First time ever taking my dog to a spa always did it myself have to say they did an outstanding job.

They do a great job with our smooth collie. Wonderful owner and people.

Took our 3 dogs there for a bath and nails trimmed, couldn't be happier with how they looked when we picked them up. We have taken them other places but they never looked this good. Price was reasonable also, will definitely be using them from now on. Thanks Mr. Scott's

Mr. Scott's is the best. I've used his services for both grooming and boarding and I have been so impressed with the level of care my dog has received. You can tell every member of the staff adores dogs. My dog used to get nervous about grooming and boarding, but she loves the staff so much that it's no longer stressful for her.

The family at Scott's can't be beat. Genuine care and exceptional handling of my dogs.

They always do a great job! Very friendly. Reasonable pricing on various services. Definitely my goto place for our dogs.

Critical: Professionalism Word on the street is the owner is abusive to dogs, allegedly slapping them in the face and such. Take your beloved pets somewhere else where they will the treated with respect. This man shouldn't be in business

Mr Scott's Spa N. Aurora are tha BEST groomers. They are patient, professional, & give me the look I want, every time. Love them.

I had had a horrible experience here and will NEVER go back! They told me 4 hours for my three dogs to get groomed, I said oh perfect I have to grab my husband from the airport and we'll be back and available for pickup within 2 hours. They said okay perfect. 45 minutes later I get a call that my dogs are ready! I explain that I can be there in about 60-80 minutes as I was quoted 4 hours!

They said that if I did not pickup my dogs ASAP I would be abandoning them! I literally was there within the hour of receiving the call and the wife went on to argue with me And give a horrible attitude! I explained that we have been customers for OVER 10 years and we were never treated so badly before. I paid, tipped them and explained that I would NEVER cone back if my life depended on it.

They tried to give me a gift certificate for half of what I paid by leaving it on my door. No thanks! This was a couple years back and I have kept my word. I have never stepped foot back in this facility and recommend no one to go here! They truly do not care about pets!

Our Max has been groomed by Mr. Scotts for several years. Max is an anxious dog but he is at ease there. We have always been absolutely pleased and thrilled how wonderful Max looks when they are finished. The grounds and building are adorable. When I leave a message even during closed times, I recieve a return call quickly. I live in Yorkville now and Max still gets groomed at Mr. Scotts. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Fantastic groomers! Our Max has gone there for several years and we have ALWAYS been beyond happy! The building and grounds are kept neat, clean and really cute. They are efficient, professional and definitely have a way with my Max. I now live in Yorkville but Max still gets groomed at Mr. Scotts. I will not take him anywhere else. Thank you for treating and grooming Max so well! I highly recommend Mr. Scotts!

Our golden absolutely loves to go here! She gets excited when we pull into the driveway and has to greet all of the folks behind the counter. We love it too! She looks terrific after each appointment! We couldn't be more satisfied with the exceptional grooming work they do! You can tell they love their work!

Mr Scott's Dog Spa is the ONLY place I will ever take our dog to be groomed. They are the KINDEST most gentle people and they love our dog as much as we do. We rescued our dog when she was 6 years old from a local shelter, when we got her she was timid, and so overgrown she couldn't see. A neighbor of ours recommended Mr Scott's to us as a groomer and the difference was unbelievable, it's been two years now of us taking Bella for grooming every 4-6 weeks and they know us by name they remember Bella's birthday and my husband and I's wedding anniversary! Bella has come a long way in the two years we've had her, even though she is still shy Mr Scott's is now one of her favorite places to be, she sprints up the ramp every single time and always has the biggest smile when I pick her up.

We've been taking Elvis (our dog) to Mr. Scott's for years. Both Scott and his wife are fabulous! They treat our Elvis as if he was their own pet. They are super friendly, very professional and do a great job! I would highly recommend Mr. Scott's!

I love Mr Scott's Dog Spa! I have been taking our dogs to Mr Scott's over 10 years. I am always pleased with how the dogs look. No complaints. They treat the dogs like they were their own. I always feel good leaving dogs there. Their in good hands! I just picked my dog and she looks beautiful and her trim is perfect! She smells great and her coat is so soft and shiny.

I will only take dogs to Mr Scott's. I never have trouble trying to make appointments ever! They always accommodate me. The staff is very friendly. Very clean. This place was an hour drive from Schaumburg - but gotta tell you, well worth it. These people actually care. Most groomers are in and out for a business buck. My Lab-doodle was matted. I explained that to them and explained we like the long hair but realize we were not doing the dog justice. The staff explained to us the difficulties that come with matted dogs and more care should be given at home and showed us how.

This place was awesome. Owners stated give us three hours we will text you. Found a couple of cool bars they recommended and they texted me to come pick up dog. Picked up my guy, loved his new look and will follow the instructions they provided for care with his hair. I cannot tell you enough how much you've helped my dog and us as new owners. We look forward to seeing you in three months - great place, great people!

We have been going here for our dogs to be groomed for at least 20 plus years. We moved to Elgin years ago and still continued to drive there. The care and love of dogs is very apparent and ourr dogs look amazing each and every time. There is no one better

Mr Scott was grooming my dog yes he was matted but he called me and screamed at me that matting was negligent and hung up on me. Went to go get the dog which was not ready and the wife comes to the car and verbally harasses us. I did not know why they were so upset from a matted dog. They called the police and then gave me my dog. I saw that he had an allergic reaction to a topical medicine and needed medical attention. That is what they should have said to us instead of harrassment. I believe someone may be unbalanced. NEVER going back. Should have listened to the reviews F

I brought my two babies for their fist grooming with this groomer and they did a wonderful job! Usually takes a few groomings to get to know the dog, the owner to get things right, not here. They took their time with each dog asking questions about how I wanted them cut, getting to know them and make them comfortable. highly recommend them!

Me Scott's is awesome and very accommodating. I have a 12 yr old Grand Pyrenees that is somehow clinging to life for the last year and half and yet Mr Scott's still grooms her, even though it's extremely difficult on there end. I have 50 yrs on this earth and as a dog owner that has lived in several states and countries, I feel exceptionally lucky to have Mr Scott's close to me. Great care at a great price!

Brought my dog Max here last week as a first time customer. Everyone was extremely nice and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in their hands. Max's haircut turned out perfect! A lot was included in the grooming package as well which was great. I'm so happy I chose Mr. Scott's, I will definitely be returning again and again!

They do a wonderful job. My cocker spaniel always come back perfectly groomed. We have used many different groomers over the years fir all our cockers and Mr Scott's is by far the best.

My dogs love Mr. Scott's and come away looking so spiffy with their cute haircuts and perky bandanas! I've been taking all three of my Japanese Chins to Scott for several years and have been totally happy with every aspect of the experience. When I tell the pups they are going to Mr. Scott's they start racing around and get all excited.that tells me they are treated great as well as given adorable cuts. How could any place be better?

Just moved to the area- brought our three dogs there Saturday- so happy! We have shaved our Great Pyrenees mix every summer for 6 years now and this is by far his best cut! Definitely our new grooming spot!

I've brought my dog here twice. They've done a great job both times. My dog has collie and terrier mix. She has a soft under coat with topcoat that grows kind of long and wavy. She was given a "puppy cut" 2nd time around. It's basically a trim with the clippers. I've had problems at another place where she's been nicked with clippers in several areas.

Not at mr scotts. Also have had problems where groomers want to cut her the breed they think she might be. They place your dog in a crate while waiting to be groomed or picked up Everything is in full view, all doors are open in reception area to waiting room with crates, the wash room etc My dog is still soft and smells beautiful days later. I brought one of my babies here last month. My Chanel was a little matted. This young lady name Brittany greeted me in this fine and very clean establishment. Brittany looked and examined my puppy on what kind of haircut is needed for Chanel. Brittany said she needs to give her a puppy cut, shave but still with hair. I was nervous in seeing the result when I pick up Chanel.

I am so happy about the results. My Chanel looks expensive and well pampered by this fabulous young lady. Shout out to BRITTANY! So yesterday I brought my other baby name Junior.and sure enough Junior's haircut was also fantastic. Brittany being for her young age, is a fabulous hairstylist of my four legged babies. Everyone should take their dogs here simply because they care. Hershey, my Grandmother's dog, tends to suffer from extreme anxiety when getting a haircut. It's not a pleasant experience for him, but at Mr. Scott's they make it easier for him to handle. When your dog gets a haircut at Mr. Scott's they don't just get a haircut.

They get love, attention and care, making them feel right at home. One time Hershey had an episode and Mr. Scott even took him aside had a talk and then walked him outside so he could take a breather. They know dogs and they know hair.
