Very impressed with Capital Petsitters. Cristina showed genuine affection for our 18 year old cat and took care of him very well. She reliably sent photos and comments and answered our questions promptly. I would definitely use CPS again.

We have used Capital Petsitters several times when we have gone out of town to take care of our cats. The service is very dependable, with great communication from the sitters. They always send pictures and you can see exactly what time they came and how long they were there. We love our furbabies and it's great to not have to worry about them when we're away.

I really appreciate the service provided by Capital Petsitters. We have been using them for at least 5 years, and four cats, with no issues. The web interface allows me to see pictures of my pets each day while we are out of town which lets me know for sure that our cats are safe and taken care of. Plant watering is a nice bonus. We have had two different cat sitters over the years and both were prompt and courteous. I definitely would recommend this company.

Capital Petsitters has been great with our dog, Raven. They are reliable and easy to use with their online platform for booking walks, seeing walk reports (with photos!) and making any changes to bookings. We've also used their overnight service when we are out of town, and they cover everything we need - staying overnight with our dog, talking her on walks and caring for her like we would when we are away. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dog walker / sitter in the area!

Patricia and her team are the best! Took great care of our beloved dog, easy to schedule, and even sent us photos during his session. We will not use anyone else. Highly recommend!

I will start by saying the company itself may be ok.** My horrible experience was with pet sitter Asta D'Errico. Had it not been for my baby cam & my neighbors I would of never known what she did while in my home. I was able to see her walk through my house into rooms she didn't need to go in to while talking on the phone criticizing my home & family!

All the while my dog was following her waiting for attention & to be fed. Instead she sat on my couch talking on the phone. She also didn't follow Capital's rules& regulations which my neighbors thankfully caught! If you dont enjoy pets & just want to berate other people Im sure theirs a better way to do it. You dont need to go into someones home & mistreat their pets & a families trust in you. Again this company may be ok but I will never use them again just because of this horrible person.
