My experience at canine country is always absolutely amazing. The facility is very clean, the friendliness of the staff and passion for what they do is very obvious. My dog attends their day care program periodically and has also been groomed several times, I have always felt extremely comfortable leaving my FUR baby in their care.

This place deserves 0 stars, they LET a dog under their care die a day ago! The amount of pain they caused and nothing is being done about this, its absurd. This is a place people come to leave their precious dogs, whom are family members and they let a dog drown! I say let, because you pay this institution money to WATCH your dog and they didn't. This place needs to be shut down for negligence! Please do not bring your dogs here!

While it offers many services, I've been using it for training. Dave is amazing! I was very nervous about what was initially recommended but I would never look back. My puppy has improved so much and her quality of life has improved because of the training. I love that it is immediately hands on with feedback for the owner. I did private training because I wanted to specifically work with my puppy as the primary caregiver and I have been very protective and picky about who works with my dog. Any time I had an issue, it was immediately addressed and any time I have called, the person on the phone was always kind and responded swiftly to my message.

I was just interested in doggie day care for my loving energetic dog. Descent place if you are okay putting your pup in a CAGE when dropping off. I thought doggie daycare was a place dogs played with other dogs, and not sit in a cage for AN HOUR while the staff gets situated?!?! Meanwhile I was there about 2 hours after opening, so they had plenty of time for that.
I'm not paying for my dog to sit in a cage. Other than this, I can't offer any opinions on their other services. Staff was very friendly snd place looked to be clean in the front. I was not allowed to have a tour: maybe it I was; someone would it mentioned their policies and I would not of wasted anyone's time. very disappointed.

I was extremely upset with how Canine Country treated my dog. I used to take him there for doggie daycare until one day they called me to tell me he was being too aggressive and I either had to take THEIR obedience classes or leave. I was told by the owner that this had been going on for weeks (even though nobody ever said a word to me about it). My dog has been around other dogs his entire life from dog parks to obedience classes and had never once shown aggression until I brought him there.
There are entirely too many dogs in one room and not enough staff to ensure all dogs are being properly handled. It took a while after bringing him there for me to be able to have him around other dogs. Thankfully now he is back to his normal loving self. Don't let their good ratings fool you like they did me.

I got in contact with trainer Lucas via a Facebook group and he had me come out to Canine Country for a free consult with my dog. During that consult he worked with my dog to get a feel for her. She reacted great with him and I was very happy. He sent me home to speak with my significant other in order to make a decision on the suggested training plan.
He told me I could reach back out to him via Facebook and said how he always replied back. I reached back out to him and told him I was just waiting on money to hit my bank account and that we would be in for training. When I reached back out to him to set up a date for my dog to start he never responded. It's been over 3 months and no word from this so called professional. I shouldnt have to track him down for a response. You wont be getting my money for training.

Love Canine Country! I would trust no one else watching my dogs while we are out of town. The staff here is so friendly and they treat your dogs like they are their own. The doggy daycare that's offered is great. They make sure that your dog is temperament tested before they allow them to go in with the general population of all the other dogs to ensure the safety of your dog and the other dogs.
Plenty of room for them to be able to run around and get all the excess energy out. On my tour of the facility, they took me back to see the kennel run where my dog would be staying and I must say it was pretty large compared to a lot of other kennels we looked at; it had to have been almost 12 feet long. They made sure my they took detailed notes when I explained our dogs food schedule and medicines that they take with each meal.
They were very accommodating and understanding that our smallest dog has awful separation anxiety. On the last day that we boarded our dogs we decided to have them visit the spa to get a nice bath and their toe nails cut before we brought them home. The groomers Debbie and Rhonda are truly amazing and very professional. We picked out dogs up and they were nice and clean.
They did not want to leave and kept trying to drag us into the doggie daycare room. They really seemed to enjoy their time at Canine County. We will never take our dogs anywhere else!

These are my favorite people for doggie daycare and multi-week boarding. They not only know and love our dogs, but they keep an eye on them, letting me know if there's a change in behavior that concerns them, or possible health issues to look into. They've set the standard for daycare environment for me. The playroom floor is covered with a textured rubber mat.
When I visit other daycare places and see a rough concrete floor, or a slippery painted concrete floor, I'm thankful for the thought Canine Country puts into its setup. I have to say we differ on how we train dogs, disagreeing on method, but my dogs are happy here and I am happy to leave them in their care.

We have been going to Canine Country daycare for over a year until today. Overall, clean facility, convenient drop off/pick up times, and good price. Best of all our dog gets worn out while the wife and I work all day. Everything sounds great, so why am I ranking Canine Country 2 stars? It's because of the unprofessional, attacking conversation I had today with the owner, Lynda.
My wife went to drop him off this morning and he was barking on his way in. Lynda, who was on the phone, snapped and confronted my wife. She proceeded to tell my wife that we need to get our dog under control and need to do a better job training him not to bark. After speaking with Lynda during the pickup, she told me that wife was being overly sensitive and would not acknowledge her inappropriate behavior. I told her that today is the last day she would ever hear my dog bark in her facility.

They do not even deserve one star. We went Doggie Day Care shopping and went to a few different in the area. This place, while it looks new, has a tiny area for Doggie Day Care and with stacked crates. We had to leave our pooch with a lady at the front while we toured the Boarding area. When we came back, we noticed our pooch munching on something. The woman had given him a part of her lunch! Why would you think it is ok to give another person's dog human food?! You lost a customer immediately.

Best kennel around! I don't mind boarding my dog here, the building is new and clean (I've never smelled any gross dog odors while there), the staff is always friendly, you can tell they love dogs! The dogs are put outside to go potty. Not forced to relieve themselves indoors like at other kennels (big pet store chain up the street). I also brought my dog to day care when she was younger, she came home exhausted! I think the dog actually liked to go, she'd perk up when we walked in the place! The groomers also do a great job!

I have been using Canine Country for the last couple of years. I waas informed that my dogs were out of date for the vacination so I used the vet next store Springhouse vetinarian hospital. I called my regular vet and they informed me that they were not due until 2015. Let alone that ist cost me $490.00 they were over vacinated.

Canine Country is the best kennel I have ever taken my dogs to. The place is always clean, never smells like urine or feces, as a lot of kennels do. The staff is considerate and kind and will treat your dog like he/she is their own! The trainer Lynda is a miracle worker! I brought my dog to her with aggression issues and he has been a dream ever since.
I also take my other dog to the daycare they have there, he comes home super tired, so I know he's having a fun day full of play. I strongly recommend canine country for grooming, daycare, training and boarding!
