We just got our fence installed and we have been happy with it so far. They installed quickly and were easy to deal with. Our trainer, Bradley has been amazing. He shows up on time, knows the business and is great with our dog. He is also very patient in answering our questions and is always pleasant to talk to.

Alex, from Hidden Fence came out recently to troubleshoot a Petsafe in ground fence I had installed. He was very helpful, and managed to sort out my problem. We've used them before, and every time they have been excellent. Highly recommend. Chris.

I can't sing enough good praises about this business. I've had my fence almost three years and it was the best decision I made when I got my puppy. About a year ago, I couldn't find Cooper's collar. After a few short days, I called HFC to order a new collar cause I exhausted all parts of my home. The girl kindly reassured me that I probably had some juice in the battery and gave me instructions on how to hopefully locate it.

To my surprise it was in my husbands backpack. Ugh! This past weekend, the main unit was beeping. Long story short, a surveillance company (House being sold 3 doors down) cut the wire. HFC came right out and fixed the wire for us. Mike 2, was very thorough in his communication with me of how he'd locate the broken wire and what he'd do to fix it. He did a great job covering up the hole after he dug it up. If you have any hesitations about an invisible fence, don't!

These guys are great! We had an old invisible Fence, after 20 years the wire in the ground broke, called them up, they came out right away and took care of everything. Very professional and first rate hard working people. Both Mikes came out and we're terrific! Call them. Don't hesitate to call them.

I highly recommend Hidden Fence. I had my hidden fence installed more than 10 years ago. I rarely have problems, but when I do, Hidden Fence is quick to make repairs. Last week, (during the Coronavirus/ social distancing) I emailed Hidden Fence to let them know that 1 of my dog collars was not working. I have 2 dogs, and the other collar was fine. Rich, the owner of Hidden Fence called me.

He asked me to put the collar on my front porch, and a technician would come by in about 15 minutes. The technician came to my house, picked up the collar on the porch, fixed the collar in the driveway, and put it back on my porch. From a safe distance of 10 feet, he explained all the steps he took to keep the collar clean (i.e. washing his hands before picking up the collar, and again before he dropped it off on my porch.) There was no charge for the repair. This company gets 5 stars for customer service! Even during a national pandemic they stand behind their product!

We first used this company 30 years ago. At the time we bought a training collar for the dog we had then. In 2004 had a hidden fence install for our two labs. At that time the wire wasn't put underground in a few high traffic areas. Over time the years the wire broke and I patched it many times. Now we have a new Bernese Mt dog puppy who doesn't listen very well yet.

We live on a dead end by a school but some of the neighbors still like to drive 50 or 60 mph on a 25mph road. Today the guy came to install a new wire. He spent a lot of time to get it just right. He ran late and had another appointment so he asked if it would be ok to come back tomorrow to make sure we understood how to use the collar properly. If you want to keep your puppy's safe then I would highly recommend this company.! I'm not giving 5 stars because I don't understand why the older wire couldn't have been repaired?

They told me they had to install a new wire the old one might be no good. Which isn't the case. The wire is only broken in two places. One where they never buried it and across our new driveway.

My wife and I decided to go with Hidden Fence and we couldn't be happier. From the initial conversation to installation to training the entire team is friendly, helpful and complete professionals. The price is incredibly reasonable with great payment options. The installation and training took about 90 minutes. Our dog couldn't be with her new running space

I have to say what great customer service this group provides. I had stopped using my dog's collar for quite some time as she was good staying within her fence boundaries. However after a couple of times this week walking past the line, we realized she needed to wear her collar again. Unfortunately the battery was dead and last night I ordered 3 new ones and indicated that we needed them ASAP. (It was a drop down box option online). By 11am today a person arrived at my door with the replacement batteries. Even Amazon couldn't delivery an order that quick. Very impressive!

My mom and I went to Hidden Fence and met with Rich and Becky and were so pleased with our first visit! We brought our newly adopted dog Reggie from the shelter to see them about dog training and adding a fence to our home. Rich was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and pleasant to speak with. We were taught a number of 'take aways' in just under an hour and our dog was so responsive to them. I would highly recommend this place for those in search of honest, caring dog trainers and experienced in what they obviously love! Thank you!

10/10 the field Rep was highly informative and professional. I couldn't be more impressed with the company from start to finish. I would not hesitate in recommending you guys.especially after my attempt of a DIY kit. Thanks guys!
