I have been taking my "son" Winston, who is a West Highland Terrier to Petspa for 6 years. I love the quality of their work and how my Winston is always happy to go! Brett, Juan, and their staff love what they do and you can tell. After a bad experience with other pet shops in my area, I'm so happy I found a groomer that I can TRUST! I've even left my baby overnight in their hotel and Day care when I go out of town. I highly recommend him to my family and friends! Thank you for treating my family member as your own

I have been taking my dogs to Pet Spa for many years, since they started. They offer an excellent service, always prompt to accommodate one's needs, very friendly, very loving and caring for my four paws babies . I never had any issue, any problem, on the contrary, my babies always come back home relaxed, not stressed. I wouldn't trust anyone else. I love this place and highly recommend 5

I've been taking all my dogs (Terminator, Jack and now my dog Russ in the picture) to PetSpa. We've been customers for over 15+ years and we don't trust any other grooming service. Even when we need recommendations as to what we should do when our dogs get sick and what vets we should go to, they are always there to help! Bret and Juan and the PetSpa team love our dogs as if they were their own. They themselves are dog lovers and make sure all dogs are cared for and treated correctly. Thank you PetSpa team for all your love! We recommend them always

I have been a client of petspa for about 3 years now for grooming and hotel and i do not have anything bad to say about them, they love my dogs pucca and bella like if they were theirs. They are 100% reliable, when my dogs stay for the weekend they always keep me posted sending me pictures and letting me know that they are ok at all times. The Love and care they show for the pets is excepcional, that is why i give them 5 stars. PD: The recepcionist Yvonne is so nice by the way!

I SUGGEST NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS. I hosted my pet on July 2 with the intention that they would take care of it until July 6 while I was traveling with my family to Orlando and they called me on July 5 in the morning to tell me that our dog had died. When I asked to speak to the person who was on duty the night he died they told me that they are not obliged to have people at night. they only limited themselves to saying that when they opened the business in the morning they found our pet Toby dead

My friend's left her dog in the hotel for two nights as they traveled to Orlando in order to enjoy and celebrate 4th of July. The day after, they received a call from the hotel saying that their dog had die the night before. The dog was left unsupervised all night. I can't express enough how irresponsible it is to do such thing specially during an event that is globally recognized for the amount of fireworks played at night.

Some dogs are terrified of the loud noises and my friend's dog was alone living through it all. The hotel has no camera footage of what happened, no explanation to what happened, and an absurd policy that backs them up saying it's not their responsibility to take care of the dog 24/7. There is no much we can do to compensate this injustice, but we can spread the word and alert future clients.

I want to also emphasize that the dog was 6 years old and super healthy. Please don't make the mistake of leaving your dog at this hotel. Read all the policies carefully before choosing and always ask questions for clarification. We will deeply miss Toby.

Don't leave your dog in this place.! A friend of mind left his dog on July 4th, and they found him death the following day.no explanations, nobody took care of him that night when dogs get anxious due to fireworks, nobody knows what happens. Nobody was there at night taking care of dogs. so don't think that places like this have personnel to take care of dogs 24 hours. According to the owners, they are not obliged by law to have presence 24 hours. what a sad story

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value Awful service, poor care for their dogs and rude employees. Dogs are left unsupervised over night and there are no cameras, so if something happens to your dog there is nothing you can use against this establishment to get justice for your pet. There are far better places than this for your dogs, use this service at your own risk.

Such an irresponsible business. My poor Toby died at the care of this "professional" business after he was left completely alone and unsupervised on one of the scariest nights there is for most animals, July 4th. The dog owners arrived on the morning of July 5th to find Toby dead and they had no explanation, well of course they wouldn't as Toby, and all the other dogs staying that night, were left completely alone and unmonitored.

He was 6 years old, he was happy and healthy. DO NOT leave your dog in this business. Please be extra careful when choosing where to leave your dog if you're going out of town and cannot take him/her with you. This business is not reliable.

If there is a place that deserves a 0 start is this one Being able to write this has taken me 15 days, if I could go back in time I would never have left my sweet little dog Toby Jose in that place. I thought I had done my homework, I looked for information, I interviewed, asked and everything gave that I could trust this site, that I could leave my dog there On July 2nd, I left Toby for the first and last time in a pet hotel. Miss. Ivan received him, I was very specific about Toby's needs, I let her know how important he was to us, I tirelessly asked her to keep me informed of everything that happened with him, she answered everything that he was going to be fine, that they were experts, that they had more than 20 years in the business.

On Saturday very early I called to find out about my puppy, they told me that he was fine, that he was happy and that they would try to send me photos, which never happened. On Sunday I called again, nobody answered me, I left a message hoping that they would call me, I knew they were full but I was sure that at some point they would call me, however, this did not happen On Monday at 815 am, they called me to inform me that my puppy had passed away, I thought it was a bad dream.

But it was not, indeed Toby was no longer with us and the worst thing nobody knew or knows what happened. when we arrived at that place is when we found out that the dogs sleep alone and the owner of the place clarified that they were not required to have anyone at night, and that these expert people with more than 20 years in the business leave the dogs alone, busiest night in the country, the night of July 4th when the dogs need assistance the most. Gentlemen of Petspa, you do not know what you did to my family. if you own a pet don't ever leave your dog there or in a place like them, make sure someone takes care of them 24x7

A hotel for dogs should not be a place where pets get injured, bruised, bleed, or even die. I've read the many reviews on this place and the amount of incidents that have been reported should be a clear red flag. My friend left her dog at this hotel over the 4th of July weekend in hopes of having a good time with her family and knowing her dearest family pet was safe.

This security was shattered as the morning of July 5th they found out there pet was dead with no explanation as to how not why. The hotel does not have anyone to watch over the pets through out the night neither do they have cameras to watch them and monitor them from afar.

I've been taking my dogs here for more than 10 years. Last time I brought my dog he came back with his skin so red and irritated, he was badly traumatized and I had to take him to the dr. While he was getting bathed the groomer called my mom and told her he had a lot of knots and his skin got irritated while cutting them off so he was going to use a medicated shampoo.

I wish I had known they did that because that is completely unacceptable. You should not give dogs any medicated shampoo if you're not a doctor. If skin is irritated the last thing you want to do is further irritate by putting active ingredients on it especially if you're not a medical professional or advised by one. I feel so terrible that they hurt my dog but I'm glad he's good now. Overall, not worth your money.

I do not like this place. I am a first dog owner and took my dog a couple times because of a friends recommendation. I only gave 2 stars because I like the way they groom my dog and he always comes out looking super cute and fluffy. The issue with this place is they overcharge you. If your dog is prone to having knots, they will try and take as much money from you as possible.

I took my dog once and had dropped him off with the groomer telling me it would be $20 extra to take out the knots (which I said was fine). When I returned to pick up my dog, they had bumped the price to $30 when they had already told me $20. This same day I had asked for a partial groom (thinking they were going to clean up his face and they didn't).

I payed $56 for basically a bath and nail cutting which is RIDICULOUS because he still came back with a couple knots. Also, daycare at this place is very pricey for what it is. $20 per day but they are only open from 8am-5pm which is very inconvenient for someone who works a 9-5 job. There are more cons than pros about this place so I will not be taking my dog here again. There are places that do a better job with grooming and daycare and that charge reasonably.

Juan and Mary and the rest of the crew are fantastic! They are great people and treat us and our fur babies wonderful. I highly recommend them.

This place amazing! I use to live in Brickell area and had a great groomer for my dog in Wynwood. When I moved to Doral I continued taking him to the same place but it was too far. I drove by Pet Spa and went inside asked many questions and they were extremely friendly. I've been taking my dog there for 2 years now and I absolutely love them and the care they give my dog. I'm very over protective and I called many times the first few visits but once I was comfortable and knew they treated him with love and care I don't worry anymore.

The price for me didn't really bother much because I paid the same in wynwood. I rather pay more and get great service and care for my dog that's like my child then pay less and have someone hurt him. I'll probably never leave Doral because of Pet Spa.

Great service and like a real spa! Has exercise area for pets that are boarded and very personalized care.

Everyone is great at this location. Very friendly and attentive. They listen to detail on what your pet needs. I'm so happy that I can rely on them as they always come through. This is the place for your pet!

This place is great and they treat my dog like family. Jenny is the very best always so nice snd helpful and patient!

I love this place! It's the only place I trust for the care of my dog with special needs. I have taken my dog to Petspa for over 9 years. I have never had a negative experience with Petspa during the 9 years I have taken my dog, Fiona. Fiona is a rescue with a torn CCL who needs special care and attention. She is very fearful and must be supervised because of her limited mobility. Petspa is the only place I trust with Fiona's care.

Despite Fiona's fearfulness of different places, Fiona loves going to Petspa for daycare and grooming. Since Fiona was a puppy she has felt at home in Petspa in Juan, Brett, and the staff at Petspa's care. The cost of grooming or daycare to me is worthwhile, because I have the peace of mind that Fiona is well taken care by professionals. Juan and Brett have been in the industry for over 20 years and Brett has a degree in Animal Science. The professionals at Petspa are passionate about their craft! I will never risk my pet's safety or wellbeing for cheap service.

I've always had great experiences here! As a former groomer, I understand the fees. Many owners are unaware of the knots that they have. Any reputable groomer charges for knot removal. Frankly, you do get what you pay for. If you want to have a cheap bath and haircut, defnitely go to Petsmart. Also, they make you sign a contract when you first sign your dog up. Maybe people need to start reading them. It's like going to a hair salon, you pay more for better and more detail oriented services.

Do not bring your dog or Pat here! These guys are a rip off and unethical. Every time I've been here they want to charge me a different price and charge for extra services.

Excellent services. My dog is always excited to come to Petspa (which I've never seen before) thy are extremely reliable and knowledgable about pets. People who write is expensive are looking for subpar places.if your looking for Petsmart prices then go to a Petsmart but rest assure the quality and love will NOT be the same. When Deimos comes in he's treated warmly with hugs and smiles.

That said I will pay extra for the better quality. Petsmart doesn't hire individuals with education in animals. I love this place and will continue to bring Deimos, as they always have the best intentions for my baby boy.

Stay away! Very rude and always trying to scam you. My dog had absolutely no knots and they still want to charge extra to untangle. Other two friends also had issues there, with the way they treated their dog and year burn. BE CAREFUL!

Not sure why there are negative reviews they have been wonderful to my dog and yes they may be a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Good service and caring staff. Wouldn't leave my dog with anyone else.

Very expensive dog grooming services, had two fees added to the regular grooming charge. End up paying double what Petsmart charges

The worst place to leave your pet. They overcharge you. The owner / manager is a non service oriented guy, this ordinary guy said that the client is not right. Poor or non existent client oriented service, also lack of knowledge about pet care. They only see how to charge you for things and services you never ask and you do not need. Tricky place

My name is Brian. I have a 135 lb rottweiler named Charlie. I love my Charlie more than anything. I left him with Petspa Miami for 9 days because that was the quickest we could get him on a plane to fly him to where I was moving to. They picked him up from my inbound flight, boarded him for 9 days, then dropped him off for his connecting flight They made sure he was very comfortable in his big dog crate for the flight.

I can't say enough good things about them. EVERY one of them were very kind to me. They kept an open line of communication and that was key. Also, Charlie and I were reunited with him smelling wonderful! His nails were also trimmed, which they didn't even charge me for! I was also very surprised at how inexpensive his stay was.which is amazing considering the treatment they gave him. and as a medical student, I have to save up to be poor!

You can tell these people love what they do. I hope to never be separated from Charlie for that long again, however, if I am, there is absolutely NO OTHER boarding service I would rather use. They do a hell of a job, and my Charlie and I appreciated every bit of it! Thank you Petspa!
