Top Notch Kennels

I couldn't believe the conditions those poor dogs had to live. And people pay for this place. Absolutely shocking. dogs were lying on concrete floors and our tour was canceled the first time and they tried to cancel it again the last minute but I just went in anyway, so glad I did. all the other reviews refer to many years back. waste of time.

Top notch is top notch. They accommodated us coming from out of town last minute. Professional and great communication. Had two pups and took less than 15 min to check them both in. Most places charge for outside play time and the price was included for 3 times a day for 1 hour. Needed my pups cleaned up and they took care of that too( at an extra charge of course) Will come back if I'm in the area again in the future.

Just like many other people, I really don't like leaving my two dogs. However, I know they are in good hands at Top Notch. When I pick them up, they look happy and healthy. The employees are always very nice and welcoming, and they even send me emails to let me know how my dogs are doing while I am away. My dogs especially love spending time in the yard at Top Notch for their family playtime. I would highly recommend Top Notch to anyone looking for a great home away from home for their dogs!

Betty's first stay at Top Notch Kennels in June was wonderful! Everyone we encountered was so helpful and knowledgeable and when I toured the facility prior to her stay it was clean with absolutely no odor at all, that really impressed me! They offer a variety of services to meet any need and their hours are very flexible. She'll be staying again soon! Betty will be staying at TNK week again, her stay in August was great! Joy, Shannon and Josh are so caring and compassionate, all the staff are wonderful!

Top Notch Kennels is awesome! They are super flexible with reservations which is great since we don't always know our schedule. They take great care of our dog and remember small things about him. They always give updates about who he plays with and what kind of mood he is in - and every one on the staff knows who he is. When we walk in for drop-off the staff always is expecting him, which is very reassuring (versus the "who is this?" or "who do we have here?" welcome some other places give when they are not sure of the schedule). We never have any doubt leaving our dog in their care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend TNK to ANYONE!

I love this place. I've been having to travel a little more for work recently and was stressed out about boarding my dog Wrigley to his vet. Every time I took him there he walked in the door shaking with his tail between his legs. He was always so scared and I hated leaving him behind. I don't think they treated him badly, I just think he associated that place with shots, hair dryers, etc and he didnt get any interaction with other dogs so he spent alot of time in his kennel.

A friend of mine who takes her dog to Top Notch recommended that I try boarding him there and my mind has been at ease ever since. I went to pick him up after the first time he stayed and he seemed so happy. The staff stayed in touch with me the entire time I was gone and they paid special attention to Wrigley to make him feel comfortable and welcome in a new place.

I knew he was happy when I went to pick him up and he didnt bolt for the door. Instead, he wanted to say goodbye to the staff. Now when I drop him off, there is no shaking. His tail is actually wagging! What a relief! If you are looking for a place for doggie daycare and/or boarding, give this place a shot. They will love on and take care of your fur-baby as much as you do. Thank you Top Notch for loving on my boy and putting me at ease!

The minute you walk through their door, the Top Notch staff immediately relieves any boarding fears you may have! Alvin is LOVING his first stay there and we will definately be going back to Top Notch!

We have been boarding our dog, Mozes for 13 years. The staff is always been wonderful and they're very good with taking care of all their pets under their care. Every time Moses comes home he is very happy and I have never had a bad experience. Great place to let the dogs run and reasonably priced.

We have been taking our boxer to Top Notch Kennels for at least a couple of years now and we love it! We have taken our dog other places and none compare to Top Notch. They care about the dogs and their clients. What I really like is that the dogs go out a lot more than other places and they have a nice area to play, sniff and do their business.; We also love that they have individual play time for our boxer.

She is high energy and she really seems to enjoy going there. Thanks to all the workers at Top Notch and special thanks to Joy who recently helped me find a place for our pup and to Herb, who always has a smile and pets for Koko! Many thanks! Jessica

We've been taking our dog to Top Notch for several years now and each experience has been excellent. It is obvious that the staff there is completely focused on the safety and well-being of each animal that is boarded there. They are affectionate with my dog and are careful to provide a written record of his care. They are also insistent that each animal be up-to-date on vaccinations and I really appreciate knowing that my dog is boarded in a healthy environment. I'm glad I discovered Top Notch and highly recommend it to other pet owners.
