Dog walks with this Arlington dog walker are no stroll around the block, Amanda's Pet Care averages between 1/3-1 mile walk per visit depending on the pace of your dog and whether they like to sniff every 3rd blade of grass or every 13th.

After seeing fantastic reviews online, I was very disappointed when my web-based info request and followup phone call were not responded to. It's possible they're not taking new clients at the time, but I would have also appreciated a heads up if that were the case. It looks like they do a fabulous job with pet interactions, but I also have strong preference for my pet care providers to have the ability to communicate with humans too. Disappointed for sure, but there are several other dog walking companies in the area that do a fine job.

Amanda has walked our adult dog for a year and we and our dog couldn't be happier. Amanda is accessible, dependable, and we feel safe letting her into our home to take care of our dog. We hired Amanda based on her unique pet care credentials, her quality website, and the in-person meeting we had with her. Amanda has been able to adjust to our ever-changing schedule, including making time for last-minute dog walks. Amanda has gotten to know our dog's personality and is able to tell us if something isn't "right".
Unlike some other pet care services, Amanda is the only person who walks our dog, so there's never a stranger walking our dog (or coming into our home for that matter), and that's important to us. I think having a dog walker is great for dogs of all ages, and I highly recommend Amanda's Pet Care.

I'm the most nitpicky pet owner around, and I couldn't think of anyone better than Amanda to take care of my cat, Rusty. He is always content and purring when we return from vacation. thanks to Amanda playing with our cat and spending quality time with him (rather than just the feeding and cleaning basics). Amanda is extremely trustworthy, adheres to our cat's existing schedule, and is always looking out for our cat's well-being. I'm a tough customer and Amanda's Pet Care has not only met, but exceeded my expectations.
