well taken cared of. I highly recommend A Country Cat House. Country cat house is the best place in Florida. I can't ask or search for any better place than country cat house. The owners and people are angels, so caring and responsible.
