My dad recently passed away and I inherited his dog. I choose Zoomin due to it being a mobile grooming service as this was familiar to our new addition. They were prompt in responding to appointment request, arranged a timely date and time. The groomer was on time & very friendly. I was nervous as Lucky can be uncomfortable with strangers but all went well. Service was wonderful & Lucky is extremely clean and handsome! Thanks so much for a great experience.

I was very happy with our first experience with Zoomin Groomin & looking forward to our next appointment. The man who came and groomed my dog was fantastic. My little guy is a very shy rescue (not aggressive but always frightened by strangers) and I was really impressed with how quickly he warmed up to the groomer - he came out of the van looking great and happy as a clam. It was clear that it was not a stressful experience for him, which was awesome. Jenna is super responsive & accommodating. I definitely recommend!

Left a message on the phone to make an appointment. no return call. Then sent an email. after telling them about my dog, they wanted to know when we used them previously. They replied: Zoomin Groomin Sun, May 30, 7:13 PM (23 hours ago) Unfortunately, we are running way behind with our regular customers, perhaps you can try us back in a few months.

You wouldn't know that as the last time you experienced our service was 2016, can't apologize for being busy, and the same for the shops your calling are busy.

So now I have been banned by the "pet washing mafia" because I dared to point out poor customer service! wow. Classic example of how not to defuse a poor customer service experience. I told them. Just because we are able to keep our dog clean without outside peoples help most of the time, apparently this is a crime. When we need professional help, we ask, and pay for it.

Love Zoomin Groomin! They have been Grooming my girl for the past 3 years? Maybe 4? Blizzard who is a husky/ Great Pyrenees mix is always full of fur & looks fantastic after seeing one of Jenna's workers! They take their time and will ask if I have any areas of interest. So nice to have them come to the house and I don't have to stress her out sitting in a salon for hours! Highly recommended!

We called Zoomin Groomin because we couldn't get an appointment at the place we usually bring our maltipoo for grooming before heading out for vacation. When the groomer asked my husband what type of cut we wanted for our malitjpoo he wasn't sure of the name of the cut so he said we usually get a short haircut for the dog (it was summer time).
When the dog came back into the house in less than 30 minutes she was shaved! Our poor dog was shivering for weeks. To shave a dog to the skin is so dangerous. In the summer it can cause sunburn, overheating and injury. Our dog was traumatized and we were very concerned for her health. I would never use Zooming Groomin again and am horrified how poorly they treated our dog.

We recently relocated to MA and in need of a mobile groomer. They were able to get me in ASAP (2 days), showed up in time (actually a little early ) the groomer was very nice and kind. The unit is a very clean work area. She did a GREAT job on our old choc lab! We will def be calling them again! Highly recommend

Impossible to schedule an appointment. They will not give certain dates or times. Called several times to schedule but it always goes to voicemail. They would then call back asking me to call back again. Tried emailing and was told that they had called me several times, as if it was my fault that I hadn't been able to schedule their service. Then they told me they did not know what time they would have open on one give date, and wouldn't know the time until they mapquested on that day. If you have any schedule in your life and need to plan ahead, avoid this service.

I've been using Zoomin Groomin for a few years now, with no complaints, until now. The past few times have been a nightmare with scheduling. When I call I'm always flexible with dates and time, recently Jenna schedules a date and time, then calls a few days before the appointment to reschedule usually because one of her groomers has some issue.
The last time I didn't even get a call, my appointment was for 11:30a, at 12p with no word from anyone I called to find out what was going on, had to leave a message the day past no groomer, no returned phone call. The next day I get a call from Jenna saying the groomer had an issue someone should have called me to cancel, she apologized said she would get back to me that afternoon, with a new date and time, that was a week ago now. I've left a few messages since with no response.
I was a happy customer however not any longer, from reading other reviews I'm not the only one this has happened to. I run a small business and this is no way to run a business I'll be looking for a new groomer who respects my time.

Our appointment was for 4:30. We didn't hear from them by 4:45 so we decided to call. They said they were running late so they would be here at 5:15 (no reason for their lateness given). 5:15 came and went. It's now 5:40 and we just got off the phone with them. They said they haven't even left their previous client's house yet.
We told them not to come. This is wildly unprofessional behavior. The girl on the phone gave an insincere apology and also claimed that she had been calling us to say they would be late (not true because we did not have any missed calls-we checked!). This isn't 1972, you can't just say you tried to call if you didn't. We have an iPhone with Verizon are you seriously telling me all of your calls and texts (she said they /tried/ to text, whatever that means) didn't go through? Don't use their services if you value your time because they clearly don't. They should've at least offered to comp the service.

I'm new to the Sharon area and needed a local groomer, so I thought I'd give Zoomin Groomin a try. I've seen absolute horror stories about dogs mistreated or given really bad haircuts~ so the idea they'd groom her just outside my house was reassuring. Melissa arrived as scheduled- actually a few minutes early. My winter-grimy collie was returned to me 1 1/2 hours later looking fantastic. Melissa had removed months of tangles and clipped appropriately. It's so convenient having them come to us, and they were just fantastic throughout the entire process- from scheduling to completion. I highly recommend Zoomin Groomin!

We have two older long haired chihuahuas that have never been groomed before. They are rescue dogs who can be very uncomfortable and weary of new people so we were nervous that this process might be a stressful experience. However, Iesha was amazing and understood our hesitance at first. She was very professional, nice and exceeded our expectations! We will definitely recommend Iesha to anyone looking for such a convenient service worth the money!

My best bud is a 13 year old corgi/golden mix who's never been professionally groomed. Anytime I went somewhere to make an appointment, I was out the door as soon as I heard the first bark from some poor dog who had been in a crate for 5 hours. I couldn't bear the thought of my pal being caged up for a day while waiting for something he already isn't a fan of. Zoomin Groomin seemed like the best possible solution, so I sent an email.
Within minutes, I had gotten an email back saying they could come the following afternoon (I don't know that this is typical, but it was a nice surprise) and after a brief and very friendly email exchange, we were good to go and the van was outside the next day. The wash/cut/nail trim took about 80-90 minutes I would say, and the woman who took care of my dog was very nice and super sweet to him.
He is a very furry dog, so it was a bit of job.between that, the service, the convenience and the lack of overall stress on both dog AND dog owner, I would say it was worth every penny. I'll be using Zoomin Groomin again, for certain.

We've used Zooming Groomin several times due to the convenience, but are going elsewhere after endlessly disappointing cuts. Basically, they will shave your dog for $120. Every time, I ask them to please not shave him- I'm able to wash and brush him out myself so I KNOW it's possible. They claimed most recently that it would take 3 hours and they'd need to make a new appointment for it so I submitted and let them shave. They left his ears long so he looks ridiculous. The whole thing took less than an hour and cost $120. So frustrated and disappointed. Do not recommend!

I have used zoomin groomin twice the first time I was very happy the second time I was again happy with there service but I was quoted a price 25 to 45 they said they quoted me 35 to 55 regardless they charged me 70 and when I questioned it I was told next time they would give me a 15 dollar discount. Why not honor the price I was given this time? Seems like a more honest thing to do. So I will find a more upfront Mobil pet grooming service for my dogs monthly grooming needs.
